It's the worst day for Laksh. From Morning he kept making one mistake after another resulting in even Ishaan scold him. From the time he met Karan his mind kept revolving around him and Ragini. He couldn't understand the reason but the way he touched her made him uneasy. Being aware of all the playboy stuffs he can clearly say Karan has feelings for Ragini. He knows that a guy reacts so close and spontaneous only for his girl. HIS GIRL.. this thought itself made him feel suffocating. He couldn't even dare to imagine them together. Why's he feeling this way? What's wrong with them together as Ragini is just his responsibility and nothing more? Why's he feeling disgusted to even think that way?

He had only questions and no answers. His whole day went in the most disastrous way possible. That's when he checked time. It's evening and he needs to pick Ragini in two hours after her class. He's about to go when Ragini calls him.

Rag : Hello Laksh.. Today there's no academy classes as students are busy with their examination. You don't worry Karan offered to drop me. I'm coming home with him.

Lak : Hmm

He cuts the call and throws his mobile away irritated.

On the other side Ragini looks at Karan who has gone to bring his car from parking.

Rag (in mind) : i did right. If once again i travel with him so close in bike I'm afraid that i would confess my feelings for him. Getting rejected for the second time is horrific and i don't want to experience it. I should keep my feelings in control and for that i should stay away from him.

Karan comes near Ragini with his car. Ragini gets into it and thanks him for his help. She sits in the passenger seat and looks out of the window. Karan admirers her secretly as her hair flies in air. She looks surreal. The lost look on her face enhanced her beauty. He recalls the time he met her.

It's the first day of the institution when Karan comes late as always. He's a rich spoilt brat who only joined the institution to escape from his father's pestering to take over the business. He wants to enjoy his life and studies is the best excuse he could come up with. He came late for the first day but the teacher excused him asking him to not repeat it. He finds only one seat which is near Ragini. He goes and sits there and the class starts. He keeps playing with his mobile and Ragini notices it.

Rag : Are you not going to take notes?

Kar : it's not needed for me.

Ragini didn't ask more and starts concentrating in class. A bored Karan keeps his mobile away and starts sightseeing the class as he didn't spare a look at others from the time he entered. He finds few people attentive while few were pretending to be attentive. There are some like him who was playing with their mobile. He then notices the girl sitting beside him clearly. Ragini looked gorgeous even in that plain simple salwar. A hair strand falls on her face complementing it even more. She bites the tip of her pen slightly between her teeth making it look too adorable. He was so lost in her when the teacher calls him making him come out of his dreamland. He questions him from the topic he taught few minutes back while he stands getting caught. Ragini slightly pokes him with her pen and shows her note which has answer for the question. He answers it and sits back.

Kar : why did you help me?

Rag : because you are my bench partner.

Kar : that's it?

Rag : yes.. And also till now i didn't make any friends here. But since you are my bench mate you are automatically becoming my friend. Btw.. Hi.. I'm ragini.

She forwarded her hand. He takes it smiling and introduces himself as Karan Kapoor.

Soon bell rings and interval arrives..

Karan takes his bag and waves bye to Ragini as he's going to bunk the class..

Rag : wait.. Why are you not interested in class that too on first day.

Karan says about the reason for him joining the institution..

Rag : listen Karan.. I know we both are not even close friends to say all this as we just met but it's just I'm sharing what happened in my life. Just take it if you want.

Saying so she narrated all that has happened in her life.

Rag : I thought there were so many people to take care of me and behaved all immature without caring about my future. But the moment I stood in the bus stop when my family abandoned me, that's when i realized that life changed drastically with in a second and we wouldn't have anything left in our hand except ourselves. So please.. if not for others try to create a own name for yourself as right now you are dependent on your father. Time can change everything. I'm sorry if I said anything wrong. Bye.. Take care..

With that she left but her words kept ringing in his mind. Whole day he was thinking about only her and her words. He realizes that what she said is true. Though he couldn't change overnight he decides to try to concentrate on his studies so that he wouldn't face the same situation as Ragini.

Days passes and he became close to Ragini. They spent their days helping each other in studies. He doesn't know when but slowly he started falling for her. Though he knows that she's married, he decides to wait for her to get divorced as Ragini shared about their deal, days after she became bestie with him. He wishes for the day to come soon.

Kar : Ragini.. Today morning we met someone who's that?

From morning Laksh was bothering Karan too. He noticed Laksh's face expression and for some reason he didn't like him too.

Rag : He's my husband Laksh Maheswari.

Karan gets shocked and tightens his fist around the steering.

Kar : But he said he's your friend.

Rag : It's because he might feel awkward as I'm just his responsibility.

Ragini eyes gets welled up even with the word. However Karan feels that he has feelings for Ragini. He felt how murderous he looked at him when he touched Ragini's forehead. However right now his concern is to make Ragini forget Laksh. So he ended the topic there.

Laksh comes home and right then Ragini too gets off from Karan's car. She waved him bye and laksh sees it fuming. Ragini also notices Laksh and smiles acknowledging but he leaves without replying. Ragini frowns seeing his behaviour. Everyone from family notices the silent cold War and smirked.

Ragini comes inside and greets the family members. She leaves straight to kitchen to prepare coffee for Laksh but ap stopped her.

Ap : Ragini you are still not fully recovered I'll take care of you for two more days. After that you can continue cooking for Laksh.

Ragini nods hesitant and goes to fresh up. Laksh comes in and Ap holds the coffee in front of him.

Lak : Where's Ragini?

Ap : She is still not recovered. Two more days I'll take care of you both after that you can cook separately.

Laksh is too exhausted to argue and just drinks the coffee. Ap signals Sujatha and she winks in return.

Suj : Jiji.. Did you see a guy dropped Ragini in his car. He looked so handsome right?

Dp : I've seen him. He's my friend's son who's also their business partner. They are very rich and good family. I think he's Ragini's classmate.

Ap : They looked too good together.

Laksh coughs hearing it..

Suj : haan Jiji.. Anyways Ragini is going to leave the house one day after DIVORCE.. Its better if she finds her soul mate in him. Such a good family and the boy is also looking good. They'll make good pair.

Laksh clenches his fist hearing it. He couldn't hear more and keeps the cup on the table in hurry but it falls down and breaks. He leaves without a word while family smirks seeing his reaction.

Laksh comes to his room and finds Ragini coming out of the washroom. She dries her hair in front of mirror and the water droplets falls on her neck. This is the first time he's starting to see her in a desiring way. Her wet air and glossy eyes which is now oozing with love for him attracts him like hell. He is lost in her when all of a sudden Ragini turns and finds him gawking at her. She asks what in signal but he just shakes his head and runs quietly into the washroom.

He opens the shower and stands under it.

Lak (in mind) : what's happening to me? Why is Ragini affecting me so much today? Why do i suddenly feel that she belongs to me. What's actually happening? Am i falling for her.. No no.. She loves my brother how could i do that? But i liked swara too. Did Ragini forget sanskar like he did with swara? That Karan...

Just thinking about him makes him angry. He turns off the shower and comes out wearing his casuals. He walks wiping his hair with towel and is about to turn. He hits with Ragini and she's about to fall but he holds her by waist and pulls her closer to himself. Their wet bodies passes current in their nerves and they gets lost in each other's eyes. Ragini wished to be in his arms like this forever while Laksh holds her even firm. Their short moment gets disturbed by Ap's call.

Ragini releases herself from his hold and goes out while Laksh stands flustered.  He hears Ragini's mobile ringing and picks it up find Karan calling her. His jaw clenched and he cuts the call with force. He again calls her but this time he switches it off. He's surprised at his own act.
