Intro: A giant portal is opened between the arena and the Seas of Eternity, as an ancient ghost ship emerges, with Wilhelm standing atop the prow, looking at his foe. He jumps off, as the portal is closed, brandishes his greatsword, and assumes a combat stance.
Victory: Wilhelm straps his greatsword to his back, does a slight bow towards his foe, and turns around, as a giant portal to the Seas of Eternity opens up.
First Round/Time-Out Victory: Wilhelm cleaves his sword into the ground, and raises his fist in glory, as lightning strikes his body, invigorating him.
Time-Out Defeat: Wilhelm cleaves his sword into the ground, and kneels in defeat.
Taunt: Wilhelm exerts with his greatsword, the power of the storms coursing through his body.

- Grab: Wilhelm attempts to grab his foe. If he succeeds, he will cleave his sword on the ground, hold his opponent up by the neck, charge up his other fist with the power of the storms, and send his opponent flying backwards with a fierce electric blow. He will pick his sword back up afterwards.

- Forward Dash: Short-distance shoulder charge. Destroys projectiles.
- Back Dash: Short backstep.

Specials

- Courageous Stomp (632x): Wilhelm stomps the ground, assuming a battle-ready stance, gaining a boost in resilience and poise (armor), and staggering the opponent if it hits. Can be followed up into:

> Light: The follow-up is cancelled, allowing Wilhelm to recover faster from this move.

> Medium: Wilhelm performs a fierce uppercut swing with his greatsword, knocking the opponent upwards.

> Heavy: Wilhelm performs a devastating overhead slam with his greatsword, knocking the opponent down.

> Power: Wilhelm charges up his greatsword with the power of the Storms, then performs a wide horizontal swing, knocking the opponent away into the wall, dealing heavy lightning damage. Costs 25% of Storm power.

- Mastodon Charge (236x): Wilhelm charges against his foe, greatsword forward. Immune to projectiles.

> Medium: Wilhelm hits the opponent with the tip of his greatsword. Combo opener.

> Heavy: Wilhelm rams his greatsword through his foe, impaling them, then hurls them forward.

> Power: Wilhelm rams his greatsword through his foe, lifts his impaled foe, and calls upon the power of the Storms to unleash a fierce electric discharge upon them. He then hurls them forward. Costs 25% of Storm power.

- Iron Blessing (63214P): Wilhelm calls forth the power of the storms, calling down a bolt of lightning to strike his body. Wilhelm gains a boost in defense plus armor for a brief time. Costs 50% of Storm power, and buffs (plus duration) do not stack upon each other.

- Rising Steel (623x): Wilhelm performs a rising uppercut swing with his greatsword, sending his opponent upwards along with himself. Can be followed up by:

> Heavy: Wilhelm grabs his opponent, and comes down crashing onto the ground with them, suplexing them.

> Power: Wilhelm performs a fierce plunging swing, imbued with the power of the Storms, knocking his foe downwards, crashing onto the ground. Costs 25% of Storm power.

Supers

- LIGHTNING STAKE (236236P): Special follow-up to Courageous Stomp. Wilhelm forms a lightning spear on his hand, and drives it into the ground, dealing heavy lightning damage to his foe. Costs 50% of Storm power, along with the usual super meter cost.

- GALVANIZE (632146P): Wilhelm calls forth the power of the Storms, calling down a powerful bolt of lightning to strike his body, imbuing him with the Storm's power. Wilhelm's Storm gauge is set to 100%, and continuously reduced by 10% every second. During this buff, Wilhelm's imbued moves gain a damage boost, and have no cost on the Storm gauge. Once the gauge is depleted, the buff wears off.

- STORM CRUSHER (214214H): Wilhelm charges up his greatsword with the power of the Storms, and delivers a devastating overhead swing upon his opponent, knocking them down.

BRUTAL FINISHER
WRATH OF THE STORMS: Wilhelm paralyzes the enemy with a lightning discharge, as he calls upon his iron horse, mounts on it, and rides off. As he rides around the opponent in a large circle, Wilhelm calls a powerful lightning storm down upon them, dealing devastating lightning damage. Then, he rides towards his foe, greatsword drawn, leaps off his horse, high up in the air, and descends upon his foe with a crushing, storm-imbued plunging attack, obliterating the foe.

Traits

- Oath of Storms: Wilhelm has a special gauge, his Storm power, which regenerates over time, and which he can spend for powerful follow-ups, specials, and supers. If Wilhelm performs a Super move without the required Storm power, the move will still be executed, but it will be less powerful.
