Even further explanation

Truth be told, I cannot do all of the work myself, specifically quotes and certain animation descriptions, such as intro and victory poses. Or things like character-specific battle themes.

To do all of this by myself, I would have to know each and every aspect of your OC completely, 100%, as if i was the one who created them. That, of course, is near-impossible.

So, allow me to elaborate on what I specifically work on, while compiling these moveset sheets, as well as which sections of the sheet would depend on you to complete.

With information on your OC's fighting style, weapons and abilities, I can determine and create:

- An existing fighting game character archetype, the one that would best suit your OC. Examples include Rushdown (generally aggressive and fast, rely on closing in on their opponent), Grappler (their bread and butter is all about grab attacks), Zoner (rely on distance and projectiles), etc.

- Normal Attacks, i.e. Light, Medium and Heavy Punches, and Light, Medium and Heavy Kicks. Note that, even if it says Punch and Kick, the move animation in question doesn't necessarily have to be a literal punch/kick. For example, Sabrewulf from Killer Instinct attacks normally with his claws and his teeth, instead of actual punches and kicks.
This category includes basic grabs.

- Special Attacks, or attacks that require special inputs, like the classic Hadouken (quarter-circle-forward + punch), just to name an example. These will most likely depend on the character's FG archetype and playstyle.

- Super Attacks, or unique, powerful attacks, usually with complex inputs. Supers usually require spending a certain amount of charge from a character's meter gauge, though there are rare occasions where other costs are implemented. Usually a character has an average of three different super moves, which can vary from high-damaging, single-strike attacks, flurry-of-hits attacks, temporary buffs, etc. The amount of supers, however, can vary.

- Gameplay Traits or gimmicks, specific features unique to each character, which should spice up their playstyle.

Conversely, here's some stuff that would be better off depending on your input alone:

- Character Poses, animations and gestures played for certain situations.
> Intro pose (entering the arena)
> Stage-specific intro pose (if the character in question has an unique stage of their own)
> Victory pose (when they win the last round, and thus the fight)
> First-round victory pose/time-out victory pose (whenever they win their first round out of three, either by reducing their foe's health to 0, or having the most health left when the timer reaches 0. The same pose is used for both scenarios)
> Time-out defeat pose (when the character has the least amount of health left when the timer reaches 0, thus losing the round)
> Taunt pose, basically any form of miscellaneous gesture. Might be mocking the opponent or something along those lines, anything you find fitting for your character. Taunts may have some special, unique effects, as well.

- Character quotes. Usually for each scenario above, the character would say different lines of dialogue, generally one-liners. Instead of the general intro quote, the character might choose to use a special quote, if facing a specific character (see Spirit of Decay's stage-specific quotes).

- Battle Theme, and Stage Arena. The first one is self-explanatory. The second one, well... Just any location you can think of, that would fit well with your OC.

- B R U T A L   F I N I S H E R S , or my take on Fatalities or Astral Heats. Why am I leaving these up to you? Well, regardless of the character using them, these will always have the same effect (an guaranteed win), and the same method to pull them off. So, pretty much all that's left to make them different from each other is, well, how flashy or detailed you want it to be. What kind of crazy, silly, quick, overkill-ish, devastating attack your character would pull off to end the match, once and for all.

And well, that's pretty much it. Hopefully this will help explain my work better.
