Intro: Carter looks behind him to see two silhouettes. He then sighs and looks towards his opponent.

Victory: Carter turns, the bottom of his jacket flailing in the wind. He then sighs and walks off.

First Round/Time-Out Victory: Carter puts his left hand around his right hand gauntlet, fist clenched.

Time-Out Defeat: Carter kneels on the ground in defeat.

Taunt: Carter gestures with his gauntlet towards the opponent to come forward, taunting them.

- "I don't usually fight people without a reason, but since you aggravated me... that's enough of a reason already."

Normals

- Light Punch: Quick jab with left hand.
- Medium Punch: Backhand with robotic gauntlet.
- Heavy Punch: Fierce punch with robotic gauntlet. Can be charged up to stagger the opponent, and magnetize them.

- Light Kick: Quick knee strike.
- Medium Kick: Axe kick.
- Heavy Kick: Fierce overhead slam with robotic gauntlet. Can be charged to stagger the opponent, and magnetize them.

- Grab: Carter grabs his opponent with his gauntlet, and gives them a fierce lightning discharge, blasting them away. The opponent is magnetized for three seconds.

- Forward Dash: Carter combat-rolls forward.
- Back Dash: Carter quickly hops back.

Specials

- Charging Fist: Carter reels his gauntlet back, charging it up with lightning, then charges against his opponent, fist forward. Charging up pulls magnetized opponents towards Carter.

- Magnetic Blast: Carter releases a short-range electric blast from his gauntlet, magnetizing the opponent if it hits.

- Electric Haymaker: Carter jumps towards his opponent, pummeling the ground when he lands, staggering the opponent. This move locks on magnetized opponents.

- Electric Uppercut: Carter performs an uppercut with his gauntlet, knocking his opponent upwards. If the opponent is magnetized, this move can be followed up with:

> Magnetic Crash: Carter grabs his opponent in mid-air with his gauntlet, and comes crashing down, slamming them on the ground.

- Magnetic Pull: Grab move. Carter charges up energy on his gauntlet, attempting to pull his opponent in, if they are magnetized. If they get close enough, Carter grabs them, and charges forward, slamming them against the opposite side of the arena (wall).

Supers

- MAGNETIC FORCEFIELD: Carter charges up his fist, and slams it onto the ground, creating a wide, pillar-like magnetic forcefield around him, hitting the opponent several times if it lands. Pulls magnetized opponents in.

MAGNETIC CRUSHER: Carter attempts to pull his magnetized opponent towards him. If they get close enough to him, Carter grabs them with his gauntlet and tosses them high up. He then jumps towards them as they fall, grabbing them, and comes crashing down, slamming them against the ground.

Cataclysm: Carter can apply a magnetic effect on his opponent with his gauntlet, which allows him to pull his enemy closer to him with his special attacks.
