Here are the steps;

1- You open your works

2 - Select the story that you want to edit

3 - Click on the chapter that you want to dedicate to someone

4 - Click on the three dots on the upper right corner of your screen

5 - Click on the add icon which is next to Dedication

6 - Type in your friend's user name

7 - Hit the dedicate button

8 - Publish changes
