I seriously lost count of the stories that had this scene in it.

1. The guy is super pissed off. Probably jealous.

2. The girl is nervous as hell. But she can also be pissed off.

3. It goes like this -

His eyes darkened, "Tell me."

"T-Tell you what?" I stuttered as he leaned closer.

Why was he getting so close? Why?

My heart beat frantically in my chest.

Placing both of his hands on either side of me, he trapped me against the tree/wall/door.

Then he whispered right into my ears, "Tell me why..."

Like this. And I'm also guilty in this department because man is it a hot scene...*smirks as she thinks of something perverted*

Oh and the almost kisses as per reminded by a good friend of mine,

There just has to be an almost kiss. No matter what genre, what chapter, what universe, there just HAS to be an almost kiss.
