In those not-so-rare cases where the girl isn't an virgin, she has/had a sweet and super caring boyfriend. And the ex-boyfriend/soon to be ex-boyfriend is always a cheating bastard that's probably sleeping with all of the MCs best friends.

Again, yes guys like him exist. So no surprise that they also have a over population in Wattpad stories. But again, they are hugely exaggerated.

Make them seem human and show their weaknesses. Something like 'Perfect Addiction' by claudiaoverhere maybe. (P. S - This book is BAE! If you haven't read it yet, you REALLY need to)

Oh and those annoying squeaky blonde cheerleaders (again cheerleaders?) that seem to pop out if nowhere just when things are going well between the MC and the guy.

They're most probably the guy's previous flings and he randomly sleeps around with them. But after seeing the MC he has fallen hopelessly in love and now finds his previous 'dick-fillers' annoying.

(Do note that this is the same MC who is massively insecure about her looks and thinks no guy will ever notice her.)

Of course the guy is never at fault here. I mean you're the guy! Sleep with as many girls as you'd like! No one can possibly hate you! We have plastic sluts for that.

And the MC scrunches her nose at those 'whores' foods which are mainly salad and water. Because why the hell not. It's totally my business that they decide to eat things that will keep them looking like a model, which I'm too lazy to do.
