Chapter Four - Awkwardness So Thick You Can Cut It With A Netherite Sword-
A/N: This was going to be longer, but I wanted to get it out, and I don't know how many chapters this will end up having, so I wanted to make the next events into another chapter instead of putting into this one
That's all, now onto the planned program!
CONTENT WARNING: Mentions of trying to kill someone and leaving someone to die (not really, just passing comments from chat)
Technoblade narrowed his eyes at the newcomer, but seeing as they had saved Ranboo from Sam, he couldn't be too hostile to them. That didn't stop the piglin from being suspicious though. "Who are you?" Techno asked, a growl slipping into his voice.
"My name's Grian. He/him pronouns." The blond answered, unaffected by the hostility in the piglin's voice, then added on with a chuckle, "I sort of expected Ranboo to tell you about me, but whatever."
This confused the piglin - not that he would ever show it. Techno's eyes narrowed impossibly more. "No, they never mentioned you. I don't know why you would expect that, if you truly knew Ranboo, you would know he has memory problems."
Grian tilted his head to one side, emotion and body language much too open for Techno's liking. His eyes narrowed, similar to Techno's, just not as much. "No they don't. Well, not enough for him to just forget about me. Sure, they might forget the occasional small thing, but nothing that huge or important."
Something seemed to click in the guys mind, as a few seconds of thinking later, his face lit up with realization, but quickly darkened. "What did this stupid server do to you Ranboo..." He muttered, and Techno was almost surprised he caught it. Almost. Because his senses are probably the best of the server. No, scratch that, they ARE the best in this server, most likely the best of other servers too.
Anyway, Techno had no idea what the winged man was talking about, but he didn't really care to ask at this moment. He could always get the information later, after all. And helping Ranboo was more important in the moment.
"I never caught your name?" Grian said, but it came out more of a question.
The piglin blinked, realizing this was a cue to introduce himself. "Oh yeah. Name's Technoblade. He/him as well."
Grian nodded, about to turn back to Ranboo before something caught his eye. He turned his head sharply, glaring daggers at Dream, who Techno hadn't even noticed was sneaking away in all the chaos.
Huh. Why does he look so mad? The piglin wondered.
Oooooh~ Dream's gonna get it

Techno winced slightly, not noticable unless you knew him really well. 'Wtf are you guys talking about? Dreamslayer?' He thought, asking his Chat questions that wouldn't be answered.
DREAMSLAYER! DREAMSLAYER! Being chanted was the only response he got from them. The piglin groaned silently. Oh course.
Well, since Chat was being annoying and unhelpful, Techno was forced to focus on the scene at hand.
A shard of purple magic was posed almost like a sword, resting right infront of Dream's neck, while the others shards pointed at his back and sides, preventing him from moving away.
"I'll deal with YOU later. Right now, I need to help my brother." Grian said to Dream, flicking his wrist. A coil of violet slithered out, wrapping around the masked man. The winged blond went over to the trapped man, who was thrashing violently.
"I'M THE ADMIN OF THIS SERVER! YOU CAN'T DO THIS! I'M A GOD!" Dream cried in vein, desperate to gain SOME advantage over the other.
Grian loomed over the other. "No." He hissed, "You are not a god, nor are you an admin. Well, at least you won't be I'm a second." A glowing red panel was brought up, and Grian tapped it six times. "There! These should have been removed before, but now you definitely don't have any power!"
The blond then started placing BEDROCK of all things around Dream, making it impossible for him to escape.
With a flap of his wings, Grian was back to the unconscious teen and pink-haired male in an instant. The piglin stared to him, astonished.
"So... Ranboo's your brother?" Techno asked out of the blue, but continued before Grian could answer. "Hm... I guess that would make sense, as it gives you a reason to care about them." He mused, "But what's your deal with Dream?"
"Well, he abused his power and then ran away like a coward to avoid the consequences." Grian spat uncharacteristically, not that Techno would know that. The only side of the guy he had seen so far was his serious side, but the piglin figured Grian wasn't always like that. He might be, of course, but you never know.
Techno raised an eyebrow but decided to leave it at that; he had had enough social interaction for now.
"We need to get Ranboo somewhere else, I would suggest going to my house, it's pretty far away though." The pink haired male said.
Grian huffed, but nonetheless agreed. "Fine, but only because I don't wanna take him away from a server they've been in for so long, and probably grew attached to."
Technoblade reached down to pick the unconscious enderman teen up, but the winged male next to him put out a hand to stop him. "I'll carry him." Grian insisted.
The piglin's lips pulled into a thin line and he let out an annoyed grunt, but nodded anyway.
The avian closed his eyes, making the motion of lifting something with his hand. A purple glow surrounded Ranboo, levitating them into the air.
"Ok!" Grian said cheerfully, opening his eyes without dropping the teen, "Lead the way Technoblade!"
Word Count (Excluding A/Ns): 1000
A/N: To clear up any confusion, Grian removed Dream's admin powers and since Callahan and George are both also admins, the server won't collapse onto itself. If there weren't any back-up admins (which is rare for any server), Grian would have given himself the power until he found a better suited person for the job
