Indigo's POV

"You girls sure picked the wrong time to provoke me." I growled as my aura grew stronger. All four of them were gaping at the raw power coming off of me.

"Well? where was the fighting spirit I saw in you?" I asked the red head. But all she did was drop her sword.

I narrowed my eyes. and sheathed my swords. You four need to think before you act. I buttoned up my down coat and sighed. The four girls were still looking at me intensely.

"So why is the King of Glacier Isles who we all know was neutral now joining the war?" Asked the blunette.

Misty's Pov

I looked at Dawn like she was crazy, We don't need to be asking him questions. I turned my gaze on him and I saw that same look in his eyes I saw in the vision. loneliness

"If you must know" He began "A few days ago My kingdom received word that the Four element kingdoms had fallen five years ago. over 200 messengers tried to deliver the news to our kingdom during those five years but every one of them were killed. In fact the messenger who finally got it to us died right after." He explained. "But the thing that made me go over the edge, was the fact that I had promised to protect someone special to me and now she may be dead, and I will never be able to tell her that I loved her." He finished with tears in his eyes.

I was shocked beyond belief. All those years I thought he abandoned us, But he never even received word of the attacks. What was even more shocking was the fact that he didn't recognize me.

I looked down at myself. And realized I had changed since the last I saw him. And my hair had grown down my back as well. I looked up at him once more and He looked directly at me for a second. Then I remembered something he said before. he loves me?? I asked myself silently.

May's Pov

I was utterly shocked at his story. I would have never guessed he didn't even know about the attacks until now.

But now he is here and he seems to be in a slight blind rage. Most likely at himself, and i started to feel bad for him. Then I looked at Misty and I realized she was thinking the same thing. I then looked at Indigo and decided on what I should do. I stood up and walked over to him. I got closer "Come with me for a second" I whispered to him. He looked at me and nodded. We walked away from the group and when we were out of earshot I turned to him. "Indigo" I started. Instantly he snapped his head up to look at me. His eyes locked on to mine.

"Its me Indigo May Maple." I explained. His eyes widened and then he looked behind him at the others. then back at me. "Wait MAY!!!! Oh god" He said as he threw his arms around me.

He had been very close to all of us, and It must have really hit him hard when he found out about the attacks. he drew away from the hug and looked me over "Good grief you guys must have been out on your own this whole time"

I nodded and laughed a bit. "Yeah and god food is so hard to find." I stated. He laughed "So you four must have been the ones who took that crate of food huh?"

I blushed "Y-yeah.." I answered. He placed a hand on my shoulder. "Don't worry I'll handle all of that jazz, lets just get you four to the castle. Just don't tell the other four idiots I came with who you are." He said with a smile. It filled me with warmth and I nodded.

Dawn's POV

May and Indigo came back and I noticed his expression was extremely different. Instead of pain and loneliness, it was Calm and reassuring like I remembered.

I looked at May questioningly and she stuck her tongue out at me. That's when I realized she told him our identities. I almost flipped.

I could feel myself start to lose it. Indigo looked straight at me. I didnt know what was going on inide my head. It was starting to scare me. But all of a sudden I felt a pair of arms embrace me.

Instantly all of the anger, rage, depression, and stress just lifted off of me. For the first time since that day I felt relaxed, without putting up and act.

I looked up at whoever made me feel so safe and realized it was Indigo. He smiled at me and ruffled my hair "Dont let the Past control you ok?" He said as He walked over to the other four boys who were glaring at us suspiciously.

I looked at my hands and I realized they werent shaking anymore. I looked over at Leaf, She had her eye on the forest. "Leaf its ok." I whispered. She looked at me "No its not. Someone is watching us" she whispered in reply. I looked out at the forest and felt eyes on me. Hostile ones. I could sense the bloodlust. I was about to say something to Indigo but He looked straight at me and smiled.

He knew someone was watching us.

Indigo's Pov

I was waiting for the idiots hiding in the forest to come out. I could sense about 30 soldiers surrounding us. An d from the looks of it the only people who noticed was Me and Leaf.

Dawn looked straight at me. She had also figured it out. I smiled at her. Because I was going to keep my promise to them. I will protect them even if t costs me my life.

Then almost as if on cue all thirty of the soldiers advanced on us. Everyone was caught off guard but me Leaf and Dawn.

I recognized the symbol on the enemy soldiers' armor. It enraged me my Down coat unbuttoned and flew off of me. and My Infused Gem lit up and my Markings started to pulse with light blue colour.

I unsheathed my swords and threw them to the ground. My eyes were a different color than normal. They were glowing red. I smiled and laughed hysterically. This caused the princes and the girls to back away from me.

The temperature around me dropped down to a record of negative 80 degrees. I tilted my head back a bit and stared down the soldiers. "You ready to freeze to death?" I growled as I smiled.

All of a sudden My arms slowly turned to Ice, It spread up and down my body until I was completely Ice.

"This is the full extent of the Infused Gem." I stated. My eyes were still red, and the Markings were also glowing red.

I vanished, and reappeared in front of the leader of the squad. I lifted him by his neck, and He screamed bloody murder, which made me smile. His neck started to flash freeze.and all of a sudden it was frozen solid.

I tightened my grip until it shattered. His body dropped to the ground and so did his head. I smiled. "Anybody else want to screw with me?" I challenged.

Then the whole squad rushed me. I pulled my hands back and thrusted them foward. A stream of extremely cold air blasted from them and sent five of them to an icy grave. I jumped up into the air as five arrows flew at me. I grabbed two and slung them to my left and right sticking two soldiers through the neck killing them.

Four soldiers wielding swords rushed me and I stopped one as he swung at me. I crushed the blade anbd took a piece and swung to my left sticking the one to the left of me in the chest. I spun around and cresent kicked the first one.

I performed a backflip over the remaining two and slammed my fists into their heads sending them to the floor.

Then four more of them wielding hammer like weapons came from my left I thrust my fist into one of the hammers sending it into the first guys face breaking his neck. I turned and round housed another making him let go of his hammer. I grabbed it mid air and swung it to my right slamming it into the third one's side.

The last guy tried to slam me but I caught the hammer and smiled as I crushed it. "tisk tisk tisk not today" I said while holding up a finger. I then slwmmed my fist into his face sending him into another soldier's sword impaling him.

The remaining soldiers dropped their weapons and ran off as one of them shouted "RETREAT!"

I started to return to normal. Steam startd to come off of me as I heated up and My skin returned to normal. My eyes pulsed back to a blue color, and My markings turned black again. My skin was burned, and my muscles were strained. I turned to the others and smiled while holding up a thumb "Told you I'd Protect you"

Leaf's POV

I watched as Indigo killed off more than half of the squad in front of us, I was completely astonished at his skill and power. His mindset and energy was completely different than when we were kids.

Now he was ruthless when it came to battle. He slaughtered the soldiers without even flinching. All to protect us.....

I couldnt believe what I had just saw, I heard the soldiers call a retreat, and I looked at Indigo. His body changed from Ice, to normal. He turned to us and gave us a thumbs up "Told you I'd Protect you" He said smiling.

I looked at the bodies on the ground and realized they were clear solid ice. No blood at all. His touch was enough to kill them.

One things for sure Indigo wasnt acting normal it was almost like when they came out and He saw the symbol his soul Flashfroze and What came out instead was the anger and hatred toward the Dark Lily.

He had good reason too. They did kill Serena, after all. And she was like a sister to him.

Indigo's POV

I looked around the clearing and I laid my eyes on a body sprawled out on the ground to the right of me. behind the girls and princes 'thats odd' I thought as I walked over to it.

When I came upon the person laid out on the ground I instantly recognized her my eyes dilated. "H-hey Indigo, I-Its been awhile."

I wonder who this person is???????

AWWWW OKKKK well I guess Indigo has shown his true power huh?

Its even more terrifying than I imagined. The Next chappie I can only guess is centered around the person Indigo found
