*Kabuto corrected, he was sitting next to Itachi, reading a book. As he finally spoke. Menma looked at the man with disgust, as Kabuto was the man who tricked him into showing him around the village. A ploy to distract him, so he couldn't go and help the others in time. Menma sneered at the man*

Menma: How do we know you're not lying?

Kabuto: You don't. But not like there's anything you can do about it. She's a Shinobi of sound. So alive,dead, MIA, whatever she is. Her body belongs to us

*Kabuto said in a smug tone, menma kept glaring at the man. Trying and failing to control his anger, little did the boy know that his anger was the very key of his freedom*

Menma:.....

Meanwhile, inside of menma

Kurama: Haha, hahahahahahaha, yes.....

*Kurama yelled in laughter over what happened. Both uzumaki twins were angry at the same time. Which meant that he was seen in real time. How the seal became weaker. Weak enough to let escape 1 tail amount of his chakra and soul, without menma noticing*

Inside Naruto's soul

*A tiny one tail fox appeared still laughing. As he looked around, he was free. This body will soon be his for the taking, and after that....*

*Kurama turned around, shocked, that there was already a second soul inside this boy's body. And this one's strength was so much more than his own. Anakin looked at the demon with a smile as he dropped down from the skies*

Anakin: Hello there

Back to the people waiting for kushina

Kabuto: like the little secret, of that mission anko. Remember it? Wonder what would happen if that's leaked into the public

Anko:.....

*Anko flinched at the mention of that, and she let go of Kabuto, giving some space. But she didn't stop glaring at the man. Kabuto got up and dusted himself off, his smile never leaving his face*

Kabuto: That's what I thought. But don't worry. We have no reason to tell him that. Unless you give us a reason to...

*Kabuto said, in a tone of superiority. They stayed in this uncomfortable silence for another hour until the door opened, revealing orochimaru, and a still quiet Naruto*

Orochimaru: The operation was a success. She's awake now, you can come and see her now.

*As soon as he said that. Those close to her entered the room, leaving only Itachi, Kabuto, orochimaru, and Naruto outside. Orochimaru looked at Itachi with an evil glint in his eyes*

Orochimaru: Now then. Hokage. I do believe it's time we talk about the issue of my payment

Itachi: hm. Both of you with me, let's talk about this in the hokage tower. N. Thank you for your services. Let's set up a date later to meet up and enjoy some tea

*Itachi said, giving a small bow to his friend. Naruto nodded and bowed back to Itachi. Even with the circumstances, he managed to give his old war buddy a smile*

Naruto: I would love that. Bring your fiancee so we can finally meet properly

*Itachi said as he started walking away with Kabuto behind him. Orochimaru was about to walk away as well, until he turned around and smiled at Naruto, an amused glint in his eyes*

Naruto: Yes. I will inform you of the... developments of today.

*Naruto said with a nod. Satisfied orochimaru walked away. He couldn't wait till he got back to his village. Since he might've....left something inside of kushina's brain. Since, like a scorpion that poison's the frog in the middle of the river, it's just in his nature. *

Orochimaru " hm. My. I wonder what the little bug will tell me. "

With Naruto

*Naruto watched him go and turned around. He took a big breath, but it felt shallow as he walked inside. There, he saw everyone talking to kushina, making absolutely sure she was ok. Kushina looked at the boy, and Naruto saw the flash of understanding in her eyes. She knew who he was, and he saw her smile became paper thin, as she looked at everyone else*

Kushina: Everyone. I know you were all so worried about me. And I appreciate that. But I need you all to wait outside for a moment. While I and...Naruto speak. Privately.

Mito: Oh! Yeah. I guess you two want to share stories, right? Hey, do you think there's more uzumaki in Iron Contry?

*Mito asked excitedly, looking at her "cousin." Naruto chuckled a little but shook his head, how he wished that were true*

Naruto: Let me assure you. There is not. In all my travels as a Ronin. The only other I've met in my travels goes by the name of Karin uzumaki

Menma: Is she alive or dead?

*Menma asked, wanting to know if his distant cousin was alive. And since Naruto wasn't from sound, he should be the easiest way to know. Or so he thought*

Naruto: Classified. I can not tell you the current status of the girl

Kushina: We.... We can all discuss this later. Please, I would really like to talk to him alone.

*Kushina said more firmly, giving them all a look that only a mother could give. Tsunade sighed and started pushing the kids away, to the door*

Tsunade: Fine, fine. Come on, kids. Let's go to the cafeteria and get your mother something to eat. Do you....want something

Naruto: I'm good. I... Don't imagine, I'll be staying long after our conversation

*Naruto said carefully. The rest looked confused by what he meant, but they still followed kushina's orders and left. Naruto walked to the chair next to the bed and held his hands together. He didn't meet kushina's gaze, while kushina couldn't stop looking at him. Memories of the night, he and menma were born, flashing into her mind, trying to recall what happened, but she couldn't. No matter how hard she tried, she didn't know what happened, why there was a seal on her brain, or who put it there. She was taken out of her thoughts when Naruto spoke*

Naruto: You know who I am?

Kushina: I do. You.... You are Naruto uzumaki. My son

*Kushina said softly. She saw Naruto hold his hands tighter when she said that, as Naruto took a deep breath, before he continued to speak*

Naruto: I just have one question then... What... What was wrong with me?

Kushina: There was nothing wrong with you, Naruto

*Kushina tried to reassure Naruto, but it seemed that he did the opposite as he finally looked at her. There was a universe of hurt behind his eyes. It made her feel sick to her stomach, seeing him like that*

Naruto:Then why... Why did you and Minato leave me in an orphanage? Not even one in Konoha, one of you, left me in an orphanage, thousands of miles from here. Why? Why didn't you guys want me?

Kushina: N... Naruto, I didn't...

*Kushina froze when she saw Naruto start to cry silently. Naruto started to clean his tears, but no matter how much he cleaned them, more tears would come out, making him feel frustrated.

Naruto:What the hell was wrong with me that you would leave me alone? Why was I the only one who you abandoned? Why.... Why didn't you want me?

*At that, kushina jumped from her bed and hugged her son, with Naruto being too emotionally weak to push her away. Kushina hugged Naruto tightly as she spoke*

Kushina: I don't know what happened. Everything is still just so much of a fog to me. But I promise you, I didn't push you away, I did want you, I did love you. I thought you died. I mourned for you, I thought of you every single day, for the last 16, soon to be 17 years. I promise you, Naruto. I love you, I never wanted this. I never wanted you to be away from me. And I promise whoever did this to you, to us. They will pay.

*Kushina said coldly, she wasn't loud angry, no, no, no, no, she wasn't normal angry, she was absolutely positively, livid. She wanted someone dead, not figuratively dead, but literally dead. Words can not properly express all the emotions she is feeling right now. The emotion of concern won over. When Naruto spoke again,

Naruto: I... I need some time. All of this... It's just too much for me right now.

Kushina: I understand. I won't tell anyone the truth. Until you are ready for it, but please don't think anything was wrong with you, I love you. I love you so so so so much.

*Kushina said, cupping Naruto's cheeks and making him look up at her. She kissed Naruto's forehead before she did something every fiber of her being told her to hold on to. She let go of her boy. Naruto took a few steps back to the window, taking a shaky breath. He bit down on his thumb and threw the blood to the air. "

Naruto: I...I have to go, but you should tell them the truth. We are all gonna need time to absorb the information. Summoning jutsu!

*Naruto said, as butterflies surrounded him, and quickly, his body turned into butterflies flying away. Kushina watched him go. She was furious, she was livid, she had so many emotions at once. But for a moment, just a moment, before the rest of her family walked back in. She allowed herself to feel both happy and sad and just cry because of both of those emotions.*
