*everyone just stood there, frozen in time, as they watched the person responsible for the death of the 3rd hokage there in front of them all. Sakura felt herself start to panic, having flashbacks of the forest of death. Flashbacks on how this man almost killed her and menma, all to get sasuke. She calmed down a little when both Naruto and Hinata placed their hands somewhere in her body to give her support. Orochimaru glanced around the room and couldn't help but chuckle, seeing a specific person there*

Orochimaru: Ku ku ku, well now. If it isn't my favorite little teammate? How are you, Tsunade? Have you visited Dan's grave sight recently?

Tsunade: Keep his name, out of your fucking mouth

*Tsunade said with a low growl, that just made orochimaru chuckle in amusement, as he looked around at the other leaf Shinobi in the room, he's eyes landed on 2 specific members*

Orochimaru: Still quick to anger I see. And oh my. The children of kushina are here as well? Oh how amusing kukukuku

Itachi:... Orochimaru. I'm sure N has informed you, on why we called you here

*Itachi said, his voice firm, as he kept his gaze on the snake, orochimaru stopped talking for a second, and looked at the strongest Uchiha currently alive, and the sole reason, why he hasn't been able to get Sasuke's body, yet. He just smiled politely*

Orochimaru: Yes. N has gotten me up to speed. Though, I am curious. Do you know who put that seal on her? It's really quite funny

Menma: You.... Do you know who did it?

*Menma asked shocked, so did the others since they were too busy trying to get the seal off of her. They never considered the question of who placed it there in the first place. Orochimaru's smile became a more amused one, seeing them all internally think themselves the same question.*

Orochimaru: Indeed I do. But where's the fun in just saying it out loud? The answer is staring you all in the face. everyone here should think about it. Apart from kushina, who is the second best seal maker in your village? You can all chew on that while we walk to the hospital

Itachi: There is no need for us to walk. We can all just use the Teleportation Jutsu, or some variant of it

*Itachi said plainly, Naruto snorted and looked at the crow man, with a crooked smirk*

Naruto: I feel like that was directed at me

Itachi: It was, but not in a negative way.

*Itachi explained, they all looked at orochimaru, as he started walking to the door. Orochimaru smirked, feeling all the tension in the room. It was just so amusing to him. He couldn't help but act petty*

Orochimaru: Oh, please. There's no rush. Let's all just walk there. It's such a wonderful day for a walk

Itachi: You think we're gonna just let you walk like that?

*Itachi said in a cold tone. Orochimaru placed his hand on the handle and had to control his laughter. Hearing all of them stand up, orochimaru took a small breath and turned around with a calm smile as his expression*

Orochimaru: I know that you are in no position to be making demands. Quite the opposite, actually. So let's walk, it's been such a long time. Since I've been in my old village when was it again?

Kabuto: When you killed their 3rd hokage

*Kabuto explained with a smirk, remembering the day the leaf lost one of their strongest assets. One of the 2 last students of the second hokage tobirama. Now, only Danzo remains. Orochimaru chuckles since he can see the hatred growing in the little black haired uzumaki's face. While he failed to kill Minato, hiruzen's death was a delightful compromise.*

Orochimaru: Ah, yes. I might've failed to take this village as my own. But I did manage to kill my old sensei, quite the personal victory. Oh, how you screamed when you saw that fight, little boy

Menma: What I saw was the 3rd hokage almost killing you, and then you had one of your minions finish him off. And you!

*Menma yelled, glaring at Naruto. Naruto looked at him with a raised eyebrow, wondering what he could be so mad about. Menma looked at the boy with disgust as he sneered at him*

Menma:You speak of honor. And yet you are associated with this fucking monster?

Naruto: I feel like you forget. That I am no Shinobi. Nor do I hold any allegiance to your village. And if you need a bit of proof....

*Naruto disappeared and reappeared next to menma, his tanto blade right on his throat, the room got tense, as Naruto kept talking, with a calm expression on his face*

Naruto: I'm just as much an enemy of this village as orochimaru and kabuto are, since iron country remains neutral, and refuses to ally with any of the other elemental nations that has Shinobi. So Whatever petty squabbles you all have with him, is none of my concern. The only difference between them and me, is that currently I am no threat to this village. So do yourself a favor Shinobi scum. Don't give me a reason to be

*Naruto said in a calm voice, as he walked away from menma, and sat back down as if nothing happened. Menma rubbed his throat as he continues to stare at Naruto. While other members of the group there were all relatively shock, at what Naruto just did, more specifically Mito, Hinata, and Sakura*

Naruto: And as for what you said, about the minion. So what? He's a fucking Shinobi. Of course he fought without honor. You all do, funny how it didn't bother you, until it was someone close to you, that got killed because of it. Now, I suggest you calm down. Last thing we need is to be heated up. When we are here to help your mother. Do you really want to bite the hand that feeds you?

Menma:.....

*Menma wanted to say so much, but in the end, he just sat down. Spewing in his own hatred, of being talked down to, as if he was some sort of petulant child. It also didn't help the smug grin Naruto had on his face*

Naruto: Wise choice. Now, I don't see the harm in orochimaru walking, I mean. Look at all the people he would have to fight. If he does something that would get you all angered. He's a lot of things. But stupid is not one of them

Orochimaru: I'll take that as a compliment, little ronin

*Orochimaru said with a chuckle as he opened the door completely and took a deep breath of the air of his home village. People were going to start arguing again, but Mito uzumaki spoke up*

Mito: Can we all just go? I just want my mom awake again

Itachi:....very well. But if you so much as glance, in the wrong direction. I'll do my duties as the hokage and defend my village

*Itachi said, activating his Sharingan as a scare tactic. It really only did the opposite. Since it just fueled orochimaru's obsession with the Uchiha eyes even more*

Orochimaru: Yes, yes, let's go

Scene change

Orochimaru: Who would've thought, after all these years. I return to the scene of my greatest military disgrace.... As a tourist

*Orochimaru said, with a bright smile, finding so much enjoyment seeing the looks of disgust and fear from the civilians and from the weaker ranked Shinobi. Naruto, for his part, was trying to control his amusement, even if watching Shinobi squirm did bring him joy, like it does with any other resident of iron country*

Naruto: That is... certainly an amusing way of looking at it. Especially since it seems to piss the Shinobi off, which I find really amusing

Itachi: I am curious. We've met in the Civil War. But how did you meet orochimaru?

*Itachi asked, and he couldn't have realized the mistake he made since Sakura and Hinata stayed behind, not wanting to be close with the vile man. They wouldn't have been able to warm their hokage, that he just unlocked scholar Naruto*

Naruto: Ah. That would be in my travels....

Flashback

*We see Naruto walking out of an ancient temple. He had his head on his journal as he wrote of all that he found*

Naruto: beauty, such beauty. To find relics from before the great war against the Shinobi. The scholars of iron will be most pleased...

*Naruto said to himself, as he walked ahead. He stopped and looked to the south. He could feel it. Without even seeing it. There was a battle going on in that direction. Naruto quickly made his way there. To make sure that they don't get close to the ancient temple. He soon made it to the fight. And to call it a fight would be an insult. It was 2 badly injured Shinobi, against half of a battalion, otherwise known as 500 people*

Kabuto: Behind me, orochimaru. They will not harm you any further as long as I can stand

Orochimaru: That means very little right about now...

*Orochimaru said as he coughed up blood. This battalion heard that the snake was injured, that he could no longer use his arms. They smelled blood in the water. Just as Kabuto was about to meet his end. The Shinobi in front of him was cut in half. Everyone was shocked, but they didn't have much time to let their brain analyze what happened, as the raging beast kept attacking with such speed that it left little room to counter. Or even see it. What was once a remaining battalion of 500 was shriveled down to only 50. As the one responsible landed softly in front of orochimaru and kabuto, all of them looked at the one responsible, a blonde boy with a spec of blood on him*

Naruto: I do not know who you all are. But have you no honor? You all harmed and were going to kill those who could not defend themselves. Where is the sportsmanship in that?

Bandit: Who the hell are you?!

Naruto:I am that who defends the ones who can not defend themselves. I am that who fights for what's right. I am that who will rid this world of the scum of the earth. I AM NARUTO UZUMAKI, THE RONIN WHO WILL KILL YOU!

Back to the present

*Itachi raised his hand at people like menma, Tsunade, and shizune. They were all outraged, orochimaru was so close to dying until Naruto showed up, but could say nothing about it*

Itachi: scum of the earth?

Naruto: I'm not gonna lie. I used to be so much worse, with my hatred of Shinobi and bandits. Still, I thought you would interrupt me when I said how many I've killed in the protection of an enemy of your village

*Naruto said with a small smirk, as he glanced behind them, all of them were looking at him with a furious expression. It made Naruto a little smug, seeing Shinobi he didn't particularly like, in such a state*

Itachi: Not for me. But the others look like they want a word with you

Naruto: Then why do they not speak?

*Naruto asked, while orochimaru waved at the children, whose parents pulled them away from him. Making him internally cackle*

Itachi: because I waved them not to. At least not until you finish your tale

Naruto: Fine. But I should warn you, it's gonna be a long one. So after I killed off all the remaining scum, I took both unconscious Kabuto and orochimaru to my camp site

Back to the past

*Naruto was picking on the fire, when he looked up, seeing the two people he just saved, coming out of the sleeping tent, he placed them in. Orochimaru was the first to speak*

Orochimaru: My arms. What did you do?

Naruto: they were injured beyond normal repair. Thankfully, my summoning animal is one of the best healers in the spiritual world. So they were able to heal them back to working order. How do they feel? They were able to eat away at the seal that was in your soul, so the chakra points should be able to heal and be usable again

Back to the present

Menma: wait a fucking minute. If they can eat seals, why didn't you just use them on my mother?

*Menma asked with a small glare, he really hates having the man who killed the 3rd hokage, his jiji, just walking in the leaf village, like it was nothing. Naruto for his part, glanced at him, as if he was stupid*

Naruto:..... Do I really need to explain to you, why healing a pair of arms, is less complex then healing a brain? Something that if even a inch is misplaced, can cause serious damage?

Menma:....fair enough

Back to the past

*Orochimaru raised his hands, moving them around and making them into fists. He smirked slowly, as he looked back at the boy who did, what Tsunade down right refused, to do*

Orochimaru:.... Slower. But they're not in pain anymore. Thank you for that...Naruto was it?

Naruto: indeed it was. Naruto uzumaki.

*Naruto said with a short nod. He took off the tea kettle from the fire, and poured it into 3, cups. Kabuto and orochimaru sat down. The 3, of them grabbed a cup and started to drink*

Orochimaru: I'm orochimaru, and this is my second in command, Kabuto. I owe you a great deal, you managed to make that decrepit fool's final sacrifice all but meaningless

Naruto: hm. Whoever that fool is, it's not my business. Since they are not of iron country

*Naruto said firmly, as he took a sip of his tea. Orochimaru raised an eyebrow looking at this boy, he didn't have to be a prodigy, to know who he was. He was a child of Minato*

Orochimaru" did the 4th hokage have an affair? No... He wouldn't be that stupid, to piss off kushina"

Orochimaru: oh? An uzumaki from iron country. My, what a rare treat you are

*Orochimaru said with a small chuckle, as he looks at the boy. He was something, something that the little boy that still somehow alive inside him loves. A genuine mystery. Naruto looked up at orochimaru surprised*

Naruto:...you know of my people? You know if any of them still live?

Orochimaru: I know very little. But I do have a member of my village who's also an uzumaki. One karin uzumaki

*Orochimaru said. In one of the rarest moments in his life, orochimaru wasn't trying to manipulate this boy. It shocked Kabuto as he glanced at orochimaru, could his leader actually be being... genuinely nice?*

Naruto: I would be in your debt if you introduced me to her

Orochimaru: let's call it even. For saving my life. Now if only I could repay you, for giving me my jutsu back

*Orochimaru said with a short nod. Naruto nodded in agreement, as the 3 of them drank in silence. Until Naruto spoke, he was curious about why they were in this abandoned part of the elemental world*

Naruto:hm.... Well there is something I'm curious about

Back to the present

Orochimaru: would you look at that. We're here.

*Orochimaru interrupted, as they all looked up, sure enough they were in the hospital, that kushina was resting at. Naruto nodded and stopped telling the story, but unfortunately for him, that got Mito curious*

Mito: wait, what was it you were curious about?

Naruto: confidential

*Naruto said with a small smirk, which made Mito confused. Until she remembered when she first met her cousin, then she huffed annoyed, even stomping her foot on the ground*

Mito: come on! We're cousins

Naruto: cousins?

*Naruto said, absolutely floored, as he looked at Mito shocked. All expression left his face, as he mouth stayed opened just a little, he was left completely speechless.*

*Mito blushed a little, since she wanted to tell Naruto this. When her mother was all better, but it just kinda slipped out. Menma sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. As he looked at what he thought was a distant family member*

Menma: oh. Yeah. Sorry, things have been so hectic that we haven't really had a chance to talk, but. We are also uzumaki. Our mother's birth name, is kushina uzumaki
