After the shower

*Naruto walked out feeling refreshed, he was fully dressed and instead of wearing the necklace under his shirt, he was wearing it on the outside, just to piss that Shinobi scum off. He was walking outside when Kenshin saw him, and knew what he was doing. He couldn't help but smirk*

Kenshin"fucking asshole"

Naruto:yo, I'm back and feeling better then ever

*Naruto said with a grin, mito looked at Naruto with a big smile, Kushina looked at him, and then frowned, seeing what he was wearing around his neck. The rest of the guests looked at Naruto surprised, at what he was wearing. Instead of his normal kimono clothing He had on a mesh shirt, a orange and black jacket, completely orange pants, with Shinobi style combat shoes*

*But what surprised them all more, was that he was wearing a Konoha protector. They heard a small squeal and saw Hinata extremely happy*

Hinata:N, your wearing the Clothes I gifted you, how nice

Naruto:well it would be rude if I didn't. Although I'll admit, the head protector? I just put it on to be a bit cheeky

*Naruto said with a chuckle taking it off, and giving it back to hinata, who took it, a bright smile still showing that her brother figure, liked the gift enough to wear it. Kushina got a look at the backside of the jacket, and raised an eyebrow confused*

Kushina:uh, Hinata. Why does his jacket has the symbol of my family's clan?

Hinata:oh! Because I used an old jacket menma was gonna throw away, to remake it. He said it was fine, is there a problem?

*Kushina wanted to say, that this prick of a ronin shouldn't be able to use the symbol of the Uzumaki clan, but one look at Hinata's smiling innocent face, made her keep quiet*

Kushina:no...not at all. Just a curiousity

Hinata: fantastic, so N. What do you think? It's not too orange is it? I mean since I know how much you like oranges, I figured you would like an outfit with the same color

*Hinata said shyly, Naruto smiled at her and petted her hair, something that would bring jealousy to mito. Who was sulking next to ino, who in part saw N and Hinata's interaction cute*

Naruto:I love the color. thank you, you clearly put a lot of effort in this outfit, and it shows, the quality is top notch you should be very proud of you're work

Hinata:t...thank you

*Hinata said with a wobbly smile, her flushed face turning completely red, do the point steam was coming out of her head. Naruto chuckled, even if at the back of his head he saw this as a clear signs of familiar neglect*

Naruto "touch starved, praised starved, easily flustered by the slightest compliment. Hm... All this is not adding up to something pleasurable. I really need to have a discussion with her, about her past at some point, in the very near future"

*Naruto stopped petting her, and sat down next to Kenshin, they all started talking about this or that, but Kushina couldn't help but noticed, and smirk at a jealous mito, who also wanted N to pet her*

Kushina"ah, first crush. So much better then menma's"

*Kushina thought as she remembered when her little menma, found his first crush. And how she reacted in a totally reasonable and normal manner*

Flashback

*It was the day of the chunnin exams, tensions between Konoha tenis were high, after the Hinata incident. We see Kushina giving some last minute Taijutsu tips for menma. Kushina was tightening the cloths around menma's hands, when she said something that brought the fear of God into menma*

Kushina:so, Kakashi mention that you have a little crush on somebody?

*Menma flinched and started sweating bullets, since Kushina didn't hide the fact that she despise for kumo and there Shinobi*

Menma:uh...n..no, no of course not. I'M not looking for any relationship right now, I'm concentrating on my Shinobi career, you know that, I need to be prepared for the prophecy and all that jazz

Kushina:aww, look at that your blushing~ come on. Tell momma who it is? Is it your teammate Sakura? Please tell me it's not Sasuke, since you could do much better then him

*Kushina said pushing him playfully, menma's blush just became more noticable and his need to escape much bigger, but with a gulp he matched forward*

Menma:no! It's...uh... J..just really hot in here you know?

Kushina:oh menma, your not fooling anybody~ I promise I won't tell your dad or that perverted prick

*Kushina said with a smile, and the tiniest bit of sadness, since Minato and Jiraiya work menma so much, that he barely has time for a relationship, and the few times that the stars align and he gets a girlfriend, they leave him shortly after, since he doesn't pay any attention to them, or give them time to spend time with them, even if it was completely out of his control.*

Kushina:oh Kami, this is so exiting, my baby finally gonna be the one who ask someone out, and not the other way around, oh I could start crying

Menma:mom, I'm begging you to stop

*Menma said with a sigh, he looked at his mother, and to his disadvantage she was giving him the same puppy eyes that mito gives him. He groaned and pinched the bridge of his nose*

Menma:you promise you'll be cool about it?

Kushina:oh, of course honey. I'm a cool mom, I won't embarrass you, or anything I just want to know

*Kushina said with a kind smile, since she did in fact mean what she said, at least at first. Menma gulped and did something that he'll come to regret for years to come*

Menma:it's.....Samui

Kushina:Samui, Samui....why does that name sound familiar....oh! Right she's one of the contestants, she's from....

*That's when Kushina froze, and menma felt the fear of God grow inside of him, as things went from bad to worse, when Kushina took out her chakra chains, all pointing at menma's manhood*

Kushina:I'm sorry I'm sorry....did you just say....that you have feelings for someone from kumo?!!!

Menma:......

*A cloud a smoke appeared, and menma substituted himself with a log of wood, running for dear life*

Back to the present

*Yup, a totally reasonable and normal manner for an Uzumaki. Kushina raised an eyebrow since she noticed everyone looking at her*

Kushina:what?

Naruto: we're just waiting for you to respond the question I just asked of you

*Naruto said calmly, Kushina's cheeks grew slightly pink as she coughed a little*

Kushina:well uh....I completely agree

Naruto: fantastic, so to recap you just promised to never ask me to return the necklace to you

*Naruto said as his calm smile, turn into a teasing smirk, since that was so not what he asked, but the flinch and the look of horror on this shibobi scum's face was so worth it*

Kenshin: he's joking, seeing as you clearly weren't paying attention. Which is kinda rude in my opinion

Sakura:yeah....I kinda agree

*Sakura said, and then flinched when Kushina shot her a quick glare. She then looked at the two iron country boys, who much to her displeasure didn't show even an inkling of fear towards her*

Kushina:I'm....I'm sorry, for not paying attention. Could you please repeat the question?

Naruto:my pleasure, I asked how did you unlock my seal. It was a very unique seal, one not found in any books, since I made it by myself

*Naruto said curiously, Kushina mood brighten if only a little, since she's the only one in her family who appreciates the complexities of the fuinjutsu. With mito being a distant second seeing as she still struggles with level 2*

Kushina:oh, that's simple, while your seal was one I never seen before. It was still just a level 6 seal, I'm already a master on level 9, so it was just a simple matter, of breaking down the seal line by line. And I must add, that you placed some lines that were useless, and just making you use more chakra, to make it

Naruto: I see, I think to remember your daughter telling me that your a master of it.  So I suppose I shouldn't be surprised, but I assure you that there wasn't a useless line in that seal, if you would be so kind to check your chakra levels

*Naruto said with a closed eye smirk, Kushina was integrated and did some hand signs so that everyone could see her chakra reserves. They all saw what look like  Caterpillars, slowly eating away her chakra*

Naruto:say hello to my fail save. If someone who's not a member of the butterfly contract were to break my seal, it would automatically infect set person, slowly but surely eating away there chakra without them noticing or even feeling it

*Naruto said getting up, and walking to the back of Kushina, he wrote some kanji with his finger, on Kushina's back and the caterpillars were destroyed, naruto took away there protective shell, and the Chakra dissolved them, as if it was acid. Naruto looked at Kushina with a small grin*

Naruto:so, for a master of 9 of the 10 forms how did I do?

Kushina:alright you little shit, I'll admit that was impressive.

*Kushina said with an amused chuckle. Naruto hummed and sat back down, the others started having a conversation amongst themselves while Naruto and Kushina conversed with each other. They definitely had something to talk to when Naruto took out his level 6 book of seals*

Naruto:thank you, I've read this book from front to the back, a great number of times, it's gotten do the point that I've modified each and every one of them, to fit my more.... Butterfly themed chakra usage

Kushina:I see, may I see that book?

*Kushina asked, and Naruto obliged, Kushina skimmed through the book, it was very well read, with notes and added pages do the book*

Kushina "so not only does he have the necklace, but he has the book I need for my collection? Why does Kami Hate me"

*Kushina thought with a forced smile, since the book Naruto had found so long ago, once belonged to Kushina's great grandfather, Kushina could tell even if the page of the author was ripped out, she knew his writing style like the back of her hand, given that she had the other 9. But seeing as Naruto was of iron country, she couldn't keep the book, less there be an international incident. So with a heavy heart, she returned the book to him*

Kushina:that's quite the rare find, may I ask where you came of it?

Naruto:I found it, on my journey to Kiri, it was being sold for a few coins, and I had to get it

*Naruto said with a smile, one of the only things he has, that he knows once belonged to his clan. Naruto placed the book back on its seal and looked back at Kushina*

Naruto:but sadly, it was the only book on fuinjutsu I could find anywhere, seeing as I'm sure you know fuinjutsu is banned from the public. Makes it next to impossible to find any books of that style of chakra usage in public libraries

Kushina:yes, thankfully for me, I don't have that problem. If you want I can teach you the first 5 levels of seals. As a thank you, for giving Hinata and Sakura this house

*Kushina said, even if she didn't really like this boy. She still felt like she did owe him, for helping his nieces in all but blood. Naruto smiled even if on the inside he was conflicted*

Naruto"to be able to finally learn more fuinjutsu would be extremely beneficial...but do I really want to learn of it, from a Shinobi?"

Naruto:I'll have to think about it. I ask for time to consider it

*Naruto said glad to have Kenshin here with him, to bounce off ideas too, he'll be able to clear his scattered mind of thoughts. Kushina just nodded and moved on to a conversation with Tenten. Overall even if Kushina didn't realize it, she finally got what she wanted, she spent time with her child, Naruto*
