Cody's POV

Kath laughs a little and I hold my gun, looking at Ian and Mostafa talking. Jacky sitting alone. My parents eating. I look at the sun that is going down. I drink the rest of my water bottle and I eat a chocolate bar.

I brush my teeth and I get in my sleeping back. "Goodnight" mom said. "Goodnight mom" I said and I sleep. I hear Jacky say something.

"Leave me alone!" Jacky yelled and a walker goes into his tent and he screams. I go to rescue Jacky but it was too late. His insides were taken out and I shoot the walker in the head. A hoard is coming. "KATH, IAN AND MOSTAFA HIDE!" I yelled and my mom and dad grab weapons.

I shoot a walker in the head as my dad stabs two walkers but three walkers take a bite out of my dad and mom cries as dad gets taken down. "RUN HONEY! I LOVE YOU" mom said shooting walkers and we grab as much stuff as we can and we drive off and the last think I see is my mom getting taken down by walkers.

I almost cry at the sight. "Your parents are heroes" Ian whispered. "Shut up Ian, I just lost my parents" I said driving. "Okay. Okay" Ian said sitting down. Kath sits down hugging a picture.

I can't believe my parents died, Jacky too I thought to myself. "Jacky was a good kid, learned how to play soccer" I said laughing. "He kept getting tripped" I laughed even more.

"Jacky should have kept his mouth shut" Ian said. "Hey it's not his fault asshole!" I yelled at Ian, getting pissed off.

"Wow but it was his fault!" Ian said smirking. "Shut your fucking mouth Ian" I said, my voice sounding more pissed.

"Wow okay, okay" Ian said looking down and I see a hotel. "We stay here for a couple days, then move on" I said getting some stuff out with the group and we walk in, no walkers but a bunch of supplies.

I see some candy and we put that in our backpacks. I see a pop machine. "The pop is bad now Ian" I said. I see water and I grab that. "Check in hotel rooms okay..." I sighed and I see a suit case on the ground with clothes and a candy bar. I grab the stuff that can fit us.

I look at the cash register and I ignore the taste for money. I grab as much stuff as I can and I put the stuff in the car.

We make our beds. "Goodnight..." I sighed. "Goodnight Cody" Kath said sleeping. I fall into a deep sleep.

Dream:

I walk in the forest seeing Kath, Ian and Mostafa infected and eating me.

End of dream.

I wake up breathing.
