(Serena's POV)

I chased after Ash, I had to talk to him.

In the distance I could see 4 people, 2 girls....1 Ash and 1 Calem..f-fighting?

"ASH!" I shouted and started to pace up to them.

Ash turned his attention to me, his brown eyes..you can see them from a mile away.

Ash just started at me, he didn't look away.

Calem quickly shoved something into Ash's stomach, it's hard to make out from such a distance.

It didn't look go-...wait...i-i-is that a "k-knife.....?" I said in fear.

Calem pushed Ash into the road, to my right a car sped right past me heading directly at Ash.

"ASH!" I screamed in fear for him.

'BANG'

A loud sound could be heard after hearing the tires screech.

Everything went slow, like blur motion.

I kept running up to Ash, every step felt like a knife going in me.

Once I made my way, Calem had flew and Delia, and a little girl were over Ash's body crying.

I fell to my knees next to them.

Ash was unconscious.

The driver got out the car.

"Oh no" He quickly got back in the car and drove off.

The three of us sat there over his body and we waited for an ambulance. 

We all were in shock. We just looked at Ash, the boy I love, is dying right in front of me and I can't do anything about it.

Blue lights started to flash out of the corner of my eye and what felt like hours a man put his coat around me and moved me out of the road.

I felt sick.

I watched many medics pick Ash up and lead him into the back of an ambulance. 

When the doors closed, it felt like that was the last time I was ever going to see him again.

Today was the day Ash got out of hospital, ever since that day he wasn't the same. I went to the hospital every day after school to see him, but he never smiled. 

A car pulled up outside his house, Scooter's car.

"Thanks, Scooter" Ash stepped out the car and closed the door behind him.

He didn't notice me until I spoke up.

"Hey, Ash" I raised one eyebrow at him.

Scooter drove off and Ash looked up from the ground when he heard my voice.

He looked surprised I was here, "Serena" He trailed off.

"Can I spend the day with you?" I asked him, he never told me what happened between him and Calem that day, he just normally responds with 'Yes', or 'No'

"Yes" He responds, he makes his way over to the black gate and pushes it open.

He didn't look back at me, he just continued walking.

Now that I look at him, his black roots started to come through, but if I'm honest. It looks better like that.

I ran up to him because he was walking fast.

"Are you okay?" I asked him.

"Y-Yes" He replied again.

I feel like I've done something w-

"Ow"

"What?" He turned around and looked at me with his worried brown eyes.

First time he's said something different.

"M-My stomach" I put my arms around it.

He didn't know what to do, I could tell from his looks.

He took off his blue jacket and put it around me.

"Do you need to go to the hospital?" He asked me.

This time I felt to my knees. It kinda hurt but it felt weird.

"I think s-so, I-I'll make my own way th"

"Don't be stupid, I'm taking you" Ash pulled out his keys from his pocket and unlocked the door to his Audi R9.

He kneeled down and put his arms around me and helped me up. His touch made me blush.

He slowly made our way to his car and he placed me inside. I watched him make his way around the the driver's seat.

Thankfully, Ash left the gates open so it was no trouble getting onto the road.

I looked around his car, damn it's posh.

I turned the radio and it was non other than Ash Ketchum singing.

"W-What's this song?" I looked at him confused.

"What do you mean" He continued to look at the road.

He never told me about this song.

"Ash, when did it release?" I asked him again.

"Today" He said plainly.

"Oh...you making a new album?" I kept asking questions but he didn't seem bothered by it.

"Yeah" He gave the simple reply.

"Name?" 

"Purpose" He answered.

Purpose? Strange, what does he mean.

"What do you mean?" I asked him.

He looked at me with a smile which turned into a chuckle, I only just realised what I did which caused me to laugh.

"Well, when everything went downhill with the whole me being an ass. I lost my purpose w-which was you....." He trailed off.

"I-I'm your purpose.....?" I said in shock.

He nodded.

"It's time we talk, Ash" I put my hand on his.

A tear fell onto Ash's lap.

"Ash?" 

"I-I-I'm so sorry, Serena" Ash pulled over.

He started to break.

"I'm so sorry.....T-That Korrina, sh-she kissed me......I grew up w-with the entire world watching me, i-it's so hard. I'm human, I'm n-not- a robot, I have f-f-feelings. Everyone sees my fuck ups and t-they hold it against m-me. I lost my w-ways back then, b-b-but I lost one thing that meant the most to me, w-which was you....." He cried while looking at me with his deep brown eyes.

Oh my god.

"Ash....." I stared into his eyes.

"I-I-I had depression for almost 2 years....I've been s-so so so lonely, I miss waking up every morning and seeing you by my side. W-When I went to see the d-doctor about my depression...he told me y-you were the key to my purpose, this is why I'm calling it Purpose...." Ash said to me.

I feel bad, I must've caused him real pain and he's still carrying on. After everything he's been through. His Father passing away, everyone turning against him, everyone being disappointed in him, almost dying in a burning down house, being stabbed and ran over, spending almost 3 months in hospital. 

"I-I don't know what to say, A-Ash...." I told the truth, I'm speechless.

He nodded and took a deep breath.

He started the car again and started to drive.

For the rest of the drive, non of us talked. I just had soo many thoughts in my head.

Once we had got to the hospital Ash opened the door for me and I stepped out.

We both made our way to the front desk.

"Hey, um m-my friend needs medical attention, wondering if you could help me?" Ash spoke to the women at the counter who was looking at some papers but still listening.

"When you nod your head yes, but you wanna say no...." She trailed off, she was singing Ash's new song.

"What do you meaaaan" Ash finished her sentence, that high note sounded beautiful.

That got the attention, she looked up and squealed.

"OMG! A-"

"Look, sorry to be rude, I'll take a picture or sign your shirt or something, but she needs medical attention" Ash scratched his head.

"Yes, sure you can go straight through. But I want a picture." the women stood up and pulled out her Iphone 6 and put it in front of her and Ash .

They both smiled as the flash flashed.

"Thank you" She held the phone to her chest"

"You're welcome" Ash hugged her then started to make his way to the Doctor's room.

"That was really sweet of you" I smiled at the back of his head.

"I guess...." Ash shrugged and continued to walk.

We walked for about 5 minutes straight.

"Do you know where...."

"Nope" He turned around with a nervous smile.

"Wel-"

"Miss Yvonne?" A Doctor walked around the corner.

"Talk about timing" I chuckled.

"I've been walking all over for you, c'mon" He signaled his hands for us to come with him.

As we did so.

I walked next to the doctor while Ash was behind us in the middle.

"So, what seems to be the problem today?" He asked me.

"Well, I have pains in my stomach. It feels weird." I rubbed it.

The Doctor didn't seem very happy by that.

"Sooo, what do you think?" Ash spoke up.

The doctor looked like he was going to choose his words carefully.

"We'll need to do a belly scan" He replied.

Strange, "why so?" I asked.

"Uh, I'd rather avoid answering that right now" He pulled the curtain open.

I lay down on the bed and Ash sat down while the doctor sorted the equipment out.

"What do you think?" I asked him.

"I honestly don't know...." Ash replied.

Ash being dense and oblivious, I wasn't surprised.

He grabbed my hand which caused me to blush.

I smiled at him looking into his brown eyes which looked like glitter.

"Ah, so I'm going to need you to take your top off." The doctor spoke up.

I didn't feel very comfortable by that, but I wasn't showing my boobs, so I'm sold.

I sat up and Ash helped my take off my black tank top along with my white shirt.

I lay back down as Ash held my clothes.

"Okay, so I'm going to put this gel on your stomach, are you okay with that?" He asked me.

I nodded.

He put the gel on my stomach and started to rub it in.

"Ah!" I yelled.

"What?!" Ash said in fear.

"Sorry, i-it's just cold" I chuckled slightly.

Once the doctor had put it on my stomach. He grabbed something that looked one of those price tag handle things. He slowly started to move it around my stomach while looking at the screen showing the inside of my stomach.

Ash looked confused as hell on what was going on.

The doctor stopped in one place.

"You see that there?" He pointed at some small black circle with some tiny small white thing in the middle of it.

"Yeah" Me and Ash said in union.

"Congratulations! You're both having a baby!"

I don't remember Serena having sex with Ash?....but she did have sex with someone else.....
