Jimmy's P.O.V -

Pushing away fallen rubble, my whole body aches, my clothes dripping with blood. How long have I been under here..?

The midnight breeze blows against me, like shards of ice scratching at my skin. My clothes are in tatters, and my hair is messy and unkept. I must look pathetic right now. That's because you are. Oh, shut up.

I haul myself into my little house, collapsing on my bed. The crystal begins to glow faintly, lighting up the room with a red tint. Well? What are we doing now? Nothing. I'm tired. Don't you want to deal with those pesky rulers? No. They're my friends. Even Fwhip? 

...

"You annoy me. You need to go."

"I'd like to see you try."

"Hm."

"Maybe he could be dealt with." I rub my head. "No one else though." 

You won't  regret it!

Yeah sure.

Later, though. Can I sleep first? Please? Fine. Thanks.

Scott's P.O.V -

I grin ear to ear. Icicles rising with a flick of my hand, this crown not only amplified my powers, but helped me control them. Despite my happiness, a tear trickles down my face.

"I'll be able to help him now, right.?"

Yeah. I will. 

I'm going to find him and fix this whole mess. 

I will.

I'm sure of it.
