(No one pov)

It was a foggy day, and Penny was bored out of his mind as he stared out the window.

"Pebble, wanna go outside?" He asked, turning around to them.

"Didn't BP say that it isn't a good idea because you can see anything?" They say to Penny. (penny can barely see in one eye)

"Pshhh she's just over reacting! Let's go!" He says, running to the door.

Pebble walks to him, as he opened the door.

(Pebble pov)

I can barely see through the fog.

"I think we should wait out the fog, even I can't see through it." I tell Penny.

"We'll be okay!" Penny says back, not seeing the potential dangers of this.

He ran outside, and then I noticed something.

"PENNY.!"

(Eye pov)

Headband went to bed. She always preferred sleeping in the day, she said it was a childhood incident.

I turned on the TV, the news channel already on.

'Yuck. The News channel' (bros a 5 year old/silly) I thought.

"BREAKING NEWS!!" The reporter said. "Everyone stay in your homes! A black ink-like virus is seen on the loose! There's no clue on what this virus does, but I wouldn't try finding it out! That's it everyone. Now back to the basketball vs baseball tournament!!"

It then changed to the featured tournament.

I turned off the TV, I wasn't going to watch sports. (realest)

'Ink-like virus?'

"PENNY.!" I heard a friend of mine yell.

I went outside, to see Pebble and Penny through the fog.

Penny, Pebble's  boyfriend, was face to face with glitchy ink-like stuff.

He stared at it, seemly wondrous to what it was. (bro thought he was moana/silly)

"Penny get away from that.!" I yelled, he didn't seem to hear me.

In a second, it looked like the glitchy ink went at him. He was slightly glitchy, as he turned to face Pebble.

(No one pov)

"What.. the fuck.?" Pebble mumbled nervously to themself.

Penny giggled, in a somewhat glitchy way, at them.

"This fe-feels different! What's thi-this stu-u-uff?" He said, he sounded like a little child.

"Penny.? W-what's that.?" Pebble said, nervously.

"I-I do-on't kno-ow! It see-ems coo-ol!!" He excitedly said,

Eye noticed that he seemed.. more lifeless.

"Pebble? What's.. wrong with him.?" Xe asked. "Yama if you did anything im going to fucking kill you." They mumbled the last part to herself. (all pronouns)

"Hii Eyeie!!" Yama, who showed up said.

'This asshole.'

"I-I don't know.! Penny.?" Pebble said, facing Eye then Penny.

(Penny pov)

'This feels weird,but I'm sure it's okay!!' I thought.

Is it okay to feel like I'm draining away?

It'll be okay! I'll get away from this stuff!

I tried moving, but I think I was stuck.

(Pebble pov)

"Penny, a-are you..okay.?" I asked him, walking a bit closer to him.

"Y-yea-ah!!" He said, sounding lifeless as he talked.

'That didn't sound like Penny.. who is that.?'

PC walks out of their room, I guess she must've been woken up.

"Penny, Pebble didn't Blank Paper say not to go outside because you're both-" She looked at Penny.

"WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED!?" She yelled.

Don't cry. Don't cry. Don't cry. Don't cry. (tw of theirs -yelling-)

She dragged me inside, and slammed the door. She then called someone.

"What are you doing.? We can't just leave him out there! He could be hurt!" I said, facing PC.

She ignored me and said things to the person on the phone. When she was done she faced me.

"We can't leave him!" I say.

"If you couldn't tell, something's wrong with him. I called the police, so they know what to do." She looks outside the window. "Just sit somewhere in the meantime."

I sat at a chair, worrying for Penny.

'I don't what some people who would never care to get to know him "take care" of him. Why hadn't I stopped him earlier? Why did I let him get close to it? Why do I see everyone I care about get in bad situations? Why is my dad right? (called them bad luck and a curse) Why did I do the same shit again.?'

"I'm sorry Penny, I didn't mean to be useless.." I mumbled.

(No one pov) -more unknown ocs!11!!-

Halo was behind a couch next to his boyfriend Cutie Glasses. (CG: she/him)

The virus was everywhere it seemed.

"What is this shit!?" Halo mumbled, his wings almost touching the ground.

"How am I supposed to know?" She whispered back.

"We have to get out, we can't stay here." Halo, who was shaking at this point, whispered.

"You can go, I  want to see what it is to hopefully stop it." She replied.

"No, no no no. I can't lose you for being a dumbass. Glass we are going out together." He took a breath. "I love dearly but right now is not the time for the 'I wanna be a hero' shit."

"Humbling." Cutie Glasses mumbled.

Across from them, a door.

"Glass.!" Halo called for him.

She was quiet.

(Halo pov) (i put 'help' instead of halo at first-)

I grabbed his hand and ran to the door, dragging him with me.

"Halo.!" She says.

I got to the door, when I looked back I saw him between me and the glitchy stuff.

"HALO GO NOW!" She yelled.

"I'M NOT LEAVING YOU HERE, GO THROUGH THE FUCKING DOOR!" I said, a little louder than my normal tone.

The glitchy stuff jumped for him, as he pushed me out of the halfway open door. Leaving him locked with that stuff.
