"Taehyung would you like to do the honors of explaining Jungkook the goal  of our mission?" Namjoon spoke as soon as Jungkook had agreed to everything the grey haired male had offered him. Jungkook was important for their mission to be a success, especially since the brunette was the only one who could do what they needed him to do. No one could be easily trusted and while Jungkook was a criminal he somehow just seemed like the right man for this job. The hacker didn't have a double agenda and he certainly wasn't on Johnny's side.

Sure the FBI itself had some great men who knew exactly how to handle a computer. However, none of them possessed the skills and speed that the brunette who was sitting right in front of Namjoon had. Jungkook surely was the best in his expertise and while Namjoon didn't know if he could be trusted fully he certainly had to rely on the male if he ever wanted their mission to turn out successfully.

"Sure." Taehyung spoke before  turning his head towards Jungkook, who was still sitting directly next to him. The blonde male had a serious expression on his face and a soft sigh left his mouth before he began to talk. "So the chip Johnny stole is the sole reason for us needing you in the first place. That chip contains certain information which could be harmful to all of Korea if they won't be made public." Taehyung began to explain and immediately Jungkook scoffed lightly before he became slightly annoyed. They had just agreed that he would be let in on all the information they possessed and still Taehyung was trying to talk his way around it. Like hell Jungkook would let that happen. The brunette wasn't stupid, either they were gonna tell him everything or he wouldn't help them as fast as he could.

"What's on the chip?" Jungkook spoke, a demanding tone lacing his voice. There was no way he'd let them get away without getting all the damn details about this mission. If he was going to risk his goddamn life for these people once more then he might as well learn all the fine details about the plan. After all it would be way easier for the team too if he knew what they were talking about. If Namjoon wanted Jungkook to join their team then it would be about damn time they'd start treating him as a part of their team too, even if he was a criminal. In a team like this one they should be able to have each others backs and secrets certainly didn't help with that.

Taehyung sighed softly before he looked at Namjoon. The older male nodded his head slightly, encouraging Taehyung to tell more details  about the mission and quickly the blonde turned towards Jungkook again before he continued his conversation with the other. "Plans. Plans that could destroy all of Korea." Taehyung spoke before a slightly anger look could be visible in his eyes. It was as clear as crystal that Taehyung and the rest of the team wanted to do anything within their power to make sure those plans were  not going to fall into the wrong hands. "You know Seunghoon right? One of the presidential candidates?" Taehyung then spoke and immediately Jungkook nodded. Of course he knew Seunghoon. The male was one of the last two remaining presidential candidates. In only a month from now the new president would be elected and by the current looks of it, Seunghoon would win with almost 67 percent of the estimated votes.

Jungkook wasn't mad about the idea of having  Seunghoon as his president at all. He even considered voting for him. The male had some great ideas and under him the country would surely rise to one of the top countries in the world. Besides that, all citizens of the country would get more loan and more jobs would be available. Even though Jungkook didn't really need more money himself he surely wished for the poor to have a slightly better life than they were having now. Life could be quite harsh in Korea if you aren't born with a shitload of money. He had been in their shoes and he didn't wish that for anyone.

Well, apart from Johnny maybe, for all  Jungkook cared that asshole could rot in hell.

"He's planning to start a war as soon as he becomes president. He'll first attack North Korea and is planning to attack Taiwan next. Eventually he is planning to take over all of Asia. The asshole is going to bring nothing but  misery to Korea. His plans  of creating  more jobs and promising more money for the people sound amazing. However once you realize that all those extra jobs will be in the army and that all that extra money is supposed to be coming from the countries he conquers then it doesn't sound so nice anymore."  Taehyung explained and immediately Jungkook's eyes grew big while a shocked look began to form onto his face. the brunette hadn't expect the blond next to him to say something like this at all. Seunghoon always came across as this loving and smart male who wanted nothing more than to take care of the people of Korea. He wanted to make their country  better, not worse. There could be no way this all was true...

"Millions of deaths would be  the result of him becoming  our president and a world at the verge of destruction. We can't let him get away with this, that's why this mission is so important to us all. We all want the country we call our home to remain as peaceful as it is now." Taehyung spoke, a passionate look visible in his eyes. The blonde was willing to do whatever it takes to stop Seunghoon. He wouldn't let him destroy the world they all knew. He had to stop him..

Starting a war with other countries would surely mean not only the end of Korea, but a lot of other countries as well.

"That's why we need that chip, his plans are on it. We need to prevent  everything this asshole  is planning and the only way  to do so is by making his plans public. Once they're public Seunghoon will lose every single vote he was supposed to get. Only  if  he loses the election will  we be  able to save Korea." Taehyung continued to  explain and Namjoon then  leaned a bit forward before joining the conversation as well. "We robbed that bank with the idea of Seunghoon not knowing who stole his chip. If everything had went according to plan then that fucker would  have never known that the  FBI was onto him. I need that chip in order to arrest him, otherwise I have no evidence." The grey  haired male explained, a sour  look upon his face once the realization dawned upon him that Seughoon knew literally everything about them. Johnny probably told  him exactly what team was after him and that they had Jungkook as well to help them. No way  Seunghoon would let that chip   fall out of his hands as long as  the elections were still running and knowing how smart the man was he'd probably try to get that chip as close to him as soon as possible.

"So that means that when Seunghoon wins the election and becomes president  then the downfall of the  Korea  we all know has  begun? There isn't any other  way to stop him even  if he manages to  become president?" Jungkook asked, his voice small and a hint  of disbelief lacing his  tone. Never would he  have ever guessed  that something as bad as this would be on the verge of happening and he didn't like the whole idea of  Korea being at war with other countries one bit. This wasn't the country he grew up in, nor the country he ever wished to live in. All they would know for decennia would be war...

"Exactly. That's why we need to stop him and get that chip back. We need to make it's contents public. The people  need to know who  exactly they are voting  for and what he is planning to do with the power he will get once he becomes president."  Namjoon spoke while a serious look could be spotted on their faces. Jungkook nodded while swallowing deeply, this whole damn mission was a lot more serious  than he had initially thought. This situation was bad, really bad and if they failed then not only would they be in danger, but the rest of the country as well. This man really had a sick mind and an angry look became visible on Jungkook's face.

"I agree with you guys, we need to stop Seunghoon." The brunette spoke and immediately Jimin began to smile brightly before he jumped  up form his seat. "That's the spirit Kookie! Welcome to the team!" the pink haired male exclaimed while jumping  up and down   excitedly. Jungkook smiled slightly at the action of the  older male before he focused on Taehyung and Namjoon again. "I need my equipment to be able to track Ten down." The  brunette spoke, a serious tone lacing his voice. Judging by the  seriousness of all of this they got no time to lose. That chip was literally smaller than a fingernail and it could be all over the goddamn country by now. The sooner they got it's location from Johnny the better.

Namjoon began to form a big smirk on his face before he locked eyes with Jungkook. "I like this new version of you Kook. It doesn't make me want to strangle you for once." The grey haired male spoke and Jungkook smirked back before he answered the other. "Likewise Namjoon, likewise."

Namjoon then focused on the others and looked around the whole group. Everyone looked tired as hell and it was about damn time they'd call it quits for today. Jungkook's equipment had been left behind at the bank earlier today and since they were all FBI agents one of them had to go to the station tomorrow to get the brunette's stuff for him. "Getting your stuff back is not going to be a problem. It will be here tomorrow." The leader of the group spoke and Jungkook nodded before looking at Taehyung, who hadn't said a word ever since he had finished explaining everything about the mission to Jungkook.

The first thing the hacker noticed was that the look in the blonde's eyes seemed distant, as if he was thinking about something so deeply that he had lost his sight off reality completely. Apart from that Taehyung looked tired as well, just like the rest of the team.  His eyes were looking heavy and a yawn left his mouth every now and then. Jungkook smiled slightly at the sight before him, liking the imperfections the other was showing. Sometimes Taehyung acted more like a robot than an actual human being and Jungkook didn't like that one bit. He didn't like it how the older still put on a mask to hide his true self from the rest of them. There  wasn't any reason to hide himself any longer now that Jungkook too knew the true identity behind all the team members right?

Suddenly however a question shot up in Jungkook's mind and before he realized it he had asked it. "So if you all are FBI agents then how come Johnny betrayed you guys? He works together with you right?" the brunette asked, not understanding why someone would betray their coworkers for someone who wanted nothing more but misery for all of Korea. Taehyung was quick to look up and answer the younger's question. "Both me and Johnny aren't FBI agents. We used to work  together  for Seunghoon. Once we got to know of his plans both of us turned their backs on him and teamed up with Namjoon instead to stop him. Johnny however seemed to like his ideas more than I thought he did." The blonde explained, a hurtful look clearly visible in his eyes. It was almost as if the blonde wasn't even trying to hide the fact that the betrayal of his friend had left some wounds. Wounds that wouldn't heal anytime soon.

Namjoon nodded while he sighed softly. "Because of Taehyung telling me about Seunghoon's plans is how we got to know of his plans in the first place. I've known Taehyung for a long time and the  bond of trust between us is strong. If  he says that Korea  is  in danger then  I believe him and I won't sit around until it's too late." The grey haired male spoke and Jungkook nodded softly before suddenly lifting one of his arms and wrapping it around Taehyung's back.

The blonde immediately looked up with a surprised look slightly visible on his face, not expecting the other's action at all. "Johnny might have played  his part smart. However he won't get away with this. Trust me, we will make him pay for what he has done." Jungkook spoke, a confident tone lacing his voice. Taehyung had been there for him when he had needed the older boy and thus Jungkook would be there for the  blonde now  that he seemed like he could need some support himself.

"This is going to be a nasty fight Jungkook. One that could be dangerous." Taehyung then spoke, turning his head towards Jungkook, a serious and a slightly worried look visible in his  eyes while his face remained neutral. "I cannot guarantee you your safety."  The blonde continued, a serious look  now visible on his face,  the male not hiding how serious he was about this. Jungkook needed to know exactly what he signed up for and in a way Taehyung felt responsible for the younger. He had been the one who had suggest to add him to their team in the first place and now Jungkook was so deep in that there literally wasn't a way out for him. Well, at least not a safe way out.

Jungkook smiled upon hearing those words leave the others mouth and he softly shook his head. "I don't expect you to. You saved my life twice today Taehyung. The reason why I'm still sitting here is because of you so I've got your back." The brunette spoke, a confident tone lacing his voice. The hacker had thought everything through and he couldn't let the country he called his home destroy itself under the lead of some pyscho. He wouldn't let anyone destroy his home, even if it meant that he had to stop them himself. 

"You do realize that this mission could potentially become your death?" Yoongi then interfered, not understanding the sudden change of mind Jungkook had made. At first the male had been forced to participate in their mission and now he was going to help them not only because he would end up behind bars else but because he wanted to? This boy was a damn criminal, why did he care about the future of Korea?  He was supposed to only care about his paycheck...

Jungkook nodded, his eyes  full of confidence. "I don't fear Johnny or Seunghoon and I surely won't let those bastards get away before I got my payback. I know this is probably not what you've expected me to do but trust me on this one okay? I'm more than ready to kick some ass." Jungkook spoke as he looked around the team, a honest look  displaying itself on the hacker's face. it was true, he was more than ready. He surely didn't like the idea of joining this team at  first, however they clearly needed him and if he didn't help then not only their lives but his as well wouldn't turn out for the better.

Namjoon smirked before he shook his head slightly. "I guess we beter start those  self defense  lessons soon then." The grey haired  male suggested and immediately Jungkook shook his head while a smirk began to form onto his own face. "Just because I'm good with computers doesn't mean that I can't handle a gun you know. Johnny caught me off guard today but he sure as hell won't manage to do that a second time. I've been in this industry long enough to know how to kick some serious ass."

Upon hearing the younger speak those words Namjoon's smirk grew even wider and he leaned a bit forward onto his elbows while a sly look was visible in his eyes. If Jungkook turned out to be great gunman or something like that then their team had only increased in power even more. Power they surely needed to take out both Johnny and Seunghoon. "I see you're full of surprises, I like it."

Jungkook's smirk never left his face and he nodded confidentally before locking eyes with the leader of the group. If following Namjoon meant that they had a chance at saving Korea then Jungkook would do so, even if the two of them didn't get along great in the beginning. Both males wanted the same at this moment and they would only be able to achieve their goal by working together and Jungkook was definitely willing to do so if that not only saved Korea but his freedom as well.

"You bet I am."

A lot of information, however this chapter is really important since it basically explains the reason for their bank robbery in the first place. This is basically the chapter form which the rest of the story builds forward so beter keep this one in mind!😉
