Varun and Kumar looked at Veera who was lost in his thoughts.

'So here is our new student,Miss Avika!',the professor introduced and everyone's gaze was on her.Veera's heart was fluttering in happiness looking at her.

'Students, she'll be here for this academic year.Please guide her!You may go and sit Miss.Avika..',the professor said and Avika sat on the first row where no one was sitting and far from the window.

This isn't new for Avika, she has been enduring this for years since she started wearing masks,coolers and this sweaters.But these outfits were never comfortable for her but to protect herself from the sunlight.

Finally the classes were over when Veera made his mind to talk with her,but she was not found.
Veera searched, roaming his eyes around the class room.

'Deii summa iru da..',Veera continued searching until he heard a soft and a almost whispering,'Excuse me'
He turned at the direction to find Avika standing.

Veera stepped back, leaving her the way to go.She walked and the scent reminded him the person who dashed on him while he was on the way.Her shoulder slightly brushed on his broad chest and it reminded him the touch.

His eyes didn't leave her path until Kumar nudged him.
'Paathukite iruka,pesa vendiyadhu dhana..',Varun asked.
'Therila da,pesanumnu dha nenache..Aana takkunu apdiye yedho..Vaarthaiye varala da..',Veera said and they gasped.

'Veera ku pechu varalaya?',they both chorused and he groaned in annoyance.
'Thallunga da...',Veera ran from there to find her but she was no where to be found.He sighed in disappointment and left the place.

Being a Vampiress,she has the power to teleporting, Usually most of the vampires doesn't teleport, but only rare get that power,Avika was one of them.Soon she left to her former house, where all her happiness were present once.The house was still just like how she has left but quite stale.The musky smell around the house hits her nostrils when she opened the door with a creaking sound.

Once she removed her mask and coolers,she stepped inside and her eyes wandered all over the home.Spider webs and dust everywhere representing that it was an old house.She stepped in and her eyes fell on all the furnitures which was all there still since they left.

She was revisiting the house after twelve years.Once it was their happy place,once their HOME.A drop of red tear fell down on her cheek and she wiped it immediately.

A big photoframe of her and her family was hanging on the wall and she let out a sigh.Without sparing seconds, she started cleaning the house.Each and every place there reminded her many many memories.

After changing into her sleeveless t shirt and her knee length panel skirt,she lied down on the bed.She closed her eyes to sleep but what she saw was unexpected.

All she could see was Veera.Vampires have the power of sensing.Even if they didn't see through their eyes,they can sense all the happenings around them.The first time she dashed on him,even though she didnt turn his side she could sense his gaze on her until she disappeared from his sight.His brown intense eyes was just disturbing her mind.

Avika quickly opened her eyes with a jerk.She shook her head and closed her eyes again.And now she could see Veera looking at her when she entered the class.
'Mask and Coolers la enaku onnum weird ah therilaye..',
She heard Veera's voice,even she could hear the most minute sound.When everyone thought she was weird,he was the one who accepted her as she.

She again opened her eyes panting.
'Naa yen avana pathi yosichute iruken..'
She again closed her eyes and the last time she crossed his path,crossed on her mind.His intense gaze,that did something to her.May be her soul was half dead, but for the first after years,she's feeling something inside her which she couldn't identify.She felt alive.

She opened her eyes, sitting straight.She let her hands roam through her hair.
'Enna idhu....',she sighed.

Pushing away her thoughts,she finally slept.

At the middle of the night,suddenly something alarmed inside her.An unknown alarm.She tried to sense what it was but failed.She again tried and found what it was!Her eyes opened widely as she sensed a danger.
