A Hospital scene is shown where in Avni was taking her mother Ayesha on the stretcher inside the hospital towards the ICU.

Avni (crying) : Maa...maa aapko kuch nhi hoga..aap..aap thik ho jaoge..

Ayesha (breathing heavily) : A...avni..mere pas...mere pas jyada waqt nhi hai....main..main...

Avni (crying) : nhi...nhi maa..aap aise mat bolo...pleasee...

Ayesha : Avni..meri..meri baat suno...main..main aaj tumhe kuch btana chahti hu....

Avni : Nhi maa...sab baate baadme...pehle..pehle aap thik ho jao....Kuch... Kuch nhi hoga aapko....

Ayesha (breathibg heavily) : Nhi Avni...agar mujhe kuch ho gya...toh...toh ye sach kabhi tumhe pta nhi chlega....
Main ye...ye bojh leke nhi marna chahti....main ab ye sach or nhi chupa sakti tumse...

Avni (crying) : maa....she was crying seeing her mother in critical condition

Ayesha : Maine...maine tumse ek sach chupaya hai Avni....

Avni gets shocked

Avni (shocked) : sach.....kaisa sach...?

Ayesha : Tum...tumhara...tumhara bacha zinda hai Avni..

Tumhari ek beti hai.....and she is alive...

She...she was not born dead. Maine tumse jhut kaha tha bacha....I am sorry.

Avni went numb. She got shocked listening the most shocking revealation of her life....she could not believe what she heard right now.

Ayesha : Haan Avni...ye sach hain....

Tumhari or Kabir ki aakhri nishani zinda hai. Tumhari or Kabir ki beti...SUHANA.

Shocking would be an understatement for her condition right now.

Avni left bewildered listening such a big truth about her life....of which she was completely unaware.

Meanwhile...Ayesha was taken inside the ICU...as she had a heart attack this morning. Avni was informed by the house maid and she immediately ran to her house and brought her in the hospital in a critical condition.

Ayesha thought that she would not survive this heart attack and would die... Therefore she thought to reveal the truth to Avni... which she has hidden from her..since last 3 years.

She told everything to Avni...before going inside the ICU that Avni's daughter is alive. She had a daughter from her first love KABIR.

Avni was unable to believe the truth.

She sat outside the ICU and went back into the memory lane....reminscing her past....her bitter past.

FLASHBACK

Avni (excitedly) : Kabir...i have a surprise for you.

Kabir held her from her waiste and looked into her eyes with love

Kabir : Really...what's the surprise my love....?

Avni smiled. She took his one hand and kept it over her stomach.

Avni : Can..can you feel it..

Kabir got a blurry idea of what she is signing at...and he start getting nervous.

Avni (happily) :  I am pregnant. We are having a baby Kabir...she told him looking into his eyes.

She was very happy after she got to know that she is pregnant. And the first person she wanted to share the news with was KABIR....her first love. Whome she loved unconditionally..and who is the father of that child.

She knew that Kabir is a nice guy. He will never hurt her or leave her alone.

She knew that he loves her just the way she did. And therefore she never thought before submitting her to him. She became his forever...because her love for him was pure.

But KABIR was not like her dream man. He was not like the man she thought him to be. Rather...he was also just like another ordinary guy.

Kabir got shocked listening that AVNI is pregnant. Although He loved her alot... but he was not ready to take responsibility of a child.

And moreover HE WAS NOT BRAVE ENOUGH TO GIVE NAME TO HIS ILLEGITIMATE CHILD.

Kabir (shockingly) :WHAT...? What are you saying. You...you are pregnant.... No..no..no...no....This..this can't happen.

Avni's smile and happiness got vanished in seconds.... seeing his opposite reaction.

He didnt reacted the way she thought.

Avni : Ky....kya hua kabir. YOU LOVE ME RIGHT.....

Kabir : I love you Avni...

Avni : to problem kya hai...?

Kabir : This child. This child is a problem...I dont want a child... Specially not before marriage....... Lets abort it....yes we...we have to abort it.

Avni was shocked. Tears started forming in her eyes.

Avni : Tum aisa kaise keh sakte ho Kabir...ye humara bacha hai. Humare pyaar ki nishaani hai. Hum...hum shaadi kr lenge. Vese bhi to tum mujhse shaadi krne wale the na...toh phir problem kya hai.

Kabir : Look avni. Ye samaaj..ye log..ye duniya is bache ko kabhi accept nhi krenge. Main tumse pyaar karta hu...tabhi keh rha hu...abort this baby. Varna tumhari life spoil ho jayegi. Humari life spoil ho jayegi...

Avni felt disgusted hearing his words.

Avni : Apne hi bache ke baare me koi aisa kaise soch sakta hai kabir. Tum kyu apni zimmedariyo se bhaag rhe ho...Why..?

Kabir : Main bhaag nhi raha hu Avni...try to understand. Meri family iss bache ko kabhi accept nhi kregi. Humari respect... reputation...sab khatam ho jayegi....

Avni looked at him with tears filled eyes and she felt disgusted..that she loved a coward and a heartless man.

Avni : Respect...Reputation..?
Really kabir...jab...jab ye sab kar rhe the tab nhi socha family ki respect ke baare me...tab nhi socha reputation ke baare...

You know what...tum..tum sab ladke ek jaise hote ho...YOU ALL MEN ARE THE SAME.....

Kabir : Avni dekho... hum abhi bhi ek nayi zindgai ki shuruwat kr skte hai....lekin....lekin iss bache ke saath nhi.....

'MUJHE YE BACHA NHI CHAHIYE....'
he said looking down on the floor as he could not even say it looking in her eyes.

Avni felt disgusted. She was cursing herself for loving such a man who has no feelings in his heart. She was cursing herself for trusting a man who has ultimately broken her heart

Avni (angrily) : You are a COWARD Kabir.....you are running from YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES...

Avni got angry and tears filled in her eyes. She held his collars and shouted at him..

Avni : Jab APNI ZIMMEDARIYAN utha nhi skte the...to kyu kiya tha mujhse pyaar...KYU AAYE THE MERE KARIB...kyu chua tha mujhe....bolo...kyu....kyu kiya mere sath aisa.....kyuuu......and she cried holding his collars...getting shattered.

But she left unanswered.

She started crying aloud as her soul was completely shattered. There was not a single piece of heart left unbroken inside her.

Kabir came closer to her seeing her shattered state ....and tried to hold her hands.... but she stopped her and pointed a finger towards him

Avni : NO...dont....dont you touch me now...Leave me....i said leave me and go from here.....jaooo yaha se.....she said having tears in her eyes

Kabir sighed and turned around to leave. As he had no guts to accept his own child in front of the society. He was a coward.

He left her alone and never looked back again....because...His respect and reputation was bigger....than his love for Avni.

Flashback Ends

...........

Avni came out of her past memories....as Doctor came out of ICU.

Avni got back in her present and wiped her tears which unknowinlgy flowed down her eyes and she got up facing towards the doctor.

Doctor : Dont worry. Your mother is out of danger now. It was a minor heart attack...and not a major one. You can meet her now...

Avni nodded and doctors left.

Avni entered the room with a pale face having so many questions in her mind.

She saw Ayesha lying on the bed looking at her with tears in her eyes.

Avni sat on the chair beside her but did not looked in her eyes. She was still unable to resist the fact that her own mother has hidden such a big truth from her.

Ayesha : A..avni....i..i am sorry bacha...

Lots of questions were running in her mind. But right now she just wanted to know about one thing.

Avni : Maa....KAHA HAI MERI BETI ?

she asked looking in her eyes...longing desperately to meet her daughter.

A mother wants no answer...but just wants to meet her daughter first.
