BROCK'S POV

The bell rang and everyone was dismissed to their next class. I grabbed all of my things and headed for the door. I walked down the hall, making sure not to hit anyone with my wings. As I was walking I felt a hand grab me and I looked back to see Brian wearing his black hoodie over his head.

" I need to ask you something important." Brian said and he pulled me towards the stairs were there wasn't any cameras.

" whatcha need?" I asked and Brian went behind me and touched my wings. I moved away. "How did you hurt your wings?" Brian asked and I shrugged my shoulders. " I got attacked by another hybrid, he wanted something from me and I said no. " I told the truth. " What did he want?" Brian asked. " Um I don't want to tell, right now." I said a little nervous. " that's fine. oh and btw my mom can fix your wings. She is a vet so you wont feel any pain when she sets them back into place, also you will have to be in your animal form for a few months.

" Um sure but I don't know how I will be able to come to school." I felt him touch my wings again and his fingers rubbed over the area were it broke. I hissed in pain, Brian noticed my discomfort and removed his hand.

" Is it here were it hurts the most?" Brian asked me and I nodded my head. " Brock, my mom is going to ask you how you got your wings broken, so it might be easier to tell me." Brian pushed. I put my head down and stayed quiet.

" I don't know... I don't want to bring back old memories. " I said sadly, Brian nodded his head and we went to band class. we got there and the teacher gave both of us a warning and sent us to our seats.

Mini's pov

Tyler held me close to him and I felt really safe. like nothing was going to hurt me as long as Tyler was here. I leaned my head on Tyler's shoulder and he protected me. My tail wrapped around my body and laid on Tyler's lap.

I closed my eyes and let some memories flash by. They started off as good memories, me, my mom and my sister. We were a family and we had friends that helped us when we needed it. But then they turned into bad memories.

When my mom was taken away from us and my sister was killed by an alpha, she wouldn't do what he wanted and he snapped. I was left alone and left to defend myself.

I don't know what I was doing but when I came back into reality, Tyler had his arms fully around me and he was tring to calm me down. My ears wear flat against my head and my tail was wrapped around my waist.

I calmed down and Tyler let me go a little bit. I looked over to my right and I saw the principle come over. "Do you think you can finish school today, We won't count you absent for today." I nodded my head and he sent me a smile.

" C-can I take Tyler with me please, he is the only one that knows were I live." I asked and he nodded his head, Tyler helped me up and looked into my eyes.

" I can go get your things if you want, you can sit here and relax." Tyler said with a calm voice. I nodded my head and Tyler left. I sat back down and held my tail in my lap. There was a tap on the window and I turned around and saw Lui and Del outside with Vanoss and Nogla they walked in and sat down next to me.

" What happened?! Mini are you ok?" Lui asked and I nodded my head. They hugged me and I hugged them back. Tyler walked back into the room and he had all his things and all of my things. " Come on Mini lets get you home." Tyler said.

I nodded my head and stood up, principle Walker walked over to us and he was talking to our friends, me and Tyler walked over to the doors and I looked back to see our friends going back to their class.
