Stolen Lessons on Touch
The summer holidays were just about to began. The air was filled with the mouthwatering aroma of ripe mangoes and jackfruits... and, along with it, the excitement of going on a vacation! That year, the Roy Chowdhurys had planned to spend the summer holidays at their estate in Darjeeling, and needless to say, the two young enthusiastic ones were brimming with jolts of excitement.
The dinner table topics had changed from social and political banters to stories on hills stations and vacation plans. The entire household had a festivity surrounding the excitement of the summers.
It was a Friday, the last day of school. The day after was scheduled as the start of their vacation, adding extra happiness to the ambience. As usual, Anirudh was in his study that afternoon, busy with his law work as suddenly Batuk had burst inside his home office.
"Dada... Guess what... I know how I was born!"
Anirudh had looked up, a little unprepared for this sudden announcement, as he furrowed his eyebrows at the grinning face of his younger brother.
He stretched his neck noticing Bondita standing outside the room, with her bag still hung on her shoulders. They both had turned fourteen that year, an entry to the menacing teens, and both were hit hard by the varying colors of puberty.
"And?" Anirudh had asked quizzically.
"And I know everything!" Batuk took a happy swirl around as he pulled Bondita inside by her hand.
"Bondita... Tell him... What we learnt."
Bondita didn't speak. Infact she hadn't spoken a word to Anirudh since the last few days after their unexpected encounter outside his bathroom.
Anirudh had just taken a bath, just out of his bathroom with only a towel hanging low on his waist. He had sat on a chair, drying his hair with a towel, facing the open window outside to admire the bloom in the mango trees. Unexpectedly, Bondita had crept inside the room, pushing the closed door open, as she too, joined her hands on rubbing his hair from behind. Instinctively and unmindfuly, Anirudh had caught hold of her hand and pulled her infront, making her loose balance. Bondita had fallen straight on his lap, with his hand cradling her body from infront, his bare chest had touched her bosoms, his bare arms had touched her back and before Anirudh could apologize or help her stand, his eyes had fallen on Bondita's black glossy orbs, staring back at him with an unknown astonishment. There was something in her eyes, an incomprehensible look, a desire, a gesture may be, that had made Anirudh swallow hard and clear his throat.
'You should get up.' Anirudh had hushed in slight embarassment.
His Bondita was growing, growing up faster to be a women than he had expected, and this version of her was scaring him more.
'I should do a lot of things.' she had hushed back with an equal intensity, matching the tone of his voice.
'As in?' he had asked her in return, their eyes still fixated on each other, and their hearts beating faster in sync, with apprehensions mixed with an unknown excitement.
'I should start by being your wife', her words were straight, inhibited, making Anirudh gulp in discomfiture.
'What do you mean?'
Anirudh was well aware of what she had meant, but still, it was difficult to come to terms with the fact that somewhere, the equation of their relationship had probably taken an unexpected term.
'You seriously don't know what I mean Barrister Babu?'
Anirudh had helped her stand upright, as he noticed Bondita's eyes roaming around the exposed moist skin of his upper torso. Anirudh had liked it, this little detailed attention from her, but at the same time his mind had hammered ethical senses shattering his timid emotions. 'This was wrong in so many ways', his mind had told him.
'You should go..'
Anirudh had looked away pulling a towel from the bed to cover his body.
'You sure?' Bondita had hushed, inching a few steps forward as her eyes maintained that consistent menacing contact with his.
It was all encompassing, it was dangerous, and at that moment, Anirudh Roy Chowdhury wasn't prepared for any of it.
He hadn't replied back, but had looked away instead. And, by the time he had turned back again, Bondita was long gone, gone with the same stealth as she had entered.
The jovial ambience inside the study room had suddenly turned awkwardly suffocating as Batuk pulled Bondita to stand infront of him.
"Tell him Bondita... Tell him what we learnt in science today." Batuk was almost screaming in excitement.
"Dada, do you know mother had pooped us out!"
Anirudh had almost choked at his brother's words as he cleared his throat to maintain the composure of the situation.
"Is that what you learnt?" His tone was serious, conscious enough to avoid any misgivings.
"Yes!" Batuk grinned. "And, a lot more. Bondita tell him how eggs are supposed to hatch inside your tummy before you poop out a baby too!"
Anirudh noticed the fresh shade of red enveloping Bondita's adolescent face. She had always been pretty, even as a child, but this new glow of pubescence had left enriched effects on both her mind and body.
Batuk, in the other hand, wasn't sagacious enough, pertaining to the natural law of nature, as his childish innocence had began to stand out from Bondita's budding nubility.
Anirudh noticed the clear uneasiness surfacing in her body language at the mention of baby making process in first person. She had stood with her head hung low and her fingers fidgeting nervously infront.
"Dada... Your penis is supposed to..."
"Batuk, I'm aware of everything. Good that you learnt. I'm sure you'll score well in science this year. Now, please get back to your rooms, both of you... We have a lot to do tonight."
Anirudh had rushed the words in one breath as he stole a glance at Bondita, standing with her head down, and gazing blankly below his lower abdomen.
Her eyes were curious, unapologetic.
"We do?" She had hushed the words, before leaving the room without waiting for her sparky brother-in-law to stop her yet again.
That night, Anirudh had witnessed a different side of hers... A side that he wasn't prepared for, a sight which he never had experienced before. After dinner, when the entire household had slept in suppressed excitement of the upcoming eventful day, Anirudh had climbed up the stairs to the terrace to get some fresh air, only to find Bondita standing at the edge of the open patio with her eyes closed and arms wide open.
"Bondita!!" He had called her, quickly rushing forward to bring her down from the height.
Bondita hadn't spoken. Instead, she had just turned around and opened her eyes, looking directly at him, her gaze had met his, piercing his soul, making him feel exposed, unsheathed.
"Bondita?" He had hushed again.
The gentle summer breeze had made her long open hair caress his face, as he took a sharp breath to tame his elevated heartbeat.
Bondita looked ethereal!
It's wasn't his little dolled bride, but in her place, he saw a young maiden, with her angelic face and bewitching eyes, staring back at him with untamed fiesty desires.
He had felt her right hand slowly moving up his body, touching his torso through the flimsy cotton kurta that he had worn. Her touch had trailed up to the midriff of his toned chest, brushing his hardened nipples, and feeling every bit of his muscles in it's way.
A sharp sensation of sensuality had shrouded his clear judgement.
Who was this beauty... Standing infront of him... Offering herself with complete surrender!!
Her white unblemished skin was glowing in the silvery moonlight, she hadn't worn a blouse and the saree covering her heaved breasts weren't enough to conceal the blossoming chasm between her softness.
Anirudh had gulped, his blood coursing with fevered madness through his veins, making every muscle in his body swell in ecstasy. Like a possessed soul, he too, had raised his hand to tuck a strand of her unruly hair behind her left ear, as his fingers had unknowingly lingered a bit longer on her face, feeling the warmth of her cheek. Bondita had turned her face a little to touch his cupped fingers with her quivering red lips.
It was enticing, her eyes, her touch, the pearls of sweat on the tip on her nose and upper lip...
Anirudh drank the sight of her beauty, he didn't make any attempts but he couldn't resist her touch either.
Bondita's trembling hands had trailing down his stomach that night, feeling his chiseled abdomen, further south to the enraged masculinity trapped in between his legs.
"Stop!" Anirudh had groaned, a sigh escaping his chest, as his hands had seized her advances by grabbing them tight.
Bondita had trembled at his touch, her rapid heavy breath announcing her growing arousal.
"I have learnt about human anatomy." She had finally broken her silence, her words measured than her actions.
"I know all about a man's... your body now... " She paused, freeing her hands from his grip as she let her touch linger on his lower abdomen once again.
"I wanted to feel you... to check whether what I have read is right or not."
Not finding any immediate response to her words, Anirudh had raised his eyebrows at her trying to match the innocence of her words with her actions.
"You are good... You feel good!" She had muttered.
He saw her gulp.
"I want to feel you more.... Barrister Babu..." She took his hand in hers and made him touch her neck, moving his hand slowly down to her expectant bosoms.
Anirudh moved his hands away immediately, at the dawn of her softness touching his fingers.
"Bondita!!" He gasped.
"What are you doing?"
Bondita had inched even closer.
"I have touched you, and now it's only right if you touch me too..." She kept her ear on his chest aligning herself to his body.
"Your heartbeat is very loud." She hushed. "Louder than ever."
Anirudh had regained his composure by then. He slowly made her lift her head and lowered her face, getting down to her height.
"This isn't right Bondita." He had held her chin. "It's curiosity... probably an infatuation that you are feeling right now... This isn't real."
Bondita had looked at him with widened eyes, as he saw unexplained emotions glistening in her eyes.
"But this feels so real!! I feel weird... I feel being close to you all the time..." Tears had already started flowing down her eyes.
"It's a problem, Barrister Babu, a huge problem..."
Anirudh stood still.
"Don't cry. There isn't any problem in this world without a solution." He touched her face to wipe away the stream of tears flowing down her cheeks.
"Tell me more. Tell me how exactly you feel." He had cupped her face lovingly.
His Bondita was growing, but what he felt at that very moment was unadulterated affection for her, pure platonic affection.
"I feel... I feel like touching you... Every where..." She swallowed the words.
"And, whenever you touch me, like right now, I'm feel my stomach hurting... I feel like..."
"Yes Shona... What do you feel like?"
"I feel like I've peed a little..." She had buried her face in his chest once again, trying to hide her eminent embarrassed.
Anirudh had gulped at her words. It took the twenty three year old a few seconds to realise what his fourteen year old Bondita was referring to. Taking a deep breath he slowly started to speak.
"Bondita, look at me... Please..."
He had urged.
"Do you trust me?"
"More than myself." She whispered the words under her breath.
"So, first I want you to know that don't be scared... It's not a disease."
He caressed her hair gently with his fingers.
"You aren't peeing Bondita... It's something else... It's natural... Don't be scared."
Bondita wiped her face and looked straight into his eyes.
"It just happened again... Right now."
Anirudh had nodded his head.
"It's happening because you, your body want to be with... Well, it's like magnets Bondita. Your body is the south pole and..."
"Yours is the north pole?" Bondita widened her eyes at him.
"Umm... You could say that... So as you know opposite poles attract each other, and whats the force called?" He raised an eyebrow at her quizzically.
"Magnetism."
"Yes." Anirudh had smiled brightly.
"So, there is this magnetism working in us... And that's making you... You know, WET."
"Does it make you 'WET' too? She had asked him softly looking at him with utmost curiosity.
"Well no... Not really. It works differently for men." He had tried to chuckle.
"So you feel the magnetism too?"
Anirudh nodded his head.
"Kind of... I guess."
"Barrister Babu... Can I touch you once?" Her hands were already on his body once again.
"I just want to know something."
"What?" Anirudh gulped at her abrupt ministrations once again.
Her touch had once again made him shiver, as she felt his muscles, squeezing his body softly, trailing down on him once again.
"Don't do this Bondita." He closed his eyes and urged her gently.
Bondita's ministrations had stopped immediately as she narrowed her eyes and touched her neck instead.
With gasping eyes, he had seen her slightly parted lips and her hands travelled down her own body, feeling her own softness in the process.
"This feels so wrong." She had almost let out a groan. "But it feels so good!!"
Anirudh had felt flabbergasted and bewitched at the same time.
Her actions were seductive as hell, entrapping his senses and rationale in a dazzled entanglement.
How was she doing all this to him! HIM?
The night was different, it passionate serenity had fumed up some ancient wildness in his blood too. Against his better judgement, he grabbed her hand like a demented soul and made her touch her own body... first her soft breasts, making her moan, and then moving her hand down her core, making her touch her wetness over the cotton saree.
"Barrister Babu...!!" Bondita had moaned.
"Bondita... Touch yourself... Like this... See you shall feel better." His words were husky sending thousands of electric impulses all over her body.
"But,... But, I want you to... "
Anirudh nodded his head.
"Imagine it's me if that makes you feel better."
"Would you imagine me too?" Her words were unhindered.
"Yes."
......................................................
The small team of chosen prosecution lawyers had just left, finishing their preparatory meeting inside Barrister Anirudh Roy Chowdhury's office under the guidance of his able leadership.
It was already 10 pm. and Anirudh had finally poured some warm coffee from a flask and relaxed back in his chair.
It's been an hectic day, first the lecture in Hindu College and then day long meetings at his office. He'll have to win the case, no matter what!
He was tired, his mind lazily trailing back to the earlier events of the day.
His thoughts concentrated on his only refuge... His Bondita. He recalled every words they shared, the touch they exchanged... And unknowingly, his hands had automatically dialled the number in his telephone.
"Hello." A soft lazy voice responded from the other end of the mechanical device.
"It's me." His words were soft was well.
"Why didn't you return tonight? It's your fifth night away."
Anirudh didn't reply directly to her question.
"Do you miss me?" He hushed instead.
"I do."
"Do you want me to come to you? Right now?" His voice was husky once again, his body relaxed on the chair.
"Only if you want to." Bondita murmured.
"I want to Bondita... But, I want you to want me too."
"I want you." Bondita replied slowly.
"No... Not like this." He sighed.
"Do you remember that night on our terrace Bondita?" His words were seductively measured.
"The night before the Darjeeling trip?"
Bondita knew the reference at once, her mind's eye reflecting every move, every word like a real bioscope infront of her.
"I do... The trip where you chose to stay back at the last minute."
Anirudh's sigh was clearly audible over the telephone.
"I stayed back because I didn't have the strength to resist you Bondita... I guess I had started to desire you against my will."
"My vacation was ruined."
"I'm sorry Shona." His tone was genuine.
"But, do you remember how desparately you wanted me that night? As if your life depended on it!"
"Hm... I still want you."
"Do you remember touching me?" He asked her slowly.
"Yes."
"Do you remember me teaching you how to touch yourself?" The sensuous hoarseness in his voice was making her heart flutter.
"Yes."
"Would you touch yourself for me tonight?"
Silence had prevailed over the mechanical line of the telephone device and Bondita parted her lips slowly to speak again.
"Would that make you happy?"
"My happiness lies in yours." Anirudh's prompt reply had made her blush.
"Then come home tonight."
Bondita heard his loud sigh over the telephone.
"I would, I really would... If I could. I have some pressing matters at hand at work..."
Bondita sighed too.
"I understand."
"Do you trust me Shona?" Anirudh had almost breathed the words.
"I think I do."
"Then that's all it matters. Once this case is over, I'll do whatever makes you happy." He almost caressed the telephone receiver held close to his ears.
"Bondita?"
"Hm?"
"Who was that boy you were talking to?"
"Which boy?" Bondita asked unmindfuly.
"The one with glasses, dark complexioned."
"Oh him." Bondita tried to smile.
"He's a friend."
"Well, Shona I don't like to see anyone holding your hand." His words were gentle and measured.
"Was he? Holding my hand?" Bondita asked slowly.
"Yes."
"Then why didn't you stop him?"
"Because I don't want to look like a jealous husband." Anirudh pouted his lips and Bondita smiled unknowingly, imagining his pouty face.
"Are you?"
"What?"
"A jealous husband?"
"No." He hushed. "But, an extremely possessive one."
He stopped to steal a second.
"You are mine Bondita... Only mine."
