There was fun, there was food, and their was unadulterated outpour of fondness... The evening turned into night, and the six soul, as if deserted from the earth, sat around the fire, laughing, chatting and singing to their heart's content.
The three men were intoxicated, and the two women as well, barring Sharmi, and from time and again, their hearts collided along with the gaze of their eyes.
Brojo was blowing kisses in the air for his almost asleep wife, and Anirudh lay on the ground beside Bondita, his head on her lap, and munching peanuts. Sharmila continued playing with the cat, Mukundo sat a little further away from her, as if a little fearful, but keeping an watchful eye on her convenience.

"Awni used to be sooo scared of ghosts in school... My god!"
Brojo laughed out, drawing the context of the conversation they were having.

"Liar... It was you... "
Anirudh objected at once, throwing a small pebble at his friend, and in return a handful of mud came flying at them.

"Oye... Careful... It might get into her eye."
He lifted his hand up to cover Bondita's face immediately, without even looking, and it landed on her breasts instead.

"Barrister Babu..." Bondita pressed her lips and rolled her eyes.

"Alright sorry," Brojo raised both his hand in an apology, and then his eyes shone naughtily once again.
"Now... let the mud make some dough..."
He laughed out loud and splashed a glass of water at Anirudh, making him get up from Bondita's lap at once.

"Brojooo... Damn you!"
Anirudh was drenched a little, and he too laughed... looking around, he picked up a jug full of water, and threw it at him, drenching Brojo and Mukundo at once.

"Why me??" Mukundo's jaws dropped, and before Anirudh could react, he saw Mukundo pick up a bucket of water, and splash it's entire content at them, the intention was to drench Anirudh, but his unsteady hands had made the water rain on Bondita, drenching her completely...

"Holy mother..."
Anirudh stood up at once and picked up some more mud... But, before he could throw it at them, they all stopped as they saw Bondita getting up from the circle awkwardly, and running towards the tent as fast as she could, her feet unsteady, her path ziczac-ed.

"Damn! Go inside brother... She must be mad!!" Brojo huffed and Anirudh gulped, nodding in agreement, and he followed her inside, running in staggered steps.

"Bondi..." Anirudh lifted the cloth door, but then stopped, as infront of him was not his little Bondita, but a women with her sprouted beauty, unwrapping a soaked saree stuck to her slender body. She had always been pretty, but at that moment, Anirudh thought her to be irresistible...her soaked stands of hair, her glowing complexion, and the unnoticed curves of her body beckoned him together... The epitome of beauty, he thought, the enchantress who was born to steal his heart!
Bondita was standing infront of him with an almost bare bosom, without the covering of the saree, and the black blouse was half unbuttoned, giving a full view of her alluring midriff.

"Bondita!" Anirudh gasped, and Bondita turned away, her mind was intoxicated too, and yet more was her heart.

"Go away... " She murmured, and it made him come yet closer.

"Do I have to?"
His voice felt different, and so did his eyes, scanning her body in an unfamiliar gaze, and it was turning her on.

"I... I need to Change..."

Anirudh hadn't replied, but instead he exhaled sharply and turned back at once, a little reluctantly perhaps, and as he was about to walk out of the door, Bondita called him softly.

"Wait... Barrister Babu... " She had raised her hand, in hesitation, yet her heart wasn't prepared to let him go.
"Stay."

His Bondita had asked him to stay, and that was an enough good reason for him to stay. He stopped at once and turned around, his eyes on the exposed crevice of her heaving bosoms, unwillingly, and he gulped in anticipation.

"Bondita... I... I mean, we... " He swallowed hard and continued to stare as she slowly unwrapped the red chiffon saree infront of him. She opened her hair and let her wet traces fall freely, touching below her waist, and her blouse remained half opened.

"Barrister Babu..." Bondita inched closer, and Anirudh sensed all his restraints breaking down, his honour falling apart, his heart burning with a newfound desire... The desire to make her his!

"Stay... Stay away..." He murmured, and stepped back, but Bondita had bridged the gap between them already, touching his arms and sliding her hands down his muscles, entwining her fingers with his. Her touch was coursing fire through his body, and he feared the arousal he felt.

"I don't want you to have..." Bondita casted her eyesight down and murmured, "to have sexual intercourse with me... I just wanted a kiss!"

"I won't be able to stop at one kiss, Bondita." Anirudh stood still, like a living statue, his heart racing against time, his blood vessels pumping adrenaline making his body tremble.

"Why?"

"I... I don't know..."

"Can I see you atleast?"
The weed was working it's way in her mind, and the helplessness she felt a little while ago was channelized to a dangerous affirmation.

"You want to... See... Me?" Anirudh fumbled and her hands were already on the buttons of his shirt. Sensing the futility of ceasing her attempts any more, he held her hand.
"Stop... I'll open them."

Anirudh's hands were on hers, ceasing their advances, and that touch ignited fire and erupted volcanoes of desire.
His eyes were buried on her face, and his fingers worked on the buttons, unbuttoned them one by one, revealing his toned torso at the mercy of her feasting eyes.

"You are gorgeous!"
Bondi gasped, as her eyes took their time memorising his muscles, before they drifted down to the huge bulge that had formed in his trousers.

Anirudh gulped, "No Bondita... I'm not opening that..." He resisted feebly and Bondita turned around, picking up a long peacock feather that was used as a page-mark in one of Bimala's books.
"What are you trying..." Anirudh shivered, and the feather touched his left shoulder, brushing against his skin, as it trailed further south tickling his hardened nipples, down to his chiseled abdomen, to the hem of his trousers.
"Bondita..." He growled, and breathed hard, struggling to keep his eyes open, and Bondita saw with widened orbs the bulge inside his cotton pants growing bigger, making him strain and struggle to keep it inside.

"Do... You... want me to touch you..." Bondita asked slowly, "there?"

"Where?" Anirudh swallowed nervously, and Bondita gestured at his strained manhood with her eye.

It was a moment, one of its kind, the kind that none of them had ever experienced, and standing at such a close proximity to each other, they both trembled in need, their body burning with desire. But, it wasn't the time to lose the battle, not yet, and although intoxicated, but in his mind, Anirudh knew that crossing the border would mean his ultimate defeat, the defeat of his love!

"No... " Anirudh hushed, and in a swift movement, ceased the feather from her hand, holding it to her neck instead, like a sensuous blade of a love sword.
"One day Bondita... When we both are in our complete senses... I'll let you touch me... And play with me... And kiss me... The way you want..."

There was an all encompassing sensuality in his voice, a seductive command, and Bondita closed her eyes and licked her lips in need.

"Open your eyes Shona..." Anirudh hushed again, and Bondita saw him touching the feather with his lips, rubbing it gently against his mouth, not a peck but in a wild passionate way, drenching Bondita's core in the process.
"And now, your turn..."

He moved the feather towards her, and made it touch her mouth in turn, rubbing it seductively on her slightly parted lips.
"This would be my lips one day..." He hushed in her ears in a husky voice, and Bondita felt a flood erupting in between her legs.
The feather moved down to her neck, below to the crack of her half opened blouse, and Bondita let out a soft moan...
"Ahh..."

She clutched the trousers on his waist, unclipping one of the suspenders unknowingly, and arched her back for more, making Anirudh lose his mind. He grabbed her waist and pulled her towards his body, in an attempt of bridging every gap in between them.
It was only a fraction of a moment, his manhood had touched her stomach, and it was like an electric shock for him... her touch had made Anirudh jump, a little too abruptly, in reflex, and the feather along with one of the suspenders flew across the tent landing on the poor cat who was quietly sniffing the leftover fishbone at a corner. The cat jumped too, in terror, pouncing on Anirudh, and he flung his arms, hitting the pole of the tent. The cat jumped out, unsuccessful, and Anirudh fell on his back, pulling Bondita along with him, and with then fell the tent...
A sharp tattering noise, the cat's loud growl and Bondita's sharp cry in pain...
All mixed together, and Anirudh lay buried inside the tent cloth with his wife in his chest.

"Anirudh... Boudi... Are you... Are you alright..."
Brojo and Mukundo had heard the sound, and had rushed to aid at once, and as they untangled the fallen couple and removed the tent cloth from them, they saw a bare bodied Anirudh lying with his half naked wife on top of him.

"Holy...!" The men turned around at once.
"What were you doing?"
Unable to control his amusement, Brojo laughed out loud, and Mukundo remarked blankly, his senses still high on the weed and on Anirudh's words

"Enlightenment brother... " He murmured, "it's all enlightenment!"

Anirudh had found his shirt, and had covered Bondita with it, and even in that scanty night light, the bright crimson hue on both their faces made it impossible for the others to keep a restrain on their amusement.

"This was a blunder!" Anirudh murmured, sitting a little away from the gang, watching them laughing their heart out, as he sat quietly applied red betadine solution on his wife's bruised elbow.
Sharmi had fallen asleep, and her menacing cat was now glaring at Anirudh, sitting at a near distance.

"I never want to go a picnic... Ever again." Bondita murmured too.

"Same!" He hushed.

...................

Dear readers,
Don't forget to let me know your views on this entire picnic flashback.
This being one of the major reasons why Anirudh had to sent Bondita away to Dehradun.

Now, about the votes...
They are decreasing day by day.  And I can't be more disheartened!!
So, if you want to know more about how
1) Anirudh and Bondita would relive their tent moment and create new memories.
2) how Rai and Satya would find a way to each other's heart,
3. And how Batuk would deal with his heartbeat and the immediate realisation of what he shouldn't have done with Mira and Bhargavi...
Keep voting... And follow me.

Much love ❤️❤️
Your humble author.
Andiee
