Y/K/N had been wandering around when she heard someone from the side she wasn't to be found on. The Dark Forest. It was the shecat Cloudydawn, formerly ShadowClan.  "Why are you over here?" Y/K/N was caught off guard by Cloudydawn, as S/O/H had grown unaware that she had grown so close to the border between them.

The Y/F/C kit could only mew the response of "I wanted to hear a story, but I couldn't find any willing cats. Will you tell me a story?" Cloudydawn thought about it for, maybe just a moment, but agreed to share a story, "Alright little clumsy kit. I'll give you a story. It'll be one of the good things I've done, don't worry." Cloudydawn and Y/K/N got into a comfortable idle position before Cloudydawn began the story, "It all started when. . ."

Cloudydawn had only reached WindClan camp now. Well. .  what wasn't taken by fire, at least. (let's just pretend a careless twoleg tossed a match into the camp or something.) She looked around warily until her eyes caught onto the WindClan queen, Brindleblossom. In the cat's jaws and at her paws were the two kits Shadekit and Featherkit. 

"Take these two. I need to make sure no other cats are in the camp." The two kits were set down at Cloudydawn's paws as the queen ran back into the camp. "Stay here you two, I'm going to get you help." Cloudydawn stated as she turned to find another cat.

The white-and-gray shecat very quickly found her mate, Berrystalk. She spoke first, "Shadekit and Featherkit. We have to carry them away from the camp." She led him to the kits and together they carried the pair.

The Y/E/C mewed, curiously, "Why did you save Featherkit and Shadekit?" Cloudydawn only could answer with "I knew I couldn't have had much longer to live, and I might as well. I have my doubts that Featherrunner and Shadesky even remember me at this point. Go run off little kit before any other cats come around and bother you." With that, the multi-colored shecat turned and ran back into the darkness. Y/K/N lingered before just accepting the truth and going away from S/O/H spot.
