Moon was shining brightly giving us signal to go so we went near gran's house. The surroundings were eerily serene it was like calm before storm. I could feel a shiver run through my spine. Gran already told us to hide until she tells anica about the situation therefore we hid ourselves in nearby bushes.

Suddenly I felt a shiver through my spine and then I saw something crawling from the pond. It was very creepy and then small sound arose from my mouth and unfortunately that creature heard that and was going back to the pond. Suddenly Catarina run towards that pond but her legs got tangled with some vines and she fell into the pond.

"Catarina, Catarina please answer me." By that time gran came towards me and put her hand on my shoulders and shook her head.

"No, no, no you promised me that you will be with me till the end of the journey....... It's all because of my carelessness."

Then something struck me that Catarina took my bow tie which had spy cam. I ran towards Moron's house as fast as I could and fortunately the door was open or else I would have broken the door. I came inside and searched for my bag frantically. Moron came and asked me " what happened dear? Where is Catarina?" I while searching answered him " please moron don't ask me anything but can you tell me where is my bag?". He understood my situation and without saying anything went inside and brought my bag and went out of the room to complete his work.

I took out my tab and opened the ongoing recording. Firstly I could not distinguish because of dim crimson shade light but gradually I was able to pick out it was some kind of room. And while I was searching for some clue I saw a family picture. I zoomed on the picture it was a family picture I assumed it to be of Amica and her family but what caught my attention was the background, it was a forest area and closely resembled the forest area near the pond. I clicked that photo and ran towards gran's house. I knocked gran's door and she opened after two knocks.

"Gran, did Anica ever say what happened to her in that forest."
"No, my child why are you asking that?"
"Because you said that whoever comes near the pond will get hypnotized and fall in the water. But see this video Catarina after falling in the pond is unconscious in the forest."
I showed the video footage to Gran.
She was shocked."This....This" by pointer her finger she spoke tremblingly" This is the place where Anica died"

"Gran can you tell me where is this place I need to reach there as soon as possible."
Gran turned and went to her cupboard and took a small crossbag. Giving me the crossbar she spoke" This was Anica's you will get all your answers in this bag." Then she went inside.

I opened the bag eagerly. In that bag was a diary. I opened it and began to read....
