It's Monday and I am here with the next update😀😀😀. Apologies for the delay but I was caught up with my work.

"HI I AM DEV, DEV KASHYAP" said Dev introducing himself to Ajay as he forwarded his hand for a hand shake.

"HI Ajay Gupta" replied Ajay as he shook his hand with Dev

"By the way I have been observing you from the past few minutes, you have been staring at that house for quite some time now. Any particular reason?" asked Ajay coming directly to the point he wanted to ask as Dev kept quiet for some time before speaking again.

"Actually...Actually my girlfriend stays in that house. And I am waiting for a glimpse of her. We just had a small tiff because of which she is upset and ignoring me" said Dev sadly as Ajay looked surprised

"Are you sure your girlfriend stays there?" asked Ajay trying to re-confirm what Dev was saying.

"Yes Ajay, I am sure about it. In fact I got to know that some guy is coming to see her for marriage. See she is so upset with me, I just want to ask forgiveness from her. I love her so much" replied Dev faking tears while Ajay looked perplexed unsure whether Dev was talking about Sonakshi or some other girl.

"What's your girlfriend's name?" asked Ajay as Dev looked at him wiping his tears

"Why should I tell her name to you?" Dev retorted back as Ajay grew frustrated.

"Dev, Tell me her name. Maybe I can help you?" said Ajay as Dev eyed suspiciously at him, even though he could exactly guess who Ajay was yet he was trying to make it look as if he was suspicious about him to make him believe that he was really in love with Sonakshi.

"You seem to be good person Ajay so I guess I can believe you. Her name is Sonakshi, Sonakshi Sharma" said Dev as Ajay gasped listening to him, he was quiet which Dev did not miss. He could exactly gauge what was going on in Ajay's mind and was ecstatic that his plan was working when he decided to play his final card.

"What happened Ajay? Why do you look shocked? Please tell me how you can help me?" he asked as Ajay sighed, he was not sure whether to tell Dev the truth or not but then gave in.

"Actually...Actually Dev I am the one who has to see Sonakshi as a prospective bride for the marriage" he said as Dev looked stunned.

"Please Ajay, I beg you please do not say yes for this relationship. I really love Sonakshi, in fact she loves me as well just that she is a little upset with me. Please Ajay" pleaded Dev as he fell down on his knees which seemed to have worked with Ajay as he lifted Dev up.

"Don't worry Dev, you will not lose your love" said Ajay as he turned to leave, determined to make the estranged lovers meet.

As Ajay left Dev broke into a happy jig, elated that his plan worked. Just as he was dancing his eyes fell on someone who was observing him and it was none another than Sonakshi. She had just finished her call and came back to her room to meet Ajay but was surprised to find him missing as she moved towards the window of her room where her eyes fell on a dancing Dev as she was shocked finding him at her place while perplexed at the same time that he was happily dancing away. As their eyes met Dev's lips curved into a wide smile while Sonakshi frowned at him. Dev just smirked and showed a thumbs up to her as if wishing her the best of luck which left her more confused as she was unable to comprehend what Dev was up to just as she heard her father call her down.

As Sonakshi came down she saw Ajay and his family about to leave which surprised her once again as she and Ajay had not talked properly yet. She went towards them as Ajay glared at her which once again left her surprised, she felt as if in the past few days life was throwing too many surprises at her.

"Oh Mr.Sharma, We will take a leave now. We will let you know our decision" said Mr.Gupta, Ajay's father as Bijoy nodded in agreement.

Just as they were leaving Ajay found Sonakshi standing alone as the parents of both talked, he went towards her and said "Don't leave him Sonakshi, He really loves you a lot" as Sonakshi was left speechless unable to process what he had said as Ajay left listening to the calls from his parents leaving an astounded Sonakshi behind.

The next day Sonakshi was working in her boutique in a foul mood when Elena arrived, she excitedly went towards her.

"Sona, How was the guy? What did he say? asked Elena in an excited voice as Sonakshi frowned at her which surprised Elena

"Arey, Why are giving me those angry looks?" added Elena seeing Sonakshi's angry look

"He rejected the marriage proposal" said Sonakshi angrily, the Gupta's had called in the morning to inform that they cannot take the relationship forward which disappointed both Bijoy and Sonakshi. While Bijoy was unhappy that he lost a chance to get his daughter married into a good family Sonakshi could not fathom the fact that someone could reject her.

"But why? Why did he reject you?" said Elena as Sonakshi replied "He says our thought process does not match. Fool, does not know what he lost by rejecting Sonakshi Sharma" she said as Elena chuckled looking at the expressions on her friend's face because of the rejection.

"Why are you laughing?" asked Sonakshi in an angry tone as Elena's chuckle increased

"Sona, You should see your face. You are getting angry because a guy rejected you. Don't worry dear maybe there is someone better waiting for you" said Elena as Sonakshi gave whatever look, she was still not ready to believe that a guy had rejected her. Asking Elena to get back to work she busied herself as well in an effort to forget the incident.

Sonakshi was working on a Dress design when she heard someone speak "Excuse me, I wanted a lovely bouquet for my friend" she felt she had heard the same voice before as she looked up but as soon as she saw the person she wished she hadn't done that, for standing before her was DEV talking to Elena who had a surprised look on her face. Anger surged through her, already she was angry because of the rejection and now seeing the person she hated the most brought an end to her patience.

"How dare you come here again?" she spoke in a loud voice as Dev turned towards her, he smiled as he saw her rattled by his presence.

"Oh Come on Darling, Why would anyone come to a florist. To buy flowers right?" he asked with a smirk as it increased Sonakshi's anger, she was about to retort when Elena interrupted.

"Excuse me, please have a look at these. I will be back in a minute" spoke Elena

"Sure Miss., Just hope your friend had the basic etiquettes of how to speak with customers" he threw a jibe at Sonakshi who by now was red with anger, before she could reply Elena pulled her to the side.

"What are you doing Sona?" she asked as Sonakshi replied "Elena, I do not want to see his face. I am going to throw him out right away" she spoke.

"Sona, let him take what he wants and leave. Why unnecessarily lose money, see he is the first customer for the day. Let's not make an issue of it" said Elena as Sonakshi calmed down she did not want a scene at her boutique. "Fine" she said as Elena smiled and went back to attend Dev.

"Sir, Did you find what you wanted?" asked Elena with a polite smile as Dev replied "Oh yes, I have. Please wrap this and write a message on it "CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR WEDDING DEARIE" as Elena wrapped the bouquet and wrote the message on it. She handed it over to Dev and collected the money from him.

As Dev picked up the bouquet he moved towards Sonakshi who was perplexed seeing him coming towards her, as he reached her he handed the bouquet to her and said "Congratulations Darling" as Sonakshi's confusion increased as Dev added "FOR YOUR FIRST REJECTION" as he smirked while Sonakshi's eyes widened as to how Dev came to know about it, seething in anger she fisted her palm and was about to hit him when Dev caught her hand.

"Don't even think about it Ms. Sonakshi Sharma and keep yourself ready for you are going to receive a bouquet of flower for each of your rejection" he said leaving her hand and stormed off as Sonakshi glared at his retreating figure. If looks could burn Dev would have turned to ashes by now.

As he left Sonakshi threw the bouquet in the dustbin and it was then it dawned upon her. Her thoughts went back to the events of last evening Dev was present near her home yesterday, then his dance, Gupta family leaving suddenly & then the rejection. Everything clicked now, Dev must have said something to Ajay which might have prompted him to reject her. She balled her fists in anger but then she thought again, in a way this was a blessing in disguise. She could spend her lifetime with a person who believed a stranger within seconds and rejected her based on that. She thanked her stars that she could save herself from such a relation. With these thoughts she got back to her work.

A couple of days had passed since the incident at Sonakshi's boutique. On evening Sonakshi had just returned from her work and was freshening up when she heard something break downstairs, she panicked and rushed down, but the scene before her shocked her. Bijoy had fallen down on the floor clutching his heart as Sonakshi panicked, she rushed to him and tried to wake him up. Tears were flowing from her eyes, she composed herself and called 911 for an ambulance so as to rush Bijoy to the hospital. After a few moments, the ambulance arrived as Sonakshi along with an unconscious Bijoy left for the hospital.

On the other hand the same evening Dev was working in the Pub when he got a call from someone, as he picked the call he was left speechless. Ranveer had met with an accident and was rushed to the hospital. Dev quickly informed Mr. Patel and left for the hospital along with Bunty.

At the hospital

Ranveer had suffered a major fracture on his left leg along with some minor scratches, the doctor had advised him to admitted for a couple of days, all the while Tina was disconsolate seeing Ranveer's condition while Dev and Bunty tried to calm her down. After sometime, Dev had just exited Ranveer's room to get the medicines when he saw Sonakshi rushing out of a room which left him perplexed, he was curious as to why Sonakshi was there at their hospital. At first he decided to ignore but curiosity got better of him as he went near to the room and asked a nurse what was the matter who informed him that the patient had suffered a Minor heart attack.

As soon as Dev heard about it a sadness surged through him, he felt bad seeing Bijoy suffering. Making sure no one was around he entered the room, standing near the door he could see oxygen mask and other instruments attached. He was about to leave the room when he suddenly saw Bijoy breathing heavily, he panicked and was unable to understand what to do. He ran out and called the nurse who rushed in with the Doctor as they started taking the appropriate steps to stabilize Bijoy which happened after a few minutes as Dev heaved a sigh of relief. The doctor appreciated Dev for alerting them in the nick of time as Dev thanked them and left to get the medicines for Ranveer.

Just as Dev left Sonakshi arrived with the medicines for Bijoy as she panicked seeing the activity of the nurses & doctor in her father's room.

"What's the matter sister? Any problem?" she asked as she saw her father sleeping

"Oh, Actually your father's health deteriorated suddenly" the nurse replied

"What, How is he now? Is he fine?" Sonakshi asked in a panicky voice

"Oh, Don't worry. He is fine now, thanks to the young man who informed us at the right time about his health" said the nurse as Sonakshi looked surprised.

"Oh is it? Who was it? Can I meet him?" said Sonakshi

"Oh I don't know who was it. But I saw him leaving Room No:- 305, maybe you can find him there" said the Nurse as Sonakshi thanked her, making sure Bijoy was fine she left for the room in the hope of finding the person and thanking him for helping her father out.

As Sonakshi entered the room she was left speechless as before her along with everyone else was the same girl whom she had seen first with Dev on the ferry....TINA....
