At night

Avni was sitting on her room thinking about the thing which he wanna share with Neil. Which is important for him to know.

While Neil reached home after leaving Zoya in orphanage. He entered the living hall while he saw bebe waiting for him.

"Bebe... Aap soye nahi?" he asked while bebe nodded negatively

"Tum aaja... Dinner karle.." she said and served him food.

He sat on the table.

"All had dinner?" he asked eating

"Haa... We had... Par..." she paused while Neil looked at her

"Par kya hai Bebe..." he asked

"Avni nahi khaya..."

"kyu?... Aap bhulayega usse.." he said

"Humne bhulaya Tho tha.... Pata nahi kya hua usse... ... Pata nahi kya soch thi rehthi hai.... Bechain lagrahi thi..." she said worried.

"Koi nahi bebe... Teek hojaygi..." he said.

"Tillu........Kya hua asie tum dhone ke beech... Aachi friends tho the na tum dhono ne..... Avni tumhara liya kya nahi kiya.... Tum na Neil.... Uske baare main sochna bhi nahi chaatha hai.... Tum dar rahi ho.... Tum dar rahi ho ki... Agar tum uske baare main soche tho... Tum usko accept karlega... Par ab tak tum aise rehega puttar...... Ek baar sochlo... Vo tumhe bohat pyaar karthi hai.....bohat.....hum sab ko Vo ehsaas horraha hai... Pata nahi kyu tumhe nahi horraha hai... Lagtha hai.. Tum uss pyaar ko dekhna hi nahi chaatha hai....Zindagi aise hi nahi chalthe hai Neil.....Humhe pata nahi kal kya hone waale hai.... Tum aaj khush hona seeklo... Hone waala kal ko pakad ke kab tak bete rahoge......pata nahi meri baat tumhe samaj aaraha hai ya nahi.... Bass meri mann main jo aaya Vo boldiya.....uske baad tumhari marzi.... Par yaad rakhna ki.... Avni ki zindagi bhi tumhari saath judi hai... "Bebe said in a very calm tone hoping that her words will reach his heart.

Bebe went.

He was still in the place being sank in her words. He remainces how he and Avni used to be during the collage days.

" Tum bhi Lad ne ki kya zaroorat hai.. " Neil asked bandaging her slight scratches

" Areey Vo tumpe humla karraha tha.. Main kese chup beti reh thi..." she said

"offo Avni.... Tumse kuch nahi hosaktha hai.....Game pe aise kuch hojatha hai..." Neil said

"Game pe aise kuch hojatha hai.." she mimicked him

"Main na tumhare sar phod ne tak rukh jathi..." she said rolling her eyes while he laughed.

And Avni now bandage his scratches.

"ahhh...Aram se " he hissed in pain while she laughed

"Tum tho bohat weak ho Neil...." she said laughing while he glare at him and started chasing her while she ran.

He realized she is not the same Avni. Suddenly he felt guilt thinking he is the reason behind it. He then think how she protected him whenever prakash and shwetha scold him.

In the other hand.

Avni was waiting for him and the door gets opened. She looked up and saw him coming near her with plate of food.

"Vo... Bebe ne... Bataya tum.. Dinner nahi ki..." he said keeping the plate on the bed.

"zoya kesi hai?" she asked

"Teek hai.."

He then went to fresh up and came out after sometime and saw her not even touched the food. He looked at the food then her.

"Tum ab tak..." he was interrupted by her.

"Neil..."she took a pause

" Neil.... Vo... Main... Tumse ek zaroori... baat karni..hai..."she said stooding up from the bed

" Pehle dinner phir baatein... " he said strictly while she did what he told.

Avni came to her room from kitchen and saw him standing on the porch. She went near him. By sensing some presence he looked at her who was looking at the sky.

"Neil... Mujhe samaj.. nahi aaraha hai.... Ki.. Main yeh.. baat kese kahu..." she break in middle but competed her sentence

"Main zoya ke baare main baat karna chaathi Hu..."

they heard the knock on the door

He looked at Avni and then went to open the door. He saw shwetha there.

"Maa.. Aap yaha.." he asked while Avni came following him.

"Tillu tum kab aay?..."

"Kuch der pehle aaya tha.."

Achaa papa tumhe bhularahe hai... tumse kuch baat karna chaatha hai... " shwetha said

" Haa mom.. Abhi aaya maine.. "he said and went with her

He went to shwetha's room

" Aao Neil... "Prakash said while Neil saw his face which was tensed.

" Haa papa... "

" Neela ji ne bolrahae the ki... " he paused and looked at shwetha.

" Kya hua papa... "

" Avni... Vo bachchi ko adopt karna chathi hai... " Prakash said while Neil was shocked yet surprised.

"Neela ji Avni ko samjhane ki koshish ki... Par Avni maane ki tayar nahi hai shayad..." he said worried.

"Tumse baat hui..?" he asked him while he nodded negatively

"Kya socha hai tum?" he asked while he looked at him

"Papa... Zoya hai itni acchi bachi hai... Avni shayad teek kehrahi hai... Usko pyaar zaroorat hai..." he was interrupted by him

"Tum dhono kyu tum dhono ke baare main nahi sochrahi ho...." Neil had no answer for his question. He slowly left from there..

He came to the room and saw her sleeping. He closed the door and sat on the couch and lost into his thoughts.
