I'm well aware by the fact that there is no ketchup in the house but maybe he brought some yesterday and no in the hell its blood! Ugh! Why is it troubling me so much?

"Antony, I remembered there's no ketchup in the house" I said, before going out. He stared at me for a moment and then laughed.

"Are you saying that its...blood?" He said and faked a dangerous look.

"Hey! You're scaring me now!" I pouted.

"Haha, I brought some yesterday to make pasta" he said and showed me the packet keep inside the refrigerator. I nervously laughed and became embrassed.

"Okay, see you later! Bye!" I waved at him and when to the way to school with my bag, closing the main door.

School is not my favourite place to go but I can say it's a good place to have fun. Most importantly with friends. Let's skip the useless parts and go straight to class. I went inside the classroom and saw Chelsea sitting sadly Alone in her bench.

"Chelsea..?" I called and took my seat in front of her and turned back.

"A-Annie? You know the cops came to me for investigating. They also told that maybe you're related to it. Is it true?" She asked, with a shock.

"No it is not. They came to my house also but the truth is, that night I saw the dead person and mistakenly I forgot my bracelet there only and that's why they suspected me" I replied.

"I see, I hope you don't get in serious trouble. My mom is too scared about it" she said.

"I understand and...why you told them about Ash?" I asked as she looked at me with shock and then looked at the floor.

"I-i was terrified and Ash indeed was behaving weirdly and didn't you see, he went home early" she said and I almost felt guilt in her voice.

"I know but Ash can't do this" 

"I don't know but I can't believe him fully. We all know what kind of boy is he and also the crime took place near our launch and that time Ash wasn't with us. Don't you think that-"

"Then give me a reason why he will kill someone" I said, this is something hard to control.

"How can I know about his affairs? I just don't want to get into trouble and it's better to tell the truth to the cops. I didn't do anything wrong, did I?" Chelsea asked and wiped a drop of tear from her cheek.

"I don't know but I can be sure that Ash can't do this. I trust him!" I said and turned in the front and burried my face on the table, between my arms. The class already started but Ash didn't came today. Chelsea and my other friends looked at me. I know what they are thinking but he didn't came that doesn't mean he is trying to escape.

The school ended and I came out alone. They tried to explain me several times and what they were trying to say? To stay away from Ash. Like seriously? Aren't they also his friends? And I thought we can trust each other in our friendship but now they turned against Ash?

I walked beside the dusy wall but stopped when I noticed a figure with a black hoodie standing by leaning his back against the wall.

"Ash..." The words escaped from my mouth almost in a whisper as he turned towards me with those same cold eyes which makes really hard to understand about his emotions.

"Oh, you're here?" He said and came to me.

"Where were you?" I asked as he bend a little and pressed his forehead on mine.

"You seems nervous. Anything wrong?" He asked as I looked directly at his grey eyes. I know those eyes very well, he is not the victim. He can't be!

"Yea, actually something happened last night" I said.

"What happ-"

"What a beautiful sight!" We both turned sideways to see James standing there along with his car and other cops. When the hell he got here?

"What are you doing here?" I asked, annoyingly.

"I knew that this bloody guy would definitely come to meet you and guess what? I followed you. I'm smart you see" James said.

"Yea yea" 

"Are you searching for me?" Ash asked James

"Yes, I guess you know why?"

"No" 

"Oh really?" He raised his eyebrows "Why don't you come to the police station and I'll explain everything?"

"Sorry but I'm not interested" he said and held my hand and about to go when two cops blocked our way.

"I'm not give a f**k whether you're interested or not but you have to come with us" James said and dragged him inside the car.

"Sir please, he is innocent! You can't possibly drag someone as you wish!" I yelled

"I know what I'm doing, you better not poke your nose in this" He said.

"Then I'll also go with you!" I said.

"Whatever!" He rolled his eyes and I got in the car and sat beside Ash.

"What's going on?" Ash asked me and I told him everything from yesterday to today. It's really tiring to say the same thing again and again and I swear this is the last time I'm saying this.

"Oh" was the only thing he said.

"You seems pretty normal, Mr Ash" James asked.

"A normal person should feel normal only, Isn't it?" He replied.

"Sure sure, so where were you yesterday night?" 

"I had some work" he replied.

"What work?"

"It's none of your business" he replied and I gave him a thumbs up but regeted later. I opened my phone and texted Antony that they found Ash and we are heading to the police station and he has nothing to be worry as I'll be fine.

"It's our business because you're our number 1 suspect and if you don't tell us now then I have other ways to make you split the truth" James said. Now I felt that we are really trying to test the poor policeman's patience.

"Oh really? I want to see what can you do" Ash said.

"Ash!" I whisper shouted "They are dangerous, please tell them what they are asking"

He rolled his eyes at me and then sighed

"....I went to handle a dead body"

I also have to go to handle my poor fish's dead body XD Guess how? By eating it, lol I am not fond of fishes but I can't help when parents starts blackmailing *nervously laughs*
