It's already 10 PM and I'm stil outside. I must say that it's dangerous for a young pretty girl like me to stay out this late for a silly excuse of birthday party. Have you experienced the feeling or being the only single in your group when all of friends are busy making out shamelessly in the couch? The party was long over and I already left the place. 

I'm a bit sad because Ash, my best friend promised me to give a ride home but he left quickly during the party for god knows what important work. Now, the only thing to do is to walk and keep walking through the empty road all alone.

The road was covered by dried leaves and as it is near the forest side that's why it is shabby and the lamp post isn't glowing that much. I walked silently, hearing my own footsteps as the cold wind hit my back. 

"Damn! How long will I have to walk?" I said to no one particular as a deep sigh left from my mouth. It's good that I'm still a sober or I would have been lying her only alone, inviting some guttersnipes. The small bugs were buzzing around the lamp post as my eyes travelled to the left side where I could see the fireflies.

"OwO! Why are the fireflies there? A romantic scene isn't going on, is it?" I pouted. Did I told you that I'm not sober? Anyways, I didn't drank much I swear just one and half bottle. 

I continued walking down the road until I saw another lamp post. Isn't this the same as- I turned back towards the dark and not longer I realised that I'm...lost! I was about to take out my Lumigon T3 when a black cat popped out in front of me out of nowhere.

"Don't cross the road- Don't-" as if it will listen to me. I don't believe in superstition but it indeed feels creepy when I'm alone in a dead road and a black cat decides to show up, ruining my practice of being calm.

I bent down and careful rubbed the cat's head "Are you lost too?" It didn't said anything but made a shrill sound. What's that? Is it afraid of me? But on the contrary, it is looking more scary with those crimson eyes.

"I won't hurt yo-" it didn't let me complete and scratched my arm and ran away with all its strength. I looked at my arm and rubbed the place and saw that my bracelet fell off on the ground. I looked around to find the cat but it was long gone. I was about to pick up my bracelet when I noticed a red colour on my arm.

A bright and deep red, more fascinating than poster colour. I brought it near my nose and realised that "Its...blood?"

The very sooner I noticed the ground was filled with blood, in the shape of cat's paw and the blood followed the way the cat went and then disappeared. I gulped and stood up slowly, to shocked to make a noise.

Is it a ghost...no no, it's stupid to think something unnatural but why there's blood and was it from before or I noticed it late? I was supposed to run away as fast as possible but instead I decided to check from here the blood came.

Noticing the start, I changed my direction to the left side and pushed the bushes to enter inside the forest. I didn't get to see much that's why kept following. I kept walking alone, forgetting that I'm supposed to get afraid until... something stuck in my foot.

I stopped and looked at the ground and to my surprise, it was a dead body and not like he was stabbed with knife or something but his face was badly smashed and so a part of his body leading the blood scattered all around it. It's too much to handle at a time.

"Ahhh!" I shouted at the top of my lungs and ran away from there, not knowing where I was going. The only thing I know that he was looking horrible and b-blood, it's something I can't tolerate. I kept running and running until I reached the main road.

I noticed that I am panting heavily and found a car coming towards me "Please Stop!" I gestured as it stopped in front of me. I got inside, ignoring the fact I should have taken the bus as car is much more expensive.

The car started and I gulped some water, kept inside the car as my hands were completely shaking. The image of the scene again floated in my mind as I tried to shook it off but failed.

"Where you want to go, miss?" The driver asked, noticing my expression from his rare-view mirror

"E-Eastside of Vancouver" I replied as he nodded.

"Are you okay?"

"Yes, please concentrate in driving" I said as he shrugged and continued driving. I cleaned my sweaty face and took out my Lumigon T3 again which I failed to take out before because of the cat. I searched the contact until I found the right person and then called him.

"Hello Annie, is the party ov-"

"A-Anthony.." I managed to say as a sob escaped from my mouth.

"Annie? Are you okay? Where are you? What happened?" Here he goes with the questions.

"I-I'm fine" 

"Where are you? I'm coming" 

"No no, I'm on the car. Just wait for me, I've a lot to say" I said.

"Fine... please come home quickly. I'm worried" he said as I hanged up. The last word, surprisingly it calmed me a little. And why not when he is the only person who can go to the end of the world for me?
