If you've read 'Emergency Hotline' or if you come from the future and read the whole Trilogy (Teen-Sadness Hotline + 1-800-Constellation Memory) This is the rule book mentioned a few or more times throughout the book. It isn't important per se, you don't have to read this to understand any of the Trilogy books.
