World of Code Geass part 9
Since a greater number of the UDA fleet descended from the atmosphere, revealing itself to everyone on Ashir Earth, the entire world has changed. As demanded by the broadcast, the superpower nations cease fighting each other and begin controlling the crisis as riots erupt around the world. Most of them are panicking to meet the aliens, or outworlders, as Euphemia calls them; others are hiding away to avoid meeting them. However, most people are intrigued by them and hope to meet them in order to learn more about their origins.
The Holy Britannian Empire continues to control the people on the streets as riots spread throughout the provinces, leading some to believe it is an alien invasion, while others believe it is the end of the world. Emperor Charles directed his son, Schneizel, to dispatch troops to Area 11. But when Schneizel tried to go there, they were blocked by UDA navy ships and space fighters, forcing him to return to his homeland. Nowadays, the Emperor has decided to dispatch a diplomat to Area 11, also known as the Principality of Japan. Although he and his royal family were shocked to hear Eupehmia declare her intention to rebel against her own country and establish her own state while remaining affiliated with the outworlders, it is a sign of betrayal. Hearing her statement, the mother of Euphemia and Cornelia fainted on the floor in shock. The royal siblings are speechless in the face of this shocking news, as they feel betrayed by her. Carine ne Britannia, one of the royal family siblings, wishes to send entire armies to bring down that traitorous sibling and those who follow her and return to Area 11. Unfortunately, the emperor rejected her extreme idea to full assault when those alien starships above them and they may open fire on sight. Unbeknownst to everyone, Charles is terrified that the outworlders have arrived in this world, halting the war and rendering the Geass ruins inaccessible to him and his brother's plans. It's only a matter of time before the outworlders figure it out, so he needs to act as quickly as he can to handle this fiasco.
The reaction of the United Republic of Europia and the Chinese Federation is the same as that of the rest of the world. The EU attempts to control the street riots by using any means possible. Afterwards, the representative members of central hemicycle are having so much heated debate about the aliens and human outworlders arrival as their first contact. They really hope they won't come to invade the EU. But they never knew much about them so they'll have to wait for until any further notice.
The High Eunuchs instill the most fear in the Chinese Federation as riots erupt across the region. They also learned that the UDA had sent forces to Gyeongju (Korea) and claimed it as their own territory. They wanted to drive them out of their lands, but with their massive space navy ships and military arsenals capabilities, they couldn't do it. Their only hope is to send an ambassador to meet them soon.
In Area 11, Princess Euphemia, the crowned leader of the newly established Japan government, has been working hard to implement reforms with the help of her allies. As the Britannian military was replaced in Area 11, the Freedom Rose Legion became her own private military force. However, there are rumors that the majority of Britannian military personnel went into hiding to conduct guerilla warfare against her government, led by the Purist Faction, who managed to flee to the Narita Mountains.
Meanwhile, the UDA dispatched the entire UDACF to take over and turn over all of Britannia's military bases and facilities in each region to the FRL. Japanese resistance groups, as well as Britannian sympathizers, are integrated into the FRL and swear allegiance to her. And, with the assistance of the UDA, they went to each ghetto to rebuild better homes for the residents. Foreign journalists are also permitted to come here to broadcast news.

Female Britannian reporter 1 (on screen): What brought us here today would raise many questions about our world's future.
Male Britannian reporter 1 (on screen): What you've seen here is shocking, because these outworlders are a mix of aliens and humans from the United Dimensional Alliance. Humans, as the name implies, claim to have been born on Earth but in different realities. This is shocking to the whole world.
Female Europian reporter 1 (on screen): Euphemia's loyalists and the UDA seized those military bases and facilities from the Holy Britannian Empire.
Female Europian reporter 2 (on screen): I'm standing in Tokyo Settlement, and as you can see, a large number of UDA vehicles parade down the street, displaying their might in a way that no other superpower nation can match.
Male Britannian on TV Show (on screen): This is difficult to put into words. They're from outer space, right? Are humans from various dimensions? Many people are aware of the multiverse theory, and we are completely taken aback by this historical revelation. I mean, I'm astounded as well.
Male Chinese reporter 1 (on screen): When the UDA took over the entire Gyeongju region, adding it to their territory, the Chinese Federation mobilized the military. They are stationed outside the border in response to the standoff. Nobody opens fires. But we never know what is going to happen next.
Male Chinese reporter 2 (on screen): The Japanese people have reverted to their national identity and culture with Princess Euphemia's declaration that she will govern the country. Japan's population has begun dispersing to new communities across the country.
Female Britannian reporter 2 (on screen): The JLF and the former Viceroy Cornelia Li Britannia were sent to the former Britannian prison complex, which is now occupied by the Principality of Japan and the UDA. Yet, the Pureblood-led Britannian military forces continued to use guerilla warfare to oppose Eupehmia's government because they viewed it as a disloyal rebel state. They went by the acronym LBRF, or Loyal Britannian Retaliation Force. The UDA takes this threat seriously and they'll hunt them to be dealt with swiftly.
Male Britannian reporter 2 (on screen): When these visitors from other worlds appear out of nowhere, we never know what the future holds for us as humans in this world. Will our planet change for the better or worse, stay the same, or will there be a conflict between humans and extraterrestrials? This is a reporter of Britannia's Homeland News Channel, signing off.

Ashford Academy
All of the students and teachers who were watching the news were stunned. They began to worry about what would happen now that Area 11 is no longer under Britannia's control and has become an independent state ruled by a rebel princess and her dimensional extraterrestrial allies. Until further notice, there has been no announcement of permission to return to the homeland. The students call their parents, hoping that everything is fine. Ruben and Wright were also present to see the news, and it is all part of the plan to make the world a better place.
Rivalz and Nina are watching the news in a different room, shocked by Euphemia's announcement of liberating Area 11 to become Japan again under her rule and the official alliance of the dimensional extraterrestrials, who are the same shadow group responsible for their recent activities. Nunnally was also present, but she is blind and cannot see the television, but she can hear it. That's why she invited Sayoko to accompany her.
Rivalz: This is... This is the most shocking event in history. I mean, we're talking about aliens!
Nina: I-I don't understand. Why did she turn against her own country? I can't understand anything.
Nunnally: Euphie...
She said quietly.
Someone from the outside is knocking on the main room door. Everyone turned to look at the door to see who was standing there. Ruben asks one of the students to open the door. A male student swallowed and approached the door. When the door opens, we see two male Britannians wearing black tailor suits and a small pin with the FHL symbol attached, as well as three Sangheilis standing behind them. One of the elites in the center is a field marshal, and the other two are ascetic warriors tasked with protecting the field marshal during this event. When three aliens appeared behind them, the majority of the people were both surprised and shocked. They enter the room as a field marshal speaks to them in human language.
Elite Field Marshal: I am Field Marshal Jal'Danmana of the Allied Species of Orion. I am here to wish to speak to the one who owns this place.
Everyone felt scared, but Ruben calmly stepped in and greeted these men. He knows who they are, just to act like he met them for the first time.
Ruben: Hello there, my name is Ruben Ashford, principal of this Ashford Academy. First of all, I would like to welcome to this academy for youngsters like these students of mine willing to study for their future careers. So, how can I help you?
Field Marshal Jal'Danmana: Mr. Ashford, I would like you to come along with us.
Ruben: Oh? On whose orders?
FHL Britannian agent: Under the orders from Princess Euphemia. She would likely have you for an important meeting.
Ruben: Is that so? Well, who wouldn't disobey the order that comes from a leader herself. Very well, I will depart right away, but only if I bring my student, Wright, to be with me as my own bodyguard.
Field Marshal Jal'Danmana: Accepted. We also like to bring someone to come with us as well. Can you call this human girl, Nunally Lamperouge.
Everyone is surprised that an alien would want to bring something to Princess Euphemia for Nunnally. Some believe they intend to use her for something heinous, possibly even torture. Ruben agreed and told one of the students to find Nunnally and bring her here. A student went in search of Nunnally. A student found her and brought her to them. Others, such as Rivalz, Nina, and Sayoko, are with her because they want to know why they want her here, and they, like the others, were surprised to see the aliens for the first time.
Rivalz: Oh gosh! It's the aliens! They are real and they're here in this academy.
Random male student: Shh! Quiet, Rivalz! You don't want them to get angry for saying that.
An ascetic warrior growls at Rivalz, but another ascetic warrior calms him down.
Nunnally: Aliens? Here?
Ruben: Hello Nunnally, well as you can see here, this fellow is a field marshal and he wants to take us to the government bureau.
She felt her eyes widened, surprised that the aliens wanted her and Ruben to be taken to the viceroy palace where Euphemia was staying. So without any further hesitation, she took this opportunity to meet her.
Nunnally: Okay. I'll go with you. But, may I ask please take Sayoko with me? She has been my maid for a long time since my brother and I studied here.
A field marshal looked at Sayoko, knowing much about her profile information since he had a briefing shared from the superiors. He looked at Nunnally in reply.
Field Marshal Jal'Danmana: Very well. Bring her with you too.
Nina: Wait!
A field marshal looks at a female student who interferes with them.
Nina: Please, wait! I want to come too!
Ruben: Sorry, Nina. But I want you and Rivalz to take control of the academy while we are away. Rivalz, since Milly isn't around, you will be acting president of the Student Council to take care of this academy. Will you do that?
Rivalz: U-U-Uh, sure, sir. Me and Nina will take care of this school while you are away.
Nina: Wait, no-
Ruben: Splendid! I know I can trust you to take care of this school. Nunnally, come. Let's meet our new leader.
Nunnally: Okay.
Ruben, Wright, Nunnally, and Sayoko went outside to follow the Elite Field Marshal, and they were surprised to see an ASO Phantom dropship flying above it, as well as crowds of people taking pictures of the spacecraft. Field Marshal Jal'Danmana assisted these visitors in beaming up into the dropship. Ruben, Nunnally, and Sayoko were surprised to see a field marshal as the last person when they were beaming inside the dropship.
Nunnally: Sayoko, where am I now?
Sayoko: We are in the spaceship, Nunnally.
Nunnally: Wow, a spaceship?
Field Marshal Jal'Danmana: Hehehe... Maybe a spaceship. But it's actually a spacecraft dropship.
He said to a little blinded girl.
Ruben: My, I say this is my first time entering this spacecraft of yours. Will it take us there faster?
Field Marshal Jal'Danmana: Indeed. Now please sit down. We'll be there shortly.
A Phantom dropship starts the engine and flies away toward the viceroy palace.

A Black Knights Command Vehicle drives at the front of the road on the highway in Tokyo Settlement. Four trucks carrying people and supplies trail behind a leading vehicle. The Burais were six men who accompanied them as escorts to protect them from any potential attackers.
Inside a luxurious double-decked mega-car, Zero, Kallen, and the members are watching the news on a widescreen TV as they witness a shocking change in the event: the sudden arrival of a small number of UDA fleets all over the world, preventing the superpower nations from continuing their conflict. They were both surprised and shocked on the news when Princess Euphemia became a rebel leader, liberated Area 11 and established her principality, and allied with aliens, or "outworlders," as she refers to them on television. They were on their way to the viceroy's palace, where Princess Euphemia had invited them to meet them personally. She also announced that the Black Knights had been pardoned as a result of her order to remove terrorist organizations from the list. They have mixed feelings about meeting a rebel Britannian princess who appointed herself as Japan's new leader and took control of the government with the help of her outworlder allies because she is a Britannian and they swore to fight them for bringing freedom and independence to their country. But they are no longer certain that Japan has been liberated and declared independent, restoring its identity, freedom, and culture.
Minami: Now look at that, it seems that the Britannian rebel princess has declared herself as a new leader of Japan and allies with those outworlders.
Tamaki: You mean aliens? We should've realized sooner that those guys are not humans from outer space.
Minami: But they said they're from different dimensions. So it would mean that the multiverse theory that people have been talking about becomes true. There are other universes out there.
Tamaki: You and your nerdy theory, Minami.
Ohgi: Zero, what do you think of it?
Zero replied to him.
Zero: These outworlders, the princess have allies with them and she knows them. I wonder how she makes an alliance with them before they reveal themselves to the world?
C.C: You probably forgot that she was taken by them back to Lake Kawaguchi?
Inoue: Oh right! We were there.
Sugiyama: We really forgot about that.
Tamaki: Speaking of which, who is this chick?
He pointed at C.C. After the battle of Narita, C.C just appeared out of nowhere and went to the side with Zero. He told everyone she is his accomplice and she has been working for him in the shadows to provide resources toward him for the Black Knights.
Zero: I told you, she is my accomplice that gains resources for the Black Knights. Despite the fact that she is not Japanese, she is a great asset for the cause.
Tamaki: Well, if you say so, boss. But what cause are we fighting now? Japan has returned to glory, thanks to those guys.
Kallen: Zero, do you think they put her in a position as a puppet leader?
Zero: If they did, they would easily control her on the strings. No, they want her to be their ally, hoping to control this world to make things change in their own ways.
Yoshida: Well, they took over the region from the Chinese Federation. Nobody opens fire.
Zero: They are standoffs. And yet, the Chinese didn't do anything to retake it.
Kallen: That's because they have starships above them.
C.C: They have everything around the world. Of course no one will continue a petty conflict.
Zero: They're using gunboat diplomacy. The world has a gunpoint, however, it makes other superpower nations follow their demands. But they never decide to invade the entire world and conquer it to be their domain.
Ohgi: Zero, no offense, but we shouldn't antagonize them. I mean, if we show ourselves a good impression, we will be on their good side.
Tamaki: As if it will work.
Inoue: Moreover, we should know what they want for a new world order once we reach the viceroy palace. We'll listen to what they say.
Kallen: I agree.
C.C: Well, Zero? What do you think?
Zero remains silent for a moment to think. After that, he replied to everyone.
Zero: We'll listen to what they need to hear first. I hope they show peace to this world rather than being invaders.
Ohgi: Yeah... I pray they won't be like Britannia.
...
Private Room, Viceroy Palace
Charles (on screen): Euphemia, you have to explain your actions today.
He addressed her sternly. Euphemia is still dressed in the same outfit she wore during the Battle of Narita, and she stands there without fear of him. She becomes a determined, realist person after learning of the crimes committed by her own siblings, and she realizes how wrong the world has been. And, fortunately, with the UDA on her side, she will change the world for the better, whether everyone likes it or not depending on their own preferences. She addressed him solemnly.
Euphemia: You understand why. I've made a new ally, one with a massive military coalition from various dimensions out there. While we are fighting our own conflicts in this world, they have had their own for so long that they have finally been able to end them and then create an alliance for everyone to do trade, security, international military force, and everything else that stands up. They have arrived, and I intend to usher in a new era in which our war will be forgotten.
Charles (on screen): Euphemia, you are a fool. These aliens, these outworlders you've called them, are the most threatening that will ruin our way of life. You have thrown yourself foolishly by siding with them. They know nothing about what it's like to be the empire to bring everything to order under one banner. They are far worse like the E.U.-
Euphemia: You're wrong! They are not the same as the EU. They have a functioning government system consisting of a council of national leaders or representatives from each nation. They're only here to explore different dimensions and hopefully establish peaceful diplomacy for first contact. But what do they discover? They see war as a source of great suffering and oppression, and it is up to them to put an end to it.
Charles (on screen): Oh really? What makes it so different when they have the gunpoint on our entire world. They should've taken over as they pleased.
Euphemia: Unlike you or anyone else, they don't take over the world so be lucky that they won't send an entire invasion army to your empire or other superpower nations. Anyway, I would like to bring diplomats to Japan to meet the leaders of the UDA as well as myself, and I know where it is.
Charles (on screen): And what would it be?
Euphemia: That will have to wait under further announcement. Now you should be ready because this world will change for a better future whether you like it or not.
Instead of angry shouting towards her, he chuckles.
Charles (on screen): So you've changed, Euphemia. After the events in Area 11, you're not your old self. Your brothers and sisters were stunned by your announcement, and you declare yourself a rebel. By betraying your own country, you have truly disgraced yourself as a Britannian. Also, your mother is ashamed of you.
Euphemia: Let her be. I know she won't like my idea. But it will change soon, maybe in the future. Perhaps we'll meet each other next time, either at a diplomatic meeting or on the battlefield. Goodbye.
She said, turning off the call of her father. She takes a deep breath in and out that she has finally just said to his face. Her bodyguard enters the room saying to her.
FRL Bodyguard: Your Highness, they will be arriving shortly.
Euphemia: Good.
She turns around and leaves the room, walking towards the next room to meet those people that she has invited to this place.
...
The Black Knights have reached the government bureau aka the Viceroy Palace as they are stopped at the main gate guarded by six Dominion Gremlins standing outside the walls on each side. A pair of ASO Hunters standing between the gate followed the command by a Dominion officer. Seeing them arrive here, he along with the pair of Hunters goes to meet the leader of the Black Knights. The window rolls down to see a Black Knight member in the driver seat.
Dominion Officer: The Black Knights?
A Black Knight member nodded.
Dominion Officer: Is Zero in there?
Black Knight member: Yes. Along with his senior members.
Dominion Officer: I see... Alright, you're pass. Let'em in!
The gate opens as the Black Knights enter the government bureau. Once inside, Zero and his senior members exit, escorted by a group of Elite honor guards. The remaining Black Knights will simply wait outside until Zero returns; in the meantime, they will most likely interact with aliens and human outworlders.
They walk through each hallway to reach the room where the others are waiting for them. Euphemia is sitting on the viceroy chair in the center. Captain Robert Sullivan, General Robert Gutierrez, Commander David Azuma, Corporal Koyama, Sangheili Field Marshal Jal'Danmana, Dominion Elite Spectre Shadow, Dark Templar Naezaj, and two special agents the Black Knights have recognized; Black Meadow and Themisia.
But then, behind his mask, Lelouch noticed something shocking: the presence of these familiar faces. Nunnally, Sayoko, Wright, and Ruben Ashford were all present. Kallen is astounded to see them and wonders, "Why are they here as well?" They looked around as Euphemia spoke to Zero and his companions.
Euphemia: The Black Knights, I would like to thank you for taking my invitation to come here.
Zero: I made a decision to come here. I was surprised that you secretly plan to rebel to take over Area 11, which is now known as Japan once again.
Euphemia: Indeed. But we will talk once the last guests arrive here shortly.
Tamaki: Huh? The last guests? Who could it be?
The door then opens to reveal an elderly Japanese man with a stick and a fourteen-year-old long-haired girl with a young, beautiful face. He was dressed in traditional Japanese kimonos, while a young girl was dressed in a pink-ish blouse with detached sleeves and a red miniskirt, and they were escorted by four bodyguards. They approach them, bow their heads, and introduce themselves.
Taizo: My name is Taizo Kirihara, leader of the Kyoto House and Kirihara Industries, and right here is a young headmistress, Kayuma Sumeragi.
Kayuma: It's a pleasure to meet you, Princess Euphemia. And you too, everyone.
She looked at Nunnally, who was waving at her to come back, and then at the UDA members in this room.
Kayuma: It is nice to meet aliens and human outworlders that come to our world.
Sullivan: Pleasure to meet you too, Young Headmistress.
Kayuma: Please, it's too formal to say that. Call me by my name.
Taizo: Sumeragi...
He said, making her quiet for a while. He looked at them.
Taizo: So this is it?
Euphemia: Yes. And without further to do, we shall be starting this meeting. But before we do, I would like my friends to introduce themselves.
Robert: Thank you, your majesty. This is Captain Robert Sullivan, and my name is General Robert Gutierrez. However, because we share the same first name, you may call me Gutierrez and Captain Sullivan.
Sullivan: Pleasure to meet you all.
Robert: This is Commander David Azuma, and his subordinate Corporal Koyoma. And let you guys know, she is from this world and she is one of the Shinjuku ghetto's folks we just saved.
Sugiyama: Wait, that was you guys!
David: Yep. I was there. I also fought an experimental knightmare model called the Lancelot. Which, of course, Koyoma here has already dealt with before it even deployed to the field.
Koyama: Thanks! I owe them so much after they saved us from the massacre and I joined them to change this world for a better place for all of us.
The Black Knights members start to thank them for saving most of the people and taking care of them humanely. The general, captain, and commander replied to them for a welcome and told them it is their duty to protect the weak and innocent. Zero now knows that they are the same ones involved in both ghettos as well as the Lake Kawaguchi incident. He wonders how the UDA made both humans and aliens come together to become the most international organization with powerful military strength that no other countries can't reach their level, not even the Holy Britannian Empire.
Sullivan: Perhaps you know those two who are involved in Lake Kawaguchi.
Minami: Yeah. They're the same ones that we just met.
Naezaj: I am Naezaj, I am a Dark Templar of Nerazim, which my race is called Protoss.
Shadow: My name's Shadow. Elite Spectre of Terran Dominion.
Euphemia: Mr. Ashford. You may.
Ruben: Of course, your highness. My name is Ruben Ashford, principal of Ashford Academy and, of course, former founder of Ashford Foundation.
Euphemia: Thank you for the introduction. Shadow Meadow and Themisia, can you take two ladies to another room?
Shadow Meadow: Of course.
Shadow Meadow and Themisia take Nunnally and Sayoko to another room.
Euphemia: I like to thank you for coming here for my invitation. The reason why I brought you all here is because this world is about to change soon with these people on our side.
Taizo: As we see on those ships flying above Japan, or to other places. I suspect that you are here for a reason in this world.
Robert: Correct. We've seen your world full of conflict about taking over the world as the most single superpower nation. But we all know that ain't the case anymore.
Sullivan starts to notice C.C with Zero on his side. He stares at her before he quickly looks away to never get suspicious of her.
Zero: So tell me, what brings us here? What is it you want from us?
Euphemia: First of all, I would like you all to help us build a new world order, one that gives something that everyone really wanted for years until now.
Kallen: New World Order? What are you talking about?
Sullivan: I'm referring to how things have changed around here since we arrived in this dimension. The war will continue indefinitely until one of them triumphs and unites the world under one banner. To prevent this, we must intervene and put a stop to it.
Jal'Danmana: We quickly took over one of the regions from the Chinese Federation in order to save the people who lived there. According to our intelligence, the government mistreated them, and we intend to help them.
Yoshida: So that's why they occupied it.
Euphemia: I will also rule Japan for a time until I become the new crowned ruler of Britannia when my fat- I mean, the emperor and his royal family members are no longer in charge, at which point I will return it to the Japanese people. For the time being, I am the new leader of Japan.
Taizo: That seems... a reasonable option. But you should know that while you are indeed liberating the country, this is ruled by Japanese only, and you are not Japanese.
Shadow: Problem? My superiors trusted her to be our ally hoping to change this world of yours, and you doubt her just because she is not Japanese?
Robert: Spectre Shadow, stand down.
He said seriously. He remains calm and stays professional.
Euphemia: I understand your concern. But as you can see, I have much support from Japanese people in every ghettos, and even in Tokyo Settlements in the hopes of reconstructing new lives for them. I made that promise, and I did.
Koyama: True. She has followed her promises. She gives new hope for my people so I can trust her.
Zero: But what does it have to do with us?
Ohgi: Uh yeah, we want to know why you're bringing us here.
Euphemia: While I am rebuilding and reforming everything around here, there are problems that they don't like the things I do here.
Zero: Such as?
David: Once peaceful Japanese resistance organizations turn aggressive and become terrorist nationalists. The majority of Area 11's British military personnel rebelled against me. Crime underworlds rule their own territory. Nobles have a private army that they use to take over tiny territory for their personal advantage and interests. And of course...
Koyama: A JLF splinter group that begins attacking the UDA in the Ibaraki ghetto while they are constructing homes. They denounced her as an illegitimate ruler of Japan and sought to depose her in order to restore their old government. There were numerous issues after she took over Japan.
Inoue: That sounds like a serious problem.
Kallen: What the hell!? I get it they don't want you to be their ruler because she's not Japanese. But attacking them for reconstruction of building homes is way too far!
Koyama: They're nationalists. Fanatical nationalistic people who want to rule this land for themselves, better or worse. And I prefer UDA 'cause they have everything to rebuild around here.
Sullivan pulls out a remote control.
Sullivan: Take a look for this.
He presses a button as the big screen comes down from the ceiling and he presses it again to turn on the screen to see a map of Japan with different factions controlling different regions and territories.
Tamaki: Sheesh... I've never known they are having a lot of problems out there.
David: Former Japanese resistance groups have evolved into nationalistic terrorist groups that are claiming their own territories, and they wanted to depose her. That is also true of the JLF remnants, or as they are now known, the Japanese Revolutionary Front. They formed an alliance to fight UDA and her legitimate government on multiple fronts.
Euphemia: The Area 11 military, the LBRF, who refuse to recognize independence, have established a foothold on Fukuoka Base, which consists of major military personnel who remain loyal to the empire, and their mission is to retake control of Area 11.
Inoue: So who leads the LBRF?
Shadow: You know them. The Britannian Pureblood faction.
Tamaki: Those guys back in Narita?
Koyama: They appear to have escaped and are now in command of a military faction. They are also fighting Japanese terrorist groups, but not while we are fighting them. The UDA, on the other hand, has no trouble taking down three of them.
C.C: Well, you have so much firepower and manpower in your hands, you can take care of the problem easily.
Euphemia: Perhaps. But I am focusing on reconstruction, reforms, and giving medical healthcare for everyone living in the ghetto. But anyway, we are going to discuss about you.
Yoshida: Huh?
Kayuma: What are you saying?
She raised her eyebrow.
Sullivan: What I mean to say is that if we can put our trusts on you. Afterall, there are two things we have in mind.
Euphemia: First, they inform me that you, the Black Knights, are attempting to erupt the mountain using drill devices and a specialized knightmare frame, causing a large landslide that could wipe out most of the city below. Without UDA intervention, there would have been casualties, primarily among civilians who had not yet been evacuated.
Ohgi: Well, it's...
Zero: I'm the one planning on it. We were supposed to surprise attack and capture Cornelia in the skirmishes until you show up.
David: We are sending them there to take them on with full assault and you attempt something that terrorists would do.
Kallen: Hey! We're not terrorists. We were helping the Japanese all we could to fight Britannia for independence.
Ohgi: True, but...
C.C: With the UDA and Euphemia's new leadership taking over, what would be the point of continuing the Black Knights?
Minami: Hold on, you're saying we're just gonna disband it?
Zero: No one is going to disband the Black Knights. Princess Euphemia, what do the Black Knights want from you and your allies?
Euphemia: What I want is to reflect on your almost misstep of your decisive action by telling me what you want for Cornelia. Seemingly, you want something for her.
Zero: Simple, I just want to talk to her.
Euphemia: That's it?
He nodded.
Euphemia: Alright, I'll allow you to go meet here at the prison facility. Now, what are the Black Knights going to do now since Japan has liberated under my leadership?
Zero: We'll continue helping the weak from the strong. But I would like the Black Knights to be an independent group.
Robert: And how can we trust you on that?
Ohgi: We can help you fight both nationalist terrorists and the JRF. We have people still supporting us so I was thinking if we help the UDA, it'll see us as an ally rather than an enemy.
Sullivan: Hmm... General, sir, if we bring Black Knights on our side, the Ashir-Japanese people will continue to support us as well as allowing her to remain in power.
Robert: Hm, good idea. But enough about that, let's ask Taizo here.
Euphemia: Mr. Taizo, we all know you funded the Japanese Liberation Front in order to combat the Area 11 Military. However, following the events in Lake Kawaguchi, the UDA labeled them terrorists, and you are harboring them. What do you have to say to me?
Japanese bodyguard: How dare-
Taizo stops his bodyguard from lashing out at her and then he replies to her question.
Taizo: It is unfortunate that the JLF would kill a civilian for refusing to comply with their demands, even if the civilian is a Britannian who considers us to be our enemy. But I can assure you that according to General Tatewaki Katase's report, Colonel Kusakabe and others went rogue and committed a hostage takeover on their own accord.
Sugiyami: Hold on, do you say they've gone rogue?
Kaguya: Absolutely. Because of that failure, Taizo and his members are debating whether to continue supporting the JLF now that most Japanese have lost faith in failed attempts in Lake Kawaguchi.
Sullivan: So that explains it.
Euphemia: I see... But they're still part of the JLF, which means it's their fault that they can't keep them under control and from going rogue.
Taizo: I understand. I'll allow you to punish them as it fits, your highness.
Euphemia: To a second question, since you were to support the JLF, retaining control of the industrial facility containing a large stash of Sakuradite minerals is in doubt.
Taizo: I assure you that we will cut ties with the JLF in the hopes of developing a good relationship for the betterment of Japan and the world, particularly with the outworlders.
Euphemia: Is that the truth?
Taizo: Indeed, your highness.
Euphemia: Very good. After much deliberation, I decided to pardon Taizo and his associates for harboring the JLF's and Kirihara Industry's remaining power. Will you be willing to help us rebuild around here, Mr. Ashford?
Ruben: Of course. Though it'll be harder for me since I'm still a principal of the Ashford Academy.
Euphemia: It's alright. Once it's done, you'll continue doing your original job, but I want to allow young Japanese to attend the academy.
Ruben: I will change the policy. You'll have my word.
Lelouch was astounded by what he was hearing. He notices that Ruben, who is transporting him and his sister to the academy for shelter, has been secretly supporting them from the beginning. He assumed they had contacted him from the start while he was not looking. Naezaj looks at a green-haired female human next to Zero, recognising the ones his superior shares with him. He is waiting for his superiors to decide what to do with her now that she has been discovered, but he can't help but have feelings for Zero because he sensed the presence of some sort of power. He'll have to wait for the appropriate moment.
Euphemia: As for the Black Knights, you will help the UDA keep Japan safe from threats both inside and outside the country. In that case, Field Marshal Jal'Danmana suggests sending someone who supervises your organization to ensure that no conspiracy takes place behind our backs.
Tamaki: Hey lady, we ain't backstabbing ya.
Kallen: Shut up, Tamaki.
She said to him quietly in her voice.
Kayuma: Excuse me, your highness. I would like to stay here.
Euphemia: Oh?
Kayuma:I would like some help in rebuilding everything in Japan. Following the elimination of the terrorists and insurgents.
Euphemia smiles.
Euphemia: Very well. You'll be helping with what I have planned today. That will be for all.
After that, they leave the room. But for Lelouch and C.C, they were about to leave until Sullivan went to them.
Sullivan: Hold on, Zero, and you too, lady.
Zero: Hm? What is it, captain?
Lelouch (on thoughts): What do they want from me and C.C. now?
Sullivan: Can we have a private chat in another room? It's important.
C.C.: Oh? Why is that?
He looked at her with his glare.
Sullivan: Like I said, we'll have a private chat.
They decide to follow him because they have no other option. He is accompanied by Wright, Gutierrez, Naezej, and Shadow. They were about to enter another room when Kallen, who was about to leave only to see them leave, stopped them.
Kallen: Wait! Where are you taking Zero and that lady?
Wright: It's an important matter which you have not concluded.
Kallen: Coming from a student who enrolled in the academy. Speaking of which, why are you with them?
Wright: Would you believe everything that is so important, Kallen Kozuki, or should I say, Kallen Stadtfeld.
Kallen was shocked as her eyes widened open knowing her other name was Britannian.
Lelouch (on thoughts): Wait, don't tell me that Wright is...
Naezaj: Perhaps she will join us as well.
Sullivan: What?
Naezaj: She is Zero's most important fighter piloting Guren MK.II and she is able to fight off the enemy. She'll deserve to know.
Shadow: Bad idea.
C.C: Perhaps a good idea.
Sullivan was going to say before Gutierrez just said.
Gutierrez: Alright, Miss Kallen Stadtfeld, or perhaps we should call you by your Japanese surname.
Kallen: It's Kallen Kozuki.
Gutierrez: Very well. Come with us.
Kallen went with them without hesitation and sided with Zero as they went to a separate room to talk privately.

Hiroshima, under the LBRF controlled
Britannian soldier: We can't stop them!
A soldier shouted before getting shot by UGSE soldier. A larger army of Coalition forces push forward to make an enemy fall back into the cornered. The Britannian soldiers as well as militias who take arms against them are getting devastated by defeat from the enemy. A Britannian tank moved forward, firing at them, but it got destroyed by ASO ultra ghosts as a group of them rushed towards them. They destroyed every vehicle used to counterattack the UDACF. A squad of Sutherland knightmare frames rush towards them with guns open fire at them. A squad of UNSC Green Centurions rush toward the knightmare frames and annihilate with their arsenals that give them so much damage. The Britannian mobsters who unfortunately joined the fight got killed by UDACF infantry forces. The Britannian mobsters use whatever weapons they have to fight those enemies, but they got killed nonetheless. There was no chance of fighting against them and they were forced to retreat. The UDACF and FRL forces continue pushing them away from Hiroshima as they have almost taken the city.
Those who haven't retreated were either surrendered or fighting to the last breath as they do not want to be surrendered as cowardice.
Once they pushed them away from the city, they occupied it and tried to rebuild the city from the warzone.
...
The group of Japanese Nationalist Terrorists engaging the UDACF and the FRL. They really don't like foreigners and traitors ruling Japan and they really hate Euphemia to be the self-appointed leader of once colonized land. They use guerilla warfare to engage outworlders and Euphemia's legion. They thought it was so easy to beat them due to their ignorance and confidence, but unfortunately, they didn't expect a very full force of outworlders and Euphemia's legion army. A squadron of ASO Gargoyle fighter-bombers flies down and performs a bombing run on the enemy area. The JNT members saw so much firepower from the Coalition army, and they killed every member on their side. They become scared of them and they are frightened by a bunch of UDACF aircrafts flying down, taking them out on the ground.
A JNT technical truck fires a machine gun at Coalition infantry forces only to be destroyed when a UGSE Leopard tank fires it. A squad of UGSE Heavy troopers armed with miniguns mowed down on every terrorist on sight mercilessly. The JNT even have a small number of knightmares that they stole from the Britannian military when they collapsed, but they were decimated by UGSE Footmen and UNSC Cyclops. Just about 2 hours later, the last remaining terrorist members surrendered and their territory fell under the control of the UDACF.
All enemies of the UDA and the Principality of Japan are completely defeated in a matter of hours, retake their areas, and establish a peacekeeping force to maintain security in order to continue the reconstruction program for Japanese citizens.
...
Fukuoka Base (LBRF Headquarter)
Villetta Nu and Kewell Soresi are both leaders of this organization as they have a massive number of military personnel who left Area 11 due to Euphemia's taking over as new leader of the so-called Principality of Japan which is seen as a rebel state. At first, they were very determined and too nationalistic loyal to the empire to retake Area 11 as a rightful place. But now, things didn't go as well as they planned. The UDA and FRL forces have pushed them back faster than they were anticipated. They destroy every infantry, ground vehicles, knightmares, and air forces. They even have navy ships in their possession, but they were destroyed by the UDACF fighter-bombers. They have limited both firepower and manpower in their arsenal to continue the fight against the enemy.
The Purist members, along with young officers are looking at the screen to see their forces have been pushing back faster as they lose their footholds in each area and they are going straight to their headquarters.
Purist member 1: What the hell!? Britannia is supposed to have the most powerful and capable military force and now, our forces are being decimated!
Purist member 2: We lost so much, so much firepower and manpower we have, and we are getting defeated within the hour.
Britannian Officer 1: Miss Villetta and Sir Kewell, the enemy are reaching to our location with their incredible speed and our forces won't be able to hold them off!
Kewell: We cannot admit defeat! We'll lose our chance to regain Area 11. Deploy whatever remains of the military force to try and hold them off.
Britannian Officer 2: But Sir Kewell, we drained our resources and supplies to continue pushing forward. They either capture or destroy any places that help us keep going on attack.
Purist Member 3: There's even worse, the nobles who tried to fight them were defeated. We won't have reinforcement anytime soon.
Kewell: Damn it!
He angrily slammed his fist on the table. He clenched his teeth in anger until Villetta spoke.
Villetta: If we only get help from the homeland, they would send reinforcement to aid us. But unfortunately, with those spaceships above our world, we won't get any of it. Worst of all, we're cut off our communication.
Kewell: if we have so much firepower, we would've stood a chance.
Villetta: if only Jeremiah-
She was interrupted when a Britannian officer warned them.
Britannian Officer 3: We got enemy sighted! Enemy aircrafts headed this way!
Everyone gasped that the enemy was coming this way with incredible speed.
Villetta: Get those AA-cannons activated now! And get those forces out there and shoot them down!
...
A large squadron of UNSC Shortsword bombers, GDI Orca bombers, and UGSE Blackbird Interceptors flying through the sky to reach the enemy headquarter. They also brought a squadron of Dominion Devastator gunships and three UNSC Condor gunships.
The Britannians activate the AA-Cannons, firing them down from the sky. The Knightmares on their positions fired their bazookas at them, but their accuracy was so terrible that they were barely able to aim at the targets. The squadrons of VTOL gunships and jet fighters intercept them, but they get attacked by UDACF air fighters to engage them in dogfights.
The bomber fighters manage to get through the dogfight and reach the enemy headquarter. They proceed with a bombing run to destroy the structure with great damage. The bombs destroyed everything like supply warehouses, barracks, knightmare hangar bays, aircraft hangar bays, and facilities. They also destroyed half of the headquarters with much damage from the bombings. The condor gunships fire pulse laser turrets also fire at important structures and then fire enemy knightmares on the ground.
Inside the command center, Villetta stood up after the bombs hit them hard. She saw a few of the members were badly injured, others mostly didn't survive. Kewell is among them who have not survived from the bombing run. His eyes widened, the pool of blood lying upon him. Villetta couldn't believe that everything they had put effort into was lost. The resistance is no more. The only choice she has is to escape this place and flee to never get caught from the enemy. Without any hesitation, she dash through the exit, ignoring the pain and calling for help from them being heavily injured.
Meanwhile, a group of dropships from different factions comes to an enemy headquarter to eliminate the remaining insurgents and apprehend anyone willing to surrender. When the ground troops deployed, they went towards the structure where they met a group of surviving Britannian soldiers firing at them. A team of brute grenadiers exploded them with their infusion grenade launchers. A group of spec-ops manage to get in the structure while the rest stay outside to eliminate the remaining enemy infantry force.
The Jager commandos quickly run towards the hallway, shooting at Britannian soldiers who aren't giving up the fight and rather die in the battle. When they reach the command center, they see most of the people here have died from the bombing run. The injured ones succumbed to their injuries. A squad leader radio contact on the comms.
Jager Commando squad leader: This is Jager Commando squad leader, all members here are dead. The bombing runs got to them. We have Kewell here, but no sign of Villetta Nu.
UGSE comms officer (on comms): She must've tried to escape. Go and stop her from escaping.
Jager Commando squad leader: Roger that.
...
Viletta kept running through the rubbles in the hallway seeing how damages the bombing took a huge hit. They made it outside as she saw a VTOL shuttle on the helipad. She was going there when suddenly a phantom dropship appeared out of nowhere as the door opened to see a group of ASO ascetic warriors jump down and point plasma rifles, storm rifles, and needlers at her, preventing from riding a shuttle. Villetta is shocked that her only way out was foiled and she has nowhere to escape. The Jager Commando squad arrives and points guns at her.
Jager Commando squad leader: Villetta Nu, put your hands up. Now!
Ascetic Warrior leader: You have no way to go, human. Your resistance is futile. Surrender is a wise choice you make.
Villetta: No. I will not surrender to the bunch of-
Her words cut short when a Jager Commander squad leader quickly dashed towards her and hit her on the head with his weapon before she even tried to reach her handgun to take her own life.
Jager Commando squad leader: Okay. We got her. Contact them that we got her.
Ascetic Warrior leader: Understood.
And so, the LBRF insurgency is over. Any remaining survivors surrendered and they were taken in as prisoners of war and taken to prison facilities.

Euphemia officer room
Euphemia and Kaguya are having a nice conversation together until the door opens to see her guard speaking to her.
FRL Guard: Princess Euphemia, two prisoners are here as you requested.
Euphemia: Bring them in.
A guard nodded and went back only to bring these two familiar faces: Lloyd and Cecile. They're still wearing their usual clothing and they are still handcuffed at the front. They stopped near them as Euphemia would say to them.
Euphemia: I hope you two are comfortable in your personal cells that I made.
Lloyd: Oh, your highness. It's so generous for you to say that. And I see you made a friend there.
Kaguya: Hello!
She was wavering at him.
Euphemia: Guard, please remove those cuffs.
FRL Guard: Yes, your highness.
A guard went to remove their cuffs and after that, she ordered him to leave the room so he complied. She looked at these two people and just said to them.
Euphemia: I hope you see what's already going on from the news, haven't you?
Lloyd: Oh yes, I must say, you make quite a lot of very friends in high places, especially to see the real life aliens coming to our world. Not to mention about other humans alongside them too, the multiverse theory that others, including me, has become reality itself!
Cecile: Ahem! Sorry for his enthusiasm, your highness. But I find it very complicated what's happening here. First, you betrayed your imperial family and the empire, then declare yourself as a new ruler of Principality of Japan to give hope for El- I mean, Japanese people to bring back national identity and culture, and now, you make ally yourself with those aliens and other humans called outworlders as you call them. I just don't understand why you would do this? What is your goal here?
Kaguya looks at Euphemia with her neutral expression waiting for her response. Euphemia replied to her.
Euphemia: I've seen what terrible crimes my two siblings, who were once my brother and sister when they were in charge, committed. I've seen people living in ghettos in deplorable conditions, being targeted for discrimination, and being dismissed for not being considered human beings. Worse, the empire — in which I was raised — committed so many atrocities against innocent civilians who do not want to fight but are killed because they are on the enemy side. Then I see those aliens and human outworlders arrive on this planet to end the world war and establish the new peace order that everyone desires. That is why I am siding with them, knowing that I can help these people and keeping my promise to build a better future with them. I also saw how advanced their military equipment is, and they are from various nations that formed a multi-national military coalition using combined strength to bring peace to this world, and I'm confident they will keep their word.
Cecile: I see... But what's happening to Vic- um, former viceroy Cornelia and Sir Guilford?
Euphemia: They'll remain in prison for their crimes for massacring innocent civilians in Saitama ghetto. But that's not the topic I'm willing to discuss.
Lloyd: Then what do you want us for? For I know, you already have one, mainly your alien allies. They have the best scientists so why do you need us?
Euphemia: I need people of my own to make good things for this country, mainly making progress for civilian lifestyle, infrastructures, and above all else, military strength.
Lloyd: Oooh! So you need me and my assistant here to help you to build your own army right?
Euphemia: Yes. I also want to create more knightmare frames to increase my army if I am ready to face my own country under the emperor's reign.
Lloyd: Ohh?
Cecile: W-Wait, your highness! Why would you think of declaring war on your own country?
Euphemia: So long as the emperor sits on the throne and continues his ambition of expansion across the war and waging war all over the countries, there won't be peace under his rule. Only I can stop this conflict from continuing. Although, I'm not sure about the EU or Chinese Federation to follow suit once Emperor Charles is defeated and even if I have allies on my side, it won't be good for me if I didn't participate. Also, I know they will retaliate one way or another.
Kaguya: That seems troubling since the Britannian emperor won't back down his conquest. And if he or his others dare to pick the fight on them still believing they're the strongest empire in the world, they would be annihilated within a minute.
Euphemia: That is why I ask both of you to support my campaign to build this world without any more conflicts to take innocent lives. No more discrimination among each other and live in eternal peace through many generations for every man, woman, and child to live to see a better future. So, what will you say?
After she spoke to them through her persuasion, Lloyd and Cecile look at each other's faces thinking if they are going to decide whether or not to join her cause. When they made their decision in their mind, they turned around and said to her,
Lloyd: Your highness, seems like your ideal ambition to make this world a better place. As long as I continue to make developments to change this new world as well as make a safer place with your guidance, I would say why I refuse this offer? You have my loyalty to you, your highness.
Cecile sighed and said to the crowned princess.
Cecile: I want this war to end, too. I also wish this war to end. If you can change this world for the better, then I may also be by your side, your highness.
They bow their heads to her, pledging loyalty to her side. Euphemia smiled to see them make their decision.
Euphemia: Thank you. I promise you, you will be worthwhile once you make good progress for the people and this world.
Kaguya smiles too to see two Britannians are sided with her ideal of changing this world with their allies to work together. Then she had something on her mind so she asked her a question.
Kaguya: Oh, your highness! May I ask you something?
Euphemia: Of course. What is it?
Kaguya: What about my cousin?
Euphemia: Your cousin?
Kaguya: Suzaku Kururugi. I know you're familiar with him.
Cecile: Wait. He's your cousin! I didn't know he had a cousin.
Kaguya: That's because we just cut ties with him when he decided to join the military to be in an honorary Britannian regiment.
Euphemia: Is that so...
Cecile: Ah yes, I almost forgot about that. Your highness, what about Suzaku? What will happen to him?
Euphemia: Honestly, I'm not sure what I'm doing about him. I know he heard the news about what is happening here so I feel that he'll be so uncertain about my actions. But whatever it is, it's up to me to decide his fate.
Lloyd: Well, he is our best pilot of the Lancelot. Speaking of which, where did those outworlders take my knightmare?
Euphemia: It was handed over to the GDI research facility to examine the schematics of the Lancelot.
Lloyd: In that case, I'm headed there right away!
He turned around and headed to the door as he left the room. Cecile sighs and goes to follow him. But before she follows Lloyd, she turns around and says to her in a gentle voice.
Cecile: Please don't hurt Suzaku, Your Highness, if you're going to do anything with him. He's a good man. All he wants is to change things within the system to make it easier for Japanese to live within it. But I suppose it doesn't matter now. But please, at the very least, try to talk to him. I hope he understands.
After she said to Euphemia, she turned around and left the room to follow Lloyd. Euphemia took a deep breath as she closed her hands together and placed it on top of the desk after listening to Cecile words saying about Suzaku.
Euphemia: I wish it will be easy, Cecile...
She murmured. Kaguya, seeing her concern, just went to ask her a question.
Kaguya: Euphemia, do you know what you are planning for him?
Euphemia: Maybe. But depending on him after I explain to him, that's up for him to decide.
Kaguya: And what if he decides to oppose your idea? What are you gonna do?
Euphemia became silent for a moment after hearing what Kaguya said to her. She replied with her concern expression.
Euphemia: I don't know...
...
Kallen: You lying bastard!
In rage, she delivers a powerful punch to Lelouch's face. Wright, Gutierrez, Naezej, and Shadow have told them everything in a separate room. Wright revealed to Kallen that Zero, whom she had followed to lead the fight against Britannia, was Lelouch himself, and that Lelouch and Nunnally are members of the Holy Britannian Empire's royal line, and that they were being exiled by their own father. Naezej explains the origins of the Geass and the C.C. is referred to as a code bearer. Kallen's immediate reaction after they told her everything was to punch him in the face, which knocked out the mask.
Everyone in the room finds their reaction so surprising to see Kallen just punching right at him.
Shadow: Damn, this girl gave him a big punch.
He commented.
Kallen: All this time, I was followed not only by a student from Ashford Academy, but I also followed a real Britannian prince this whole time!
C.C. chuckling to see Lelouch get punched to the face.
C.C.: Seems like a redheaded girl has finally found out the truth.
Kallen: And you!
She pointed at C.C.
Kallen: You– If it wasn't for you! The people – The Shinjuku would've — Would've...
C.C.: There's nothing you can do to bring those people back from the dead.
Kallen: Shut up! Just shut up, you green bi-
Gutierrez: Enough!
He shouted as he stepped in to intervene to stop this from starting an argument that could escalate any further.
Gutierrez: Miss Kallen, you should be reminded that it was you who brought the capsule containing her to the Shinjuku ghetto. If it weren't for you or your group, most people in Shinjuku wouldn't have met a terrible fate at the hands of the Britannian soldiers for your involvement.
He speaks to her in the straight fact of bringing an experimental capsule to the ghetto that would result in the massacring the Japanese people by Britannian soldiers under Prince Clovis command. Kallen lowered her head in shame to see that he was right about that. Gutierrez looks at Lelouch, rubbing his face, and continues speaking to him.
Gutierrez: Now, Lelouch, I would figure why you would want to go up against the emperor of the Holy Britannian Empire just for revenge for what happened to you and your sister, am I right?
Lelouch: Don't bring Nunnally into this!
He angrily growled at him for bringing her sister to this matter.
Gutierrez: Lelouch, I understand that your intention is to bring the fight to the Holy Britannian Empire not only to revenge on the emperor, but also to plan to build a better world for your sister to fulfill her dream.
Lelouch: How did you know-
Wright: Because I'm the one providing intelligence to my superiors.
Lelouch looks at him with his disgust expression revealing his true color.
Lelouch: So you're not from Britannia – You're one of them. The outworlders.
Wright: That's right. I was sent there by my superior to gather intelligence and find out the real identity of Zero, and I am correct that it was you.
Kallen: Hold on, how did you know where he is and who he really is?
Wright: Our men who were sent to Tokyo settlement have suspected that Lelouch's alter ego, Zero mysteriously appears when he performs at the bridge to save Suzaku Kururugi from Purebloods using the same capsule as a fake bomb to scare most of the people present there. Honestly, you did a good trick out there.
He looked at Kallen.
Wright: I'm sorry for deceiving you back at the academy. It wasn't my intention, but it's a job I'm willing to take for my superiors.
Kallen: Um, that's fine. I just thought you're just like other Britannians, but I am shocked to find out you're one of the outworlders coming to our world.
Wright: Yeah. Pretty shocked for the rest of everyone in this world of our presence.
Shadow: Okay, enough about that. Let's go back to our main topic about this immortal woman here.
They look at C.C. as Naezej spoke to her.
Naezej: C.C., or if that's want to call yourself instead of your real name?
C.C.: C.C. is fine. Anyway, I figure you are able to guess what I am and know about geass power, correct? How do you know about it?
Shadow: That's classified.
Gutierrez: But as of right now, we figure that you're a code bearer since you are an immortal being that lives through centuries and only has the power to make a contract with someone to have a geass power in exchange for your... services?
C.C.: What is it you want from me then?
Gutierrez: The scientists want to research you. To understand the source of your strength and what mystery this world hides that no one will ever know. Unless there is some kind of secret cult group.
Naezej: However, there's something else for your reason why you're with these people from the Black Knights. Was it because of this boy?
He pointed his finger at Lelouch, which C.C. seemed a bit surprised by his lucky guess. She is silent for a moment, never speaking up to reply to him.
Naezej: Your silence means he is the real reason you stay with him.
Wright: Figures.
C.C.: Hmph. Good guess.
Lelouch: W-What? Why are you looking at me? You're suspecting me that I wield the power of geass by making a contract with her?
Shadow: Probably guess so. But if what they said is true, then I'm with them.
Kallen: Wait, you have the power? Like a supernatural power that no human possesses. That's your power!
Lelouch: I-
Shadow: You should not try to lie to us. We both have psychic abilities, one of which is telepathy. We can also discern whether someone is telling the truth or making up an excuse.
Hearing his remarks, Lelouch is at a loss for words to get out of this situation, and if he is correct about telepathic power, it will be difficult to find a reason to make everyone believe what he said to them. He sighed in defeat and gave them the truth, seeing no use in lying about it.
Lelouch: Fine. If that's what you want, I did sign a contract with C.C. Back in Shinjuku, she takes a bullet from Britannians for me when they see me to be a student who will be deemed a witness if I spread word of what was going on there.
Kallen: Hold up! She got shot!
C.C.: No worries, I can regenerate it so it doesn't kill me anyway.
Wright: How remarkable.
He said.
Naezej: And what power do you possess by this code bearer?
Lelouch: A power to force command on others.
He demonstrated his power by glancing at the geass sign on his left eye. Everyone but C.C. I was taken aback when I saw it for the first time. He begins by revealing to them how his power works on others by making direct contact with them in order to gain control of their minds and make them obey his ultimate command through his words. He admitted that at first he sought to test it on Britannian's CLovis royal guards to see whether they would commit suicide, and then he began conducting experiments to determine the limit of his power. He did this as a student at the academy and received many resources and equipment as Zero to continue his struggle against Britannia's colonial rule. Everyone appears to comprehend his power and boundaries after his explanation. But, in the case of Kallen, she just asked him a question.
Kallen: Tell me, Lelouch, back then, when you said forget about Shinjuku, did you use geass on me? Did you?
She demanded an answer from him, then he replied.
Lelouch: Yes. I did.
In response, she quickly pulled out her pistol and pointed at him.
Wright: Kallen!
He shouted. Shadow is about to draw his gun, but Naezej stops him, ordering him to let them handle it themselves. Kallen tells him in a stern tone.
Kallen: What was it? What did you do when you used geass on me? Am I becoming your puppet? Your slave.
Lelouch: No.
Kallen: Then what is it!
Lelouch: To know why someone like you would go against Britannia.
Kallen: What?
Lelouch: I was asking you why you would go up against Britannia that day. Apparently I discovered that you're half-breed, with half Japanese blood running on you.
Gutierrez: And I assume those who are born half-breeds are being looked down from this world?
Lelouch: Yeah. It's because you cannot tell what loyalty you are siding with either countries since Britannia, EU, and Chinese Federation are at war until they stopped due to your sudden appearance.
He looked back at her.
Lelouch: Now you know why I cast geass on you and I won't do it again since my power is limited and I cannot repeat it again. In other words, I can't use geass on you again.
Kallen: What about the others? Did you use geass on them to become your slave soldiers too?
Lelouch: No. I have no need for mindless slave soldiers to help me destroy Britannia, which my so-called grateful father, Charles zi Britannia, built for his conquest ambition.
Kallen is taken aback by his willingness to listen to him. She was hesitant at first, but then she quietly dropped her gun. Now that the situation has calmed down, everyone in this room is releasing their tenses. Gutierrez's approach to C.C.
Gutierrez: C.C.,you'll be coming for us in this matter. They would like to examine you and your power to learn more about Geass. Will you cooperate with us?
C.C.: And why should I comply?
Gutierrez: Because you're the rarest being that we have discovered since coming to this world. And we need to learn more about your powers so we could maybe have research development for anti-geass devices.
Lelouch: Wait. You can do that?
Gutierrez: Definitely. But since you were given power by her, you will come with us too.
Lelouch: Wait, what?
C.C.: While I am calling to be rarest to you and all of your people, I am not sure to trust you. Not after they did to me.
Gutierrez: Don't worry, once we're done examining you and your friend here, you two will be out after we have the result. I can assure you of that.
Lelouch: Now hold on-
He is cut off by Kallen, who she decides to take a general side.
Kallen: I agree on this one.
Lelouch: Kallen!
He is taken aback that she is on their side, as she tells him with stern glares.
Kallen: Listen here, we can't trust someone who has supernatural powers that we really don't know about. You could've accidently activated someone and said a command that would cause some worst scenario.
Naezaj: She is correct. It could be too dangerous if no one truly understands the power and how to control it. Which is why we have to take you in to examining your power
Lelouch: But-
Kallen: Also, I follow Zero, the leader of the Black Knights. But as Lelouch, who is a former royal member of Britannia, I will not follow you unless I have to. So it's either you comply with them to study the geass power or we have to put you down by force and bring you to them. So, what's gonna be, "your highness?"
Lelouch looks at her serious glares toward her meaning that she is deeply serious about his geass power concern. However, he had a thought that what they said seemingly true since he make contract with C.C. to uphold his power that he didn't realize that it could be dangerous if he accidently make contact to another person and say something that is not for command, but the other person under geass influence would've do it anyway that could lead to the worst scenario. So he decided that it would be best to be with them to examine his power so he can carefully control it.
Lelouch: Fine. I have no choice then. You'll examining me and then help me to control it so it won't have more mistakes in the future.
Gutierrez: Good to hear. Now, before we can go, I also forgot to tell you that your sister will also be coming with us.
Lelouch: What! Why?
Wright: Her blindness. Her crippled legs on the wheelchair. We have the best advanced medical technology that could fix your sister within a minute.
Kallen: What!
Lelouch: You... You can do that? For my sister?
Both of them were surprised that these people have the most advanced medical technology in this world. But of course, they are from different dimensions that live in futuristic society so it's no surprise they have that kind of technology.
Gutierrez: Yes, we have it at the laboratory facility waiting for her. So let's not waste any more time here. Let's go to meet your sister, shall we?
Lelouch: Oh. Of course.
Lelouch, Kallen, and C.C. are being escorted by five UGSE marines and Gen. Gutierrez and the others go in front of them. They walked through the hallway to go to another room where Nunnally was staying. A marine opens the door to let them come in. Lelouch, Kallen, and C.C. saw Sayoko and Nunnally are here in this room. But, what shocked Lelouch and Kallen was to see two familiar faces: Shirley and Milly, still wearing Black Meadow and Themisia suits. They have their helmets removed so they can reveal themselves to them. Milly responds to them.
Milly: Hello there! Fancy to meet you guys here!
Lelouch: Milly! Shirley! What are you two doing here?
Kallen: And what's with you two wearing it? They're from Black Meadow and Themisia, you know?
Milly: Well, actually, these are our suits.
Kallen: What! Does that mean you guys are...
Shirley: Correct. We're Black Meadow and Themisia, you know much.
Both Lelouch and Kallen are completely dumbstruck as they couldn't believe that Black Meadow and Themisia are actually Shirley and Milly under their helmets that they aren't recognized when they are first met at the warehouse.
C.C.: Oh... Looks like who these girls really are.
Wright: We give you guys some time to sort this out. We'll be ready for your transport once you're done here.
He said as he closed the door. Afterward, Lelouch speaks to them for answers.
Lelouch: I really don't understand, how did you two end up joining them?
Sayoko: That's the same question for me and my lady Nunnally, but they said we have to wait for you.
Shirley: You are correct. You see, after we got saved back at Lake Kawaguchi, Wright took us to the principal's room, which Principal Ashford had already been associated with the UDA. They explain everything we should know, especially about you.
Lelouch: Me?
Milly: Yes. While I understand the fight against Britannia to bring Japan independence, the desire to burn down Britannia is more concerning. Lelouch, I know you hold hatred towards your father and his others for putting you and Nunnally into exile, but what are you doing for your goal would not be good.
Lelouch: You don't everything what me and my sister been through!
Shirley: I know!
She shouted.
Shirley: But it doesn't mean to leave those good people if Britannia was brought down to ruin. Let's say you have succeeded in killing your father and bringing down Britannia into ashes, then what? Where do they actually go? They made an enemy to the whole earth and they could lead to discrimination by all people. It may satisfy your revenge, but at what cost? Was it worth it to kill thousands or millions of people to gain your revenge?
Lelouch: It would be, if I were to consider strategizing my plan to bring him here once my plan of bringing independence is secure, then I would kill him. And Britannia, that would be another time to think about that.
Nunnally: There won't be another time, big brother. Or perhaps you would like to be called Zero.
Lelouch's shocked eyes widened that Nunnally, who is blinded and crippled on the wheelchair, knows of his alter-ego as Zero the leader of the Black Knights. She moves forward as she approaches him.
Nunnally: Lelouch, I know you and I have been through hard times and I know what it feels. Milly and Shirley told me that, and they also told me about your plan.
Lelouch: They did? Milly, Shirley, why would-
Then he got his belly hit pretty hard by Kallen using her elbow directly hit him.
Kallen: Let your sister speak.
Nunnally: Thank you. Lelouch, I understand how protective you are. You've always cared for me so much that you have to do anything to protect me from everyone. But let me tell you this, I really want to know everything from these recent events that you did in your campaign of fighting in Area 11.
Lelouch: But Nunnally, you don't know what's going on out there. Britannia has treated the Japanese people hardly as their mere numbers and never seen as human beings. I must do something about it and I would do anything to fulfill your dream.
Nunnally: My dream. My dream is to live in a world where no wars and discrimination occurred and live happiness and peace in our lives. Is that really what you want to happen?
Lelouch: Yes. Anything for you.
He takes a knee and grabs her hand gently holding it, knowing how much he cared for her.
Lelouch: I want you to be protected by me. Britannia, our father, our siblings or everyone else might try to harm you. Or worse, that something you won't want to bear.
Nunnally: I only wished you were right, Lelouch. But all I really wanted to live in a happy world was you!
She launched herself to embrace her big brother as she let out the tiny tears of her eyes.
Nunnally: I'm just so scared of what will happen to you if you do something so reckless.
C.C.: He is a reckless boy who did reckless things to achieve his goals.
Milly: Shush! Don't ruin this moment!
She said to C.C., giving her a shush sound to be silent to never ruining this moment of her liking.
Nunnally: I just want to be you, that's all I want. If something happens to you if you either get captured, or worse, get killed out there, how do I bear it if I hear the news that you got captured and executed for treason, how can I ease my pain so much for your deaths. I just can't live myself without you.
Lelouch: Nunnally..
Nunnally releases him from embrace and looks directly at him with her own eyes despite her blindness.
Nunnally: I don't want you to lead to the darker path that could forsaken yourself for continuing the revenge. I also want to know. I have the right to know why you did it and why you killed Clovis. Please, please...
She started to cry as she couldn't hold back her emotions that had struggled her so much. Sayoko went to comfort her on the left side, Shirley went to comfort her too. Lelouch can't say anything at the moment until Kallen approaches him from behind and gives him a slap on the head.
Lelouch: Ouch!
Kallen: Well, Lelouch, are you going to say to her or are you gonna continue watching her cry like that?
Lelouch: Why did you-
Kallen: I lost my brother to Britannians. I hurt my own mother that drove her to refrain from being addicted to drugs. I'm not going to stand here and watch her cry while you can't say anything in response. Now, tell her!
She said with her attitude showing to be her sister figure for a moment. He takes a deep sigh and gives her a hug for comfort.
Lelouch: I'm sorry for keeping you in shadow, Nunnally. I didn't mean to hurt you a lot. I just want you to be protected.
Nunnally: Lelouch, of course I am protected. By you, Milly, Sayoko, and Mr. Ruben.
She said, seemingly to be calming down from her emotions. Lelouch smiles to see her fine and looks at her to the face.
Lelouch: Nunnally, I promise, I will tell you everything and why I did those things.
Nunnally: Promise?
Lelouch: I promised.
Nunnally: Pinkie promise?
She gives him a pinkie finger as Lelouch puts his pinkie finger on her together.
Nunnally: Remember the pinkie promise rhyme? "You make a pinkie promise, you keep it all your life. You break a pinkie promise, I throw you on the ice. The cold will kill the pinkie that once betrayed your friend, the frost will freeze your tongue off so you never lie again." Will you promise to tell me everything truthfully without telling me lies?
Lelouch is silent for a moment and then responds to her with his calm, normal voice.
Lelouch: I promise.
