Nandu just heard everything , in the meanwhile Manik came there and asked nandu to sit they bid bye to Hussain , he asked both of them to come tomorrow such that they can sit and talk freely , nandu said thanks for helping and said she will come surely to meet him again . She sat side ways as she is wearing a saree . She didn't touch him or didn't keep a hand on his shoulder . She just sat holding the side rod . Manik is busy focusing on road but nandu is only thinking of what Hussain said .

The bike came to a halt at nandu's place , Manik expected her to leave immediately . But he turned back to see nandu still sitting behind him . She looked so cute lost in her thoughts.

Manik : ghar agayi , he said loudly and this brought her out of the thoughts ...

Nandu immediately got down ......

Nandu : thank you , saying she turned to go ....

Manik : suno , he called her back ...

Nandu : ji , saying she turned to him .....

Manik : I know you consider me stranger , but we consider you as friend . Charms call you her inspiration now and sanju , Mouni feel you are their younger sister , even all my friends treat u like a good friend ....he said ...

Nandu : I know all these , y r u saying now , she asked being Confused...

Manik ; I know my first impression is not good , u called me corrupt , but I'm not that bad and why I'm saying this is , today you didn't think of calling anyone of us when u are in problem , I hope the only people u thought of would be cabir jiju or krithika . But for ur information u have all our phone numbers in what's app group as jiju created it for his marriage surprise, I know you are a strong girl but remember in case of any help I'm here , not like a friend bcoz u don't consider me as a friend but atleast as a police officer who could help his people , don't land yourself in trouble , feel free to call anytime . Go inside it's late ....he said and nandu just turned around. Manik is about to start his bike .....

But all of a sudden nandu turned back and forwarded her hand . Manik is just looking at her hand ....

Nandu : friends , she asked him and Manik immediately gave his hand to her with a smile ...

Manik : friends , but remember i take my friendship very serious , no cheating by saying just friends bola maine . You are same like karan , arjun , Ali , neil and the first girl as my friend , so kabhi kuch galat hojaye tell me on my face , he said and nandu nodded ....

Nandu : I have friends but I lost contact with them , only cabir is here with me from childhood even though we have age gap he is a very good friend of me and now krithika added , but after meeting sanju , Mouni and all of you I made them my friends , you are the last ....she said ....

Manik : my bad , he said with a small smile ....

And nandu laughed loudly ....

Manik : ok ok....laugh later , go inside and take rest ....he said ...

Nandu : can I come with you to meet Hussain and thank him...

Manik : I will take u there , be ready tomorrow ....

Nandu : bye .... good night , saying she turned the other side and unlocked the gate and again locked it from inside , and walked till the main door , and left inside after waving bye to Manik .

Manik sat on the bike till she moved inside and locked the door , with a constant smile on his face he moved to his house unaware of the fact what is waiting for him at home .....

Manik moved inside the house to see everyone giggling and laughing loudly watching something on their Mobile.....

Manik : why are you all still awake ?? He asked everyone ...

Sanju : we are watching a short film ....she said with a mischievous smile...

Manik : what's so special in that movie that u can't wait till tomorrow ?? He asked taking a seat beside karan ...

Mouni : charms and karan shot a short film today .....

Manik : don't you have exams charms , and you mister karan police duty karo .... director kyu banna hae tereko....

Karan : Director nahi videographer bani main ....director toh charms hae. ...he said and gave a flying kiss to charms ....

Manik : padayi kab karogi tum , you have exams .....he asked charms....

Charms : bhai , it's a single take short film naturally acted by the best hero heroine , title bataoo apko....

Manik : ha bataoo...

Charms : friend zoned boy friend.....Manik just nodded his head....

Karan : tell the famous dailogue charms .....saying he got up from his place .....

Charms : ok bhai , saying even she got up from her place and stood beside karan and started saying " friends " she said giving hand to karan ....Manik just looked at her in shock ...

Karan : friends , but remember i take my friendship very serious , no cheating by saying just friends bola maine . You are same like karan , arjun , Ali , neil and the first girl as my friend , so kabhi kuch galat hojaye tell me on my face ...he repeated what Manik had said to nandu ....

Manik is looking at them wide eyes and rest all burst into laughter ......

Manik : what the hell ??? Ye sab kya hae ...

Karan : dailogue of our new short film in which you are hero , saying he threw the mobile at manik ....

Manik saw the video with a smile ,it's the conversation with nandu just before few minutes ....he is just lost in nandu's smile , rest all gathered around him ....

Charms : bhai , bhabi is so cute na , she asked slowly and Manik nodded in yes absent mindedly ...... everyone laughed more this made him come out of trance ....

Manik : who the hell took this video !?? Agar nandu ko pata chalega toh kya hoga ??? She will never talk to me. Ye mazak lag raha tum logon ko ....he asked seriously...

Charms : it thought ap dono friends bangayi , so I just made this to tease you ....she said with a sad pout....

Manik ; video is too good but nandu ke permission ke bina kiya hae tum log , if anyone makes your video without your permission what will be your reaction tell me ...he asked charms ....

Manik sent the video to his mobile and deleted it from Karan's Mobile. This is unknown to anyone that manik has the video bcoz he looked too serious. They didn't ask him anything , he left to his room silently with a smile bcoz he became serious to avoid teasing session ....

He closed the door of his room and sat on the bed watching the video with a bright smile ....he got freshen up and is about to sleep but heard a loud shout ...he ran down to see Ali carrying an unconscious sanju to the car....

He ran to them immediately ,

Manik : what happened ?? He asked charms ...

Charms : don't know bhabi came down to drink water and fell unconscious ....

Manik : let's go saying he took charms to one car , neil and karan joined them where as Ali sanju , arjun Mouni are in the front car where arjun is driving the car .

They reached the hospital and sanju is taken inside by doctors .....rest all sat there waiting for the doctor to say something ...

After three days .....

Nandu came back from school and sat on the couch , she heard the calling bell ringing and moved to open the door ....

She saw Manik standing there dressed in police uniform , she gave him a smile and allowed him inside but he didn't come in ...but called he out to talk ...

They both sat in the garden to talk ....

Nandu : what's the matter ??

Manik : actually I need a help , he asked ....

Nandu : ji boliye....she asked immediately...

Manik : can charms stay with you bcoz she is having exams and I have no one to let her stay , he said and nandu frowned ...

Nandu : what happened to others ???

Manik : as u know sanju is pregnant , Ali arjun Mouni sanju Left to sanju 's parents house . Chachi , chachu and sharmistha mom left for some marriage , cabir jiju and navya are in honeymoon . Even bua dadi is on Teertha yatra , neil has to go to punjab for marriage preprations , finally me and karan are going to Hyderabad for meeting my sir because we have an enquiry in a case, I never left charms alone but I can't take her with me now , not because I'm going on duty but she has exams, she couldn't miss them right ....

Nandu laughed after listening to him ,

Manik : what ?? He asked her being annoyed.....

Nandu : U could have simply said charms will stay with me. No need of such information to make her stay with me ....she said a smile ....

Manik : I just told you okay ....

Nandu : that's fine , you all are welcome to stay here , I don't mind. In fact I'm happy she is staying with me .

Manik ; ok .....he said happily....

Nandu : so when is your journey??

Manik : tonight ....

Nandu : take care , don't worry about charms I will take her to School with me and even bring her back .

Manik ; no driver will drop and pick her up , he said but nandu glared him...

Nandu : she is staying with me , so I will take and drop her . It's final no more arguments , she said with full authority and Manik nodded .....

Manik : so ...

Nandu ; thank you for taking me to Hussain house.....

Manik : he really liked u a lot , specially ammi she asked me to bring you again...he replied thinking of what Hussain's ammi told him. She thought nandu is manik's wife that day and treated her so special . When Manik told her she is just a friend , Hussain's ammi blessed him that she will be a perfect match for him and also to think of marrying her . Manik felt so happy that day bcoz nandu just got mingled with hussain and his family members , he got to know her more better .

Nandu : I will go meet them later ....her words brought him out of trance ....

Manik : let me take you there whenever you want bcoz that area is not completely safe . They are living thete for years so it's okay . But you are new to thay place , but still if u want to go call Hussain he will come and take you safely and drop u back .... he said ....

Nandu nodded in yes , after sometime Manik left to his house to being charms here . Even he had to leave to airport to catch the flight .

Manik carried charms bag as she had to stay a week with nandu till her exams complete , He rang the bell ....

Nandu opened the door in her pajamas , she looked cute . She welcomed both of them inside .

Manik : take care both of you , if you need anything just one call .

Charms : we can take care of ourselves , u need to take care , remember mister one scratch on your body and I'm gonna ask dad to house arrest you . Don't forget that ...she warned him and Manik hugged her kissing her forehead . Nandu admired their bonding ...

Manik : I'm not going on any secret mission , just an enquiry commission regarding a case ...

Manik bid bye and left the place as he needs to reach airport , karan said he will directly meet him in airport with the files of the case . Charms had tears seeing Manik leaving . Nandu hugged her tight and took her inside the house ....

So here u go with the update , hope u guys enjoyed .

I know I give late updates but atleast I update when I get free time. I don't like others judging me bcoz no one is perfect to judge someone but remember words are powerful than swords they do hurt .I never responded to negative comments or positive comments bcoz I don't have time to reply everyone but once anyone messages me in personal I do reply them when I see . I'm not rude but just busy to respond . I really enjoy reading your comments and your prediction of the story like what can happen further , bcoz even I'm a curious cat who predicts the stories I read .

Updates will not be regular , I thought of updating long back but I literally didn't expect people asking me to quit writting just bcoz I'm late , it's my story , my wish. Wattpad never gave me a due date to complete my story and they are not even closing the app for me such that I will hurry to write . I have life time to complete my stories . I will take my own time bcoz it's my wish and I don't like others to interfere my own space . U call me rude , thats your opinion and I accept it ....
