Rainbow Society, a car entered inside and the watchman saluted. The person sitting inside saluted back to him with a smile. After moving in, leaving behind 4 to 5 bungalow, he stopped the car in front of the gate of double story bungalow which was named "Khanna Niwas".

He horned and the gate automatically opened. He drove inside and the gate closed, he parked the car into the garage and entered inside the hall.

He was in his early 30s, Vineet Khanna. He heard noise of anklets approaching him, he looked and a lady came stood in front of him with the cup of tea in her hand. She smiled "thik 6 baje tumhari aate ho aur tumhari chai bhi ready hoti hai"

He smiled and took the up from her hand and asked "agar main late hua to?"

She giggled "aisa kabhi nhi hoga.. Itne saalo se yahi time raha hai tumhara sharp 6 baje ghar aana afterall niyam hai ghar ka"

He nodded positively, "wo to hai Ruhana"

She was Ruhana Khanna, his wife. A lady was stepping down from upstairs, Ruhana smiled "maaji bhi aa gayi, main unke liye bhi chai le aati hoon" she moved to the kitchen.

Vineet sat on the couch and was doing something on his phone. The lady, in her 50s wearing a saree and heavy jewellery. She sat opposite him and asked "kaisa tha tumhara din?"

"Thik tha Maa" he said without looking at her.

She spoke up in loud tone "jab main tumse baat kar rahi hoon to tumhara dhyan meri taraf honi chahiye Vineet"

He looked up at her and said angrily "aapki ye sakti mujhpe mat dikhayie aap mera ispe koi asar nhi hone wala hai"

She was Ragini Khanna, Vineet's mother strict by nature. She glanced at him and said "aapni maa se uchi awaaz mein baat to karna hi mat tum! Kal ghar mein pooja hai office mat jana"

Vineet spoke up in anger "Aapke ye faltu kaam ke liye mere pass time nhi hai Maa important meetings hai meri jo aapke dikhawe se zyada important rakhti hai mere liye" then he went inside his room.

Ruhana came out with cup of tea in her hand, she kept it in front of her mother-in-law "Maaji, aap gussa mat kijiye main baat karti hoon usse"

She picked up the tea cup and said "karo baat, bahut ziddi ho gaya hai ye chote bhai se kuch seekhe kitni sunta hai wo meri"

Ruhana went inside the room, she saw Vineet removing his coat and threw it on the bed. Ruhana asked him "Vineet kya hai ye? Tum maa se aise rukhe muh baat kyun karte ho?"

"Aisa hi hoon main haar baar unki marzi nhi chalegi" he said stubbornly

Ruhana sighed and said "calm down, dekho main janti hoon tumhare liye meetings important hai lekin ghar ki pooja bhi important hai na! Aur tum iss ghar ke bade bete ho to tumhari responisbility banti hai tum khayal rakho ghar ka"

Vineet looked at her and answered her "Okay fine, I will be here"

Ruhana smiled and said "ab ye gusse hatao aur mujhe apni wo sweet si smile do"

Vineet smiled at her and pulls her into his embrace.

The next day, Vineet and Ruhana did the family pooja together and took blessings from Panditji. Ruhana took blessings from Ragini who blessed her "shaadi ko 2 saal ho gaye hai tum dono ki ab mujhe jaldi se dadi banado"

Ruhana smiled shyly and said 'Maaji abhi kuch waqt aur chahiye mujhe lekin jaldi wo khushi bhi aapko dungi"

Ragini noded, Vineet looked at her in shock and went to the balcony. Ruhana excused herself and came to him, she placed her hand on his shoulder "Vineet"

Vineet looked at her and asked "tumne jhooth kyun kaha maa se? Waqt to maine manga tha na tumse"

Ruhana smiled and said "Vineet, agar main ye kehti unhe to wo tumpe aur zyada gussa karti aur tumhara aur unka jhagra hota jo mujhe bikul pasand nhi aata"

Vineet held her hand "Tum sach mein bahut achi ho, aur haan mujhe na ab tumhari jaise understanding beti chahiye" he said with a smile on his face.

Ruhana was surprised "kya?"

Vineet nodded in yes.. Ruhana moved from there but he held her hand and said "soch raha hoon maa ki icha puri kar hi doon"

Ruhana said "Vineet haath chodo koi aa jayega" he left her hand and Ruhana ran from there.

After the guests left, Ruhana and Vineet also went to spend some time together. They were happy in their life.

After few hours they returned back and moved inside the house holding each other hands.

A little girl, about 5 years old was standing in front of the bungalow holding someone's hand and in other she was carrying a doll. She looked at the person and asked "ye ghal tista (kiska) hai?"

The person smiled broadly and said "tumhare kisi apne ka"

The little girl smiled, she left the person's hand and moved inside the bungalow as the door was left open and she saw a ball in the garden. The person looked at her with teary eyes and left from there.

The girl picked up the ball and she looked at the direction with whom she came but the person was not there. She started to cry loudly.

Inside the house, Ruhana was setting up the dining table when she heard a crying sound. "Bachi ki rone ki awaaz?" she was bewildered.

She went to the door and opened it, she was shocked to see the little girl crying sitting on the grass of the garden. Ruhana went to the girl and picked her up in her arms, she wiped off her tears and asked "Are beta aap kyun ro rahi ho? Aur aap yahan kaise?"

"Mere saath jo they wo mujhe yahan chodke chale gaye!" she said innocently.

Ruhana thinks "aise kaise koi bachi chod gaya!" she took her inside the house as it was late evening.

Vineet, Ragini were at the dining table. Vineet looked at Ruhana who was coming in with the girl. He asked "Ruhana ye beti kisiki hai?"

Ruhana made her sit on the couch and said "pata nhi Vineet, bahar garden mein baithi hui ro rahi thi na jaane kaun chod gaya!"

Ragini was surprised and said in her tough tone "aise kaise koi apni santan chod gaya! Tum ise andar kyun le aayi?"

Vineet glanced at her and confronts her "maa har koi aapki tarah kator dil nhi hota hai, choti si bachi hai wo"

The little girl got down and came to Vineet, pulling his trousers a bit. Vineet bends down to her level and smiled seeing her. She was still crying.. 

Vineet pats her head "rote nhi beta! hum hai na aapke saath" 

The girl nodded in yes and hugged him, he rubbed her back. 

He asked her "beta aapka naam kya hai?" the girl gets apart from the hug.  

"Anvi ka naam Anvi hai" she said in her innocent voice.

He was stunned hearing her name, he questioned her "Aapko yahan kaun chodke gaya?"

"Anvi ke dost" she said unknowingly.

Vineet does not know why, but he was feeling connected to her. She reminded him of someone. Anvi rubbed her eyes, it seemed she was feeling sleepy. Vineet picked her up in his arms and took her inside the room.

Ragini went to Ruhana and scolds her "ye bachi isko andar kyun layi tum? Bahar chod deti jo chodke gaya wahi le jaata isko"

Ruhana spoke up "Maaji aap kya kah rahi hai? Maine check kiya tha bahar koi nhi tha jab tak iske maa baap nhi mil jaate ye mere aur Vineet ke saath rahegi" and went inside the room.

She smiled when she saw Anvi sleeping holding Vineet's hand. Ruhana said "lagta hai isko tumse kuch hi minuto mein kafi lagav ho gaya hai"

Vineet looked at her and then back to Anvi "pata nhi Roo, aisa lag raha hai jaise mera isse koi relation hai mera mann khudba khud iski aur kheecha chala jaa raha hai"

Ruhana sat beside him and said "that means you love kids! Chalo acha hai achi training ho jayegi hamari"

Vineet laughed at this comment of her. Anvi moved a bit Ruhana and Vineet lowered their tone so that little one could sleep without any disturbance.
