Vineet got ready for office, he looks at little Anvi who was sleeping peacefully. He smiled looking at her, the sun rays were falling in her eyes. She made faces, Vineet covers the rays with the curtain. Anvi smiled lightly and moved to cozy position.

Ruhana entered inside the room and said "Vineet kya kar rahe ho? Office nhi jaana kya?"

"Jaana hai na aa hi raha tha bahar" he said.

Ruhana gave his handkerchief, he smiled and left for office.

Ruhana looked at Anvi, who woke up. She rubbed off her eyes, Ruhana said "good morning Anvi"

Anvi looked around and gets sad. Ruhana asked her "kya hua?"

Anvi replied looking down "Anvi se mile bina chale gaye!"

Ruhana went to her and took her into her laps "aww my baby shyam ko milenge na mall mein to complaint kar lena"

Anvi smiled and puts her arms around her neck "aap sachi leke jaogi Anvi ko toys dilane?" and asked her.

Ruhana smiled "haan leke jaungi lekin pehle mujhe kaam complete karna hai to aap promise karo koi shaitani nahi karoge?"

Anvi nodded "nhi karungi" she got down from her lap and played with the teddy bear. Ruhana moved out to finish her work.

Ragini asked "Ruhana iss ladki ke maa baap ka kuch pata chala?"

Ruhana nodded in no "nahi maa, Vineet ne newspaper mein article diya hai aaj koi na koi to dekhke aayega hi aap befikar rahe"

She looked at the time it showed 4pm, she said "maa main Anvi ko leke mall jaa rahi hoon aapko kuch chahiye waha se?"

Ragini denied, Ruhana came to room and said "chale Anvi? Mall? Toys laane?"

Anvi jumped on her toes in excitement "chalo chalo Anvi ko lene hai"

Ruhana smiled, she took out her purse from the cupboard and moved out of the room with Anvi. Anvi holds her hand. Ragini said in strict tone "jaldi wapas aana aur zyada kharcha karne ki zaroorat nhi hai"

Anvi makes face and says "kanjus dadi"

Ruhana looked at Anvi and asked her to be quiet. They then moved out, Anvi saw the car and asked "Aunty hum isme jayenge?"

Ruhana nodded positively "haan beta car mein jayenge"

She moved and tried to open the door but her little hands but fails. Ruhana comes and helps her, Anvi jumps in and sits "Woohu.. Chalo mall.."

Ruhana sits with her and they doze off to the shopix mall. Anvi was peeking out from the window and smiling "kinna sundal (sundar) hai"

Soon they reached the mall, Ruhana called Vineet "haan Vineet hum mall aa gaye hai"

"Thik hai Roo main bhi nikal gaya hoon pahuch jaunga kuch der mein"

Ruhana nodded and ended the call. Anvi pulled her pallu a bit of saree and asked "kya hua? Kab aa rahe hai wo?"

Ruhana looked down at her and said "bas kuch der mein tab tak aap dekho aapko kya chahiye"

Anvi nodded, Ruhana took her to the toy section. Anvi selected few toys and says "ho gaya.. Anvi ko ye sab chahiye"

Ruhana smiled broadly "thik hai chalo payment karte hai" and they walk to the bill counter.

Ruhana got busy with doing payment, Anvi saw someone and smiled. She followed the person, she runs behind the person and said "ruko na please mumma"

Ruhana looks but Anvi was not there. She gets shocked "Anvi!" she looks around but she was nowhere to be seen.

She moves out of the shop and searches for her. She shouted "Anvi" but she was nowhere to be seen. Just then Vineet came there and saw her tensed "Ruhana kya hua?"

Ruhana was in tears "Vineet Anvi pata nhi kaha chali gayi?"

Vineet was shocked "What?? Aise kaha gayi?"

Ruhana said "main payment kar rahi thi wo mere pass hi khadi thi par pata nhi kaha gayi"

Vineet cupped her face "shant ho jao main aa gaya hoon na dekhte hai usko tum yahan dekho main udar dekhta hoon"

They start to search for Anvi, Ruhana asked people "Aapne ek bachi ko dekha hai? 4 saal ki hai! Blue dress mein"

The person denied. "Uska photo bhi nhi hai kaha chali gayi Anvi" Ruhana sighed "mujhe hi dhyan rakhna chahiye tha"

She goes further, Vineet also searches for her. Tears slipped down his eyes instantly "Anvi.."

Somewhere in the mall, anvi was walking and crying "Ruhana aunty.." she was lost. She does not where to go. Security person comes to her..

"Are beta aap ro kyun rahi ho?"

"Wo mele saath jo they wo kho gaye" Anvi complained.

"Acha? Aapke mumma papa chalo aao hum aapko le jaate hai unke pass" he lifts her up in his arms and takes her to information center.

The lady announces "kisiki koi bachchi lapata ho gayi hai to foran ground floor pe aa jaye.."

Ruhana and Vineet heard it, they rush downstairs to ground floor. A smile came on their face seeing Anvi.

They came to her, Vineet picked her up in his arms and kissed her "kaha chale gaye they aap? Hum kitna pareshan ho gaye they!"

Anvi hugs him and cries "mumma.. Anvi ne mumma ko dekha!"

Ruhana asked "kaha dekha?"

Anvi looks at her and says "wo toy shop pe.. Unke peeche gayi Anvi pal unhone nhi dekha Anvi ko"

Ruhana caressed her head, Vineet thanked the watchman and they move to home from there.

Anvi was crying and saying "mumma.. Anvi ko mumma chahiye.. Dhoondo na unhe"

Ruhana caressed her head "haan beta mil jayegi aapki mumma" soon she drifted into sleep.

Home

Vineet lays Anvi on bed and covers her with blanket. Ruhana said "Vineet agar isne apni mumma ko dekha to wo ruki kyun nhi?"

Vineet looked at her and said in anger "pata nhi Ruhana, agar beti chahiye nhi thi to paida hi kyun karte hai log"

Ruhana spoke up "I am sorry maine dhyan nhi diya agar kuch ho jata isko to"

Vineet denies "nhi tumhari galti nhi hai Ruhana"

Anvi wakes up and immediately hugs Vineet. Vineet said "anvi.. Kya hua?"

"Aap Anvi ko chodke to nhi jaoge na?" she asked with tears in her eyes.

"Nhi hum aapko chodke kahi nhi jayenge" Vineet assured her.

Ruhana spoke up "Anvi aapne toys nhi dikhaye?"

Anvi separates from hug and smiles "haan Anvi ko dikhane hai kaha hai Anvi ke toys?"

Ruhana pointed, anvi got down from bed and she takes out the boys. She smiled "kinne ache hai na toys Anvi ke jaise?" she asked..

Ruvi nodded in yes..

Vineet looked at Anvi, Ruhana sat beside him and asked "kya soch rahe ho?"

"Yahi ki itni masoom bachchi ko koi kyun chodega?" he said.

"Pata nhi Vineet lekin Vineet agar iska koi mila nhi to kya karenge hum? She questioned him.

Vineet glanced at her and said "apne pass rakenge"

Ruhana smiled a bit then thought about Ragini "par maa?"

Vineet said with anger "unki maine na to pehle suni thi na to ab sununga! Ye yahi rahegi bas!"

Just then they heard Ragini's voice "ye mera ghar hai koi anath ashram nhi hai"

Hearing Ragini's loud voice, Anvi got up. Vineet and Ruhana got up, Anvi hide behind Vineet.

Vineet looked at her "kya problem hai maa?"

"Problem ye hai ki main kisi ajnabee ko apne ghar mein nhi rakhungi jald se jald iske maa baap ka pata lagao aur nhi pata chalta to anath ashram mein bejh do samjhe" she warned them.

Vineet shouted at her "maa Anvi kahi nhi jayegi! Ye mera faisla hai aap maane ya na maane bas!"

"Bas Vineet! Har baar tumhari manmani nhi chalegi samjhe!" she shouted at him.

Vineet said in anger "meri manmani? Manmani to aap chalati hai apni! Saalo pehle bhi yahi kiya tha aapne!" he paused for a moment.

Ruhana looked at him bewildered. He sighed, he picked up Anvi and moved out from the room.

Ruhana asked "kya hua tha maa saalo pehle?"

Ragini said in anger "kuch nhi hua tha! Tum isko samjha doon bas!" and left from there.

Ruhana looked on in confusion.
