It was the very next day and Divya have to get for the Party. She was quite excited but was scared.

"What I should do ? I have joined newly there, and I'm invited. Isn't it so humongous? I mean he has invited me , that man who is not less than a monster. It's so surprising." She blabbered while combing her hair.

" Are you going somewhere ?" Her mom asked.

" Yes, mom. I'm going to attend a party that has been thrown by our boss for whom I work under". Divya said.

" Oh good. Don't you think you are attending the party so early. I mean you are new there and it's not been a week also. Ok, do whatever you want to. But be careful. " Her mom said while smiling.

" I know mom. That's why I'm scared. Well please help me to choose my dress for the party. Should I wear traditional or western ? Because you know I'm very bad in terms of fashion." She said giving a pout.

" Wear something traditional. It always suits on you. There will be many of your colleagues who are going to wear modern dresses but if you wear something traditional then it will go perfectly." Her mom said and took out a saree from her wardrobe.

She gave a Saree to her.

"Hmm. I will look good na?" She said with a pout.

"Why are you hurrying?" Her mom said and laughed.

She took the dress and wore it properly.

She put a light peach-based lipstick on her lips. That suited so well.

She didn't do any heavy makeup nor she does in her regular life. She adjusted her hair and headed towards her office.

"Do you think Anupam She will come?" Hritik asked looking at the guests.

"Ruk na bhai wo zarur aayegi. Itni jaldi kuch mat soch.( Wait bro, she will come definitely. Don't think too much so quickly.)"

"I'm not sure bhai." Hritik said.

After 10 minutes , his painkiller came giving a cloak of mystery.

"Dekh , agyi humari bhabhi. Chal uske paas.( See, our sister in law has came. Lets go to her.)"

He looked at her epitome of beauty. She was exactly different from her usual working days.
She still looks good, means she's a tip-topped girl. She knows to be organised in everything but this look was exceptional. If possible, then Hritik would take a chance to give a stern glare.

"Isn't she beautiful, Anupam?". Hritik asked looking at her.

"Yes , in your dreams,bro." He mocked.

Hritik came near Divya and asked nervously.

"Was there any trouble coming here?" Anupam asked and Hritik gave a killer look to him.

" No, it was okay." She said with a smile.

"Come and join us." Hritik said to her.

She came and joined their party. Hritik was standing faraway from Divya and Anupam was with him. She was feeling uncomfortable as she was alone and a new commer in this office.

She somehow managed to act normal like what others did but she failed.

After few minutes when Hritik saw she was standing alone and was looking here and there, he came and talked with her. Actually, he was finding a little chance to talk.

"So , how are you ? " He asked shyly.

"I'm fine, sir. What about you ?" She asked.

" I'm absolutely fine but why are you standing come and sit there. I know you are feeling odd there. But don't worry I'm here." He said and made her comfortable.

" Yes, it's nothing just I am new here and I don't know anyone. They all are new to me. Well I think I'm bothering you. Please you can go and join your guests." She said and smiled.

"No its ok I have managed Divya." He said and she nodded. They had a chit chat for sometime.

Anupam's eye got on Divya and called him, showing his hands.

"Divya , idhar aao jaldi. Udhar baith ke kya Kar rahi ho?( Divya, please come here. What are you doing, sitting there?)" Anupam asked in a hurry.

"Yes, I'm coming Anupam." Divya said and got up.

"I'm coming sir." Divya said and went there.

"Udhar kar kya rahi thi ? Boss ke saath? (What were you doing there with boss?)" Anupam asked mockingly.

" He was just talking with me and was giving company. Nothing much about." She said with a short smile.

" Let's go and have a drink." He asked.

"Sorry , Anupam I don't drink." She rejected.

" One drink will work, please come. Me and Boss were waiting for you. " He said that something like his words slipped out from his mouth.

"Why would he wait for me ?" She asked narrowing her eyes.

"Nothing much , leave it and come." Anupam said and bite his tongue for mistake.

She came with him. On the other side Hritik was searching her.

Anupam gave a drink to her. But she rejected.
After forcing too much, she accepted to take it.
She took and drank it quickly. She was damn feeling dizzy and was intoxicated.
