[1000 years ago, Outer Space]

A spaceship approaches the Solar System, and stops after crossing the red Planet Mars. The spaceship is a small one, with just two pilots serving as it's complete crew. 

Inside the spaceship, the pilot and co-pilot have a discussion. They were Humans, but from a completely different Star System that was technologically way ahead of the Humans living on Earth. They wore futuristic-looking helmets that covered their entire faces. Their spacesuits were colored blue/white.

"So, is this good enough?" Pilot #1 asked Pilot #2.

"That's a roger. Sensors indicate that this star is powerful enough to destroy our cargo." Pilot #2 replied.

"Any intelligent lifeforms present in this star system?" Pilot #1 asked.

"There's one planet--- that little blue one nearby. Extremely primitive technology at the moment. They call their planet 'Earth'." Pilot #2 replied.

"Earth? Terrible name for a planet." Pilot #1 said.

"There's no technology on Planet Earth that'll be affected by the EMP burst that's going to be released from the Cargo's crash into the star. So that's good" Pilot #2 said, reading details on the technologically primitive Humans living on Earth at that time period.

"Then let it rip---" Pilot #1 said, as he pressed a red button.

The spaceship's cargo hold opened up, releasing a huge brown wooden box.

"Should we stay around and wait for it to crash into the star? Our ship does have special coatings to resist damage from the EMP burst." Pilot #2 asked.

"Nah. Just let the cargo float around. It'll crash into the star in a couple of days. Ain't nobody got time fo' dat" Pilot #1 said.

The two pilots nodded, and launched their spaceship away at light-speed, leaving the mysterious cargo on a collision course for the Sun.

*A Few hours later*

The mysterious cargo floated around in the empty-ness of space, when suddenly---

*Crash*

A huge number of meteorites hit the cargo, causing it to deflect from it's path towards the Sun. It's new collision course: The Earth.

[Down in the Earth, The Sinnoh Region]

It was a dark night-time in the Lucario Kingdom. (Inside modern-day Sinnoh Region).

The inhabiting Lucario looked up at the night skies, as a small and bright orb got visible. The caretaker of the Kingdom also looked on, as the mysterious orb lit up completely on fire as it entered the Earth's atmosphere.

The mysterious orb, a.k.a the Cargo that was intended for the Sun, hurled straight towards the Earth, at full speed. 

"Ra--- RA!" The inhabiting Lucario exclaimed, as they ran for cover from the oncoming entity.

*BOOM*

The mysterious object crashed into the hills, creating a crater after causing a violent explosion in it's wake.

The caretaker, an old man, quickly rushed towards the crash-site, in order to see what just crashed into the kingdom. 

Numerous Lucario and Riolu gathered around the crashed object, keeping their distance from it. A curious Riolu stepped forwards to take a closer look at the object that was orange-red in color. 

The Object started to cool off, changing in color from lava-like orange-red to pitch-black. The moonlight shone over the object, causing it to shine brightly, reflecting the moonlight.

The Riolu was about to touch the mysterious foreign object, when suddenly---

"Stop it!" The Caretaker said in his harsh manner.

The curious Riolu quickly stepped back. "Everybody clear this area." The Caretaker said to all of the Lucario and Riolu that were gathered around.

A Lucario that was the Caretaker's partner stayed, while the remaining Pokemon left the spot as ordered.

"Lucario--- make sure nobody touches this object till I allow it." The Caretaker said to Lucario, who nodded back.

"Hopefully the Aura Guardian knows about this already---" The Caretaker said, while looking at the mysterious black object, and then at the night sky.

Suddenly, the mysterious object gave a brief white glow, releasing a faint wave of Aura, that spread away in all directions at incredible speed. 

[Over at Cameran Palace]

Sir Aaron, and Queen Rin were in the Queen's room. They were in the bed, spooning after a 'session'.

Suddenly---

"AH!" Sir Aaron said, as his pupils dilated after feeling the wave of Aura that just came from the Lucario Kingdom.

Queen Rin turned around and looked at Sir Aaron. "Aaron--- what is it---?" Queen Rin asked, rubbing her eyes. 

"I-- felt something--- something--- foreign---" Sir Aaron said, as he quickly got out of bed and got dressed.

"What is it, Aaron? --- It's the middle of the night---" Queen Rin said, covering her naked body with her blanket.

Clouds formed over the Palace, and the voice of thunder came.

"Wait for me here---" Sir Aaron said to Queen Rin, as he wore his boots, and grabbed hold of his signature staff.

"Where are you going, Aaron?" Queen Rin asked. Sir Aaron didn't respond at all, as he walked out in the balcony. He looked up at the mysterious clouds that had just formed over the palace.

"Arceus---" Sir Aaron said, with wide open eyes as he spotted the clouds open up, and Arceus himself getting visible.

Sir Aaron looked on in the Sky, as Arceus looked back at him, straight in the eye.

(Telepathically) "Aaron my child--- Do you feel it?" Arceus asked.

"Yes---" Sir Aaron replied in a calm manner. 

(Telepathically) "Do you realize why I come to you, and only you---?" Arceus asked Sir Aaron.

Sir Aaron looked at his hands, thinking deeply. "I do. Tell me--- what needs to be done?" Sir Aaron asked Arceus.

Arceus suddenly roared and charged itself up. Then, it shot a beam of blue-purple energy down towards the Palace, hitting Sir Aaron 's whole body.

"AAAhh----!" Sir Aaron exclaimed, as he dropped his staff on the ground. His body hovered, as it got showered in the mysterious energy.

"Aaron!" Queen Rin exclaimed in worry, as she got up.

"No, Rin! --- I'm--- Okay---" Sir Aaron said in a painful manner, while continuously taking in the beam of energy.

The Blue-Purple colored beam of energy ended, leaving Sir Aaron lying on the floor of the balcony and completely unconscious.

"Aaron!" Queen Rin exclaimed, as she covered herself in her blanket and ran up to Sir Aaron.

"Ah---" Sir Aaron said, as he suddenly opened his eyes. He stood up again, holding his head in pain.

"Are you okay, Aaron?! Answer me!" Queen Rin worryingly asked Sir Aaron. 

"Yes--- I am fine--" Sir Aaron replied, as he released his head and grabbed his staff from the ground. He then looked back up to Arceus.

"What was that---?" Sir Aaron asked Arceus, who was looking on in complete silence.

(Telepathically) "A threat looms your dimension. To help combat the threat, I have bestowed upon you a power--- the very essence I used to create Dialga and Palkia. Use it well---" Arceus said to Sir Aaron, before disappearing in the clouds.

"What happened, Aaron? Was that Arceus?" Queen Rin asked.

"Yes--- I must go now. Arceus has asked me to fulfill his bidding." Sir Aaron said to Queen Rin, as he adjusted his hat.

"Where are you going---?" Queen Rin asked.

"The Lucario Kingdom. I will be back as soon as I can---" Sir Aaron said to Queen Rin, as he placed the palm of his hand on the Aura Stone of his staff, releasing Pidgeot.

"Pidgeot--Pigooo---!" Pidgeot exclaimed as it came out of the Aura Stone.

Sir Aaron quickly hopped on Pidgeot. "Go, Pidgeot!" Sir Aaron said to Pidgeot, as he gripped himself on the bird.

"Pigoo---!" Pidgeot exclaimed, as it flapped it's wings and went airborne.

Sir Aaron and Pidgeot were now in the air, going straight ahead without any exact direction on where they were headed to.

"Let's see what these powers can do---" Sir Aaron said to himself, looking at his hand. He then proceeded and raised his arm straight ahead, causing a purple-colored portal to form mid-air, straight ahead of Pidgeot.

"Pidgeot--- fly into that purple portal" Sir Aaron said to Pidgeot, who nodded his head and went straight into the portal.

[Over at the Lucario Kingdom]

A mysterious Purple portal formed over the Lucario Kingdom, and Pidgeot flew right out of it.

"Land down there, Pidgeot--- the high temple---" Sir Aaron said to Pidgeot, pointing at the top of a small hill.

"Pidgeot----Pigooo---!!!" Pidgeot exclaimed, as it dived down, and gently landed on a temple-like formation on top of a mountain in the Lucario Kingdom.

"Take some rest, Pidgeot---" Sir Aaron said after getting off of Pidgeot, calling him back in the Aura Stone.

The Caretaker approached Sir Aaron. "Aura Guardian--- you honor me with your presence---" The Caretaker said to Sir Aaron as he took a bow.

"What happened here? I felt a mysterious presence. A wave coming from the Kingdom---" Sir Aaron asked the Caretaker.

"I believe the prophecy is coming true---" The Caretaker said to Sir Aaron.

"I've told you before--- the prophecy never comes true. I've been to the future. There is no record. " Sir Aaron said.

"See for yourself, Knight---" The Caretaker said, as he started walking. Sir Aaron followed him, straight towards the spot where the mysterious black object had crash-landed.

*A few moments later*

"Look" The Caretaker said, as he and Sir Aaron approached the object.

"Impossible. There is no record of it---" Sir Aaron said, as he pulled out the PokeGear of the future, which held data from 2000 years into the future.

Suddenly--- The PokeGear in Sir Aaron's hand glowed blue for a brief moment.

"Like I said, Knight. The behavior of your device from the future is proof that I am correct, and so is the Prophecy." The Caretaker said.

"History is changing--- It means that the future is changing as well---" Sir Aaron said, as he pointed his PokeGear at the mysterious and lifeless-looking blob of blackness.

PokeGear: "Necrozma. The Prism Pokemon. Psychic-type. Reminiscent of the Ultra Beasts, this life-form, apparently asleep underground, is thought to have come from another world in ancient times."

"This is--- a Pokemon---" Sir Aaron said.

"Yes--- It is in it's asleep form at the moment, but the prophecy states that one of your descendants, corrupted by the thirst of power will come here to this very time in order to awaken it, and use it for his or her own selfish purposes" The Caretaker said.

"There's only one descendant I know that is capable of being corrupted. But I am confident he will never do such a thing" Sir Aaron said, thinking of Ash.

"Yes, but the prophecy does state that he isn't from this world as well" The Caretaker said.

"Dimension travel---" Sir Aaron said, as his eyes widened. "So that's why--- the powers of Palkia--- the master of space and dimensions---" He added, looking at his hands. He had realized why Arceus granted him such specific powers at such a time.

"I need to secure this thing--- make sure nobody gets access to it" Sir Aaron said, as he started thinking of a way to hide the lifeless blob that could be awakened by a wielder of Aura.

Suddenly---

Sir Aaron felt a jolt in his head, as he started to sense something about to make a jump to this dimension.

"AAh--!" Sir Aaron said, as he held his head in pain. 

"I'm afraid it approaches---" The caretaker said to Sir Aaron.

"Not-- if-- I -- can-- help it--- AAHHH!" Sir Aaron yelled, as he used his powers to call for back-up. 

[The present time, At the Hotel Room in the Indigo Plateau]

Ash and Serena were sleeping together after a full-on session.

Suddenly---

*Wobble* *wobble*

The GS Ball, which was placed on the side-table of the bed wobbled, as Celebi tried to come out of it. The Ball wobbled around continuously, and fell down on the carpet, making a slight noise as it touched the ground.

"Huh?" Serena said, as she heard the noise. She opened her eyes, and spotted the GS Ball on the ground. The Ball was wobbling around, making it evident that Celebi wanted to come out for some reason.

"Ash---" Serena said to Ash, waking him up.

Ash moved a bit, but didn't wake up at all. 

"Ash---" Serena said again, this time moving Ash a bit. Ash made some noises, but didn't wake up at all.

Serena started to think of a way to wake Ash up. She quickly got an idea.

"This ought to wake you up, Ashy---" Serena said, as she put her pinky finger in her mouth, making it wet. She then quickly put it straight into Ash's ear.

"AAAHHH!" Ash exclaimed, as he quickly got up.

"You're finally awake!" Serena said.

"What was that for---?" Ash asked, as he rubbed his ear to clean it.

"This--" Serena said, as she picked up the wobbling GS Ball and showed it to Ash.

"Huh? What does Celebi want at this hour?" Ash said, as he took the GS Ball and pressed it's button, calling out Celebi.

"Bi-Bi! --- BII!!!" Celebi said to Ash, with a worried expression.

"What's the matter, Celebi?" Ash asked Celebi.

Celebi quickly grabbed it's two green antennae, and rearranged them like Sir Aaron's hair.

"What does Sir Aaron want now---?" Ash asked Celebi.

"Bi---" Celebi said, as it flew closer to Ash and placed it's arm on his forehead. It's arm glowed briefly, transmitting Sir Aaron's message through time.

"Let's go" Ash said to Celebi in a serious manner, as he quickly got up and started getting dressed.

"Wait--- I'll go with you too---" Serena said, as she was about to get out of the blanket. "Uh-- Celebi--- do you mind--- turning around---? I'm not wearing anything---" Serena said to Celebi, who nodded it's head and turned around to allow Serena some privacy.

[Back to Sir Aaron]

Dark clouds started to form all over Sinnoh, as Sir Aaron started to lose focus. 

"I'm going to go secure the Pokemon. I wish you best of luck" The caretaker of the Kingdom said, as he and his Lucario ran off.

"AAHhh---!" Sir Aaron yelled, as he tried to resist the opening of an inter-dimensional portal.

Suddenly, a flash occurred near Sir Aaron.

"BI---!" Celebi exclaimed, as it ended it's call and successfully transported Ash, Pikachu, and Serena back in time. Both Ash and Serena were in their regular everyday dresses.

"Sir Aaron! What's going on?!" Ash asked Sir Aaron, who was struggling while standing.

"I'm--- trying--- AH!" Sir Aaron said, as he felt a strong hit to his head, making him fall down to the ground.

Suddenly, a purple-colored Portal formed high in the air. 

"what's that---?" Ash asked, looking high up in the air. 

"Do you have your Pokemon?" Sir Aaron asked, as he got up on his feet.

"Yeah--- All of 'em---" Ash replied, nodding his head.

Suddenly, a loud 'caw' got audible, and a dark flying Pokemon emerged from the purple Portal.

"It's---" Serena said in shock, as she recognized the Pokemon. "Yveltal---" Ash added, in complete shock.

*Caw* Yveltal cawed loudly, as it flapped it's wings and gently landed on the ground in front of everyone. A person was on the Pokemon, who hopped off of it and stood in front of Ash, Serena, and Sir Aaron.

"Well Well well--- what do we have here---" The person said from the shadows. His eyes glowed red.

"Show yourself!" Ash said, as he looked at the cloaked person in front of him.

"Aww--- is that a way to greet to someone? Looks like you've forgotten your manners, Ash" The person said to Ash.

"Huh? How do you know my name?!" Ash said to the cloaked person. The person took off his hat, as his red eyes glowed even more. He prompted to pull off his cloak, completely exposing his true identity.

"I'm you--- but a better version, Ash" The person said, taking out a Pokeball.

"Me---?" Ash said, as he looked on. The person took a step ahead, revealing his face and body under the light of the full moon.

"Look at me, Ash--- I'm everything you wished to be---" The person said, giving a toothy and evil grin.

"It's--- Ash?" Serena said in a shocked manner.

"Don't call me by that pathetic name!" Evil Ash said to Serena. "I-- am--- Lucifer!" Evil Ash said, calling himself 'Lucifer'.

"Your Aura wreaks of negativity and Evil---!" Sir Aaron said as he got back to his complete senses.

"So nice of you to try and stop me, Aaron-Senpai--- But I've got the higher ground now---" Lucifer said, pointing at his Yveltal.

"Wait--- how did you catch Yveltal---?" Ash said in a stunned manner.

"Nothing a Master Ball can't catch." Lucifer said. "I presume You're going to battle me---? Or are you going to make the sensible choice of letting me have the Necrozma all to myself?" Lucifer said to Everyone.

"Like that's gonna happen!" Ash said. "Celebi! I choose you!" He added, pointing ahead.

"Ah yes--- the Celebi--- A Grass and Psychic type Pokemon. It would be a foolishness to go up against it with my Yveltal--- considering the fact that Celebi knows how to use Dazzling Gleam--- Fairy-type move that's super effective against my Yveltal." Lucifer said, as he took out a Master Ball and called back Yveltal in it.

"wait-- what is he even talking about---?" Ash said in confusion.

"Ash--- He knows everything you know--- He's your evil extra-dimensional counterpart" Sir Aaron said to Ash while looking at Lucifer in an anger-filled manner.

"What do I do then?" Ash asked.

"Nothing---" Sir Aaron replied, closing his eyes.

"Wait what? Nothing? And let him have what he wants?" Ash asked Sir Aaron.

"Ahahaha! As wise as ever, senpai---" Lucifer said to Sir Aaron as he laughed.

"Don't dare to address me with that filthy tongue of yours--!" Sir Aaron said to Lucifer.

"Now--- step aside, so I can claim what is now going to be mine!" Lucifer said, as he took out an empty Master Ball.

Sir Aaron stepped aside, with his head low and eyes closed. 

"Good" Lucifer said, as he stepped forwards and looked at the lifeless blob of darkness.

"Now--- Live!" Lucifer said, as he raised his arm towards the blob, as he used the power of Aura. His hand glowed dark red, just like the impure Aura inside his body.

Suddenly, the blob reacted, and quickly solidified into a prism-like shape. Lucifer focused his powers, as the blob came back to full strength. 

The prism gave off a white glow, as it reflected the rays of the full moon.

Spikes formed on the prism, and two arms and two legs emerged from it. It's frontal part unfolded, allowing a face-like portion to become visible which had a Red-colored eye that was visible.

"Sir Aaron-- Are you just gonna let him?!" Ash said to Sir Aaron, who had his eyes still closed.

Sir Aaron rose his head, and looked Ash straight in the eye. He smiled for a brief second, as if he felt he was gonna enjoy what happens next.

"All right, Necrozma! You're mine!" Lucifer said, as he threw a Master Ball at the Pokemon. As expected, Necrozma got captured in the Master Ball without a single hiccup or problem.

The Master Ball lied on the ground, after it was done wobbling around. Lucifer walked up to it, and picked it up.

"Haha--- This is gonna make a fine addition to my collection---" Lucifer said to himself, while looking at the Master Ball in his hand.

Suddenly---

A portal opened up behind Sir Aaron. The Portal had two colors that were in a spiral. It was Blue/Purple in color, indicating a Portal through space and time.

A woman jumped out from the Portal, before it closed.

"I got your Message, Sir Aaron!" The Woman said, as she got in the light. She had honey colored hair, blue eyes, and was wearing an outfit similar to the one Serena used to wear. She was considerably taller than Ash or Serena.

"AH!" Lucifer said in shock, as he turned around and saw the girl. "You're gonna pay for inter--- what?!" He added, as he looked at his waist where his Master Balls were. He lacked his belt that had his Master Balls.

"Looking for something?" Sir Aaron said, as he raised his hand which had Lucifer's belt.

"All right! Way to go, Sir Aaron!" "Pi-Pika-!" Ash and Pikachu said.

Serena looked on, as she saw a person that reflected her very own future.

"YOU!!!" Lucifer said in anger, as he threw the Master Ball her was holding, calling out his latest capture, a Necrozma.

"NNnnneeeccc---!" Necrozma exclaimed in a robotic voice, as it stood still, ready to battle.

Ash got ready to battle, taking out a Pokeball. Suddenly, Sir Aaron stopped Ash before he could throw a Pokeball.

"This isn't your battle, Ash---" Sir Aaron said, stepping away and letting the Serena from the Future handle the situation. 

Note: The older version of Serena is from the future, about 22 years old. She'll be referred as "Future Serena" from this point on.

Future Serena took out a Pokeball, and threw it. "Go! Lucario!" She said, calling out a Lucario.

"RA!" Lucario exclaimed, as it stood still and ready to battle. It had an intimidating look on it's face, completely focused.

"A Lucario? How is that going to defeat a legendary Pokemon? You amuse me to say the least." Lucifer said, looking at Lucario.

Future Serena quickly went for the pink handbag she was carrying. She quickly took out a Z-Ring from her bag and wore it. The Z-ring was equipped with a Steelium-Z.

"A--- Z-ring---?" Ash said in a surprised manner.

"Okay, Lucario--- ready?" Future Serena said to her Lucario.

"Ra--!" Lucario responded, making a fist.

"All right--- Let's do this!" Future Serena said, crossing her arms in a cross pattern. The Steelium--Z activated, glowing bright. A holographic icon of a block of steel appeared in front of her.

"What is that---???" Lucifer said in a shocked manner.

Serena and Lucario were in full synchronization, as they started doing the poses for their Z-move. They pulled their arms back, opening them wide as their whole bodies glowed white. Serena then smashed her fists together twice, and then aimed those fists straight towards Lucario. 

A huge beam of yellow Z-energy came out of Serena's body, and transferred straight into Lucario's body.

"This is everything we've got!" Future Serena exclaimed, as Lucario absorbed all of the Z-Energy. A holographic icon of an upwards arrow formed in front of Lucario, as he got ready.

"Go! Corkscrew Crash!" Future Serena added.

"RRrr--RA!" Lucario exclaimed, as his whole body got powered up. Lucario jetted straight towards Necrozma at lightning speed, while spinning on his horizontal axis. A hurricane-like silver energy surrounded his body as he hit Necrozma at full force.

*BOOM*

Lucario jumped high in the air, and then dived down while again spinning on his axis at full speed as he unleashed the fury of the Steel-type Z-move.

*BOOM*

Dust formed and cleared, revealing an unconscious Necrozma lying on the ground.

"And that's that! Do you want some?" Future Serena asked Lucifer, who flinched internally.

"You-- You're all gonna pay!" Lucifer said as he called back Necrozma in his Master Ball. He quickly raised his arm to the side, causing a blue-purple colored Portal to start forming right next to him.

"Oh, no you don't!" Sir Aaron said, as he raised his arms towards the portal, trying to resist it being completely open and stable.

"Give it up already!" Lucifer said, as he focused his powers. Suddenly, Sir Aaron felt a jolt and fell to the ground.

Lucifer quickly jumped right into the portal he created, and disappeared.

"Ahh---" Sir Aaron said, as he felt a headache after trying to use his new powers to their maximum.

"Sir Aaron!" Ash and Serena said, as they grabbed the Aura Guardian, helping him get back on his feet.

"Who are you---?" Ash asked Future Serena.

"Look to your right, you ball of denseness!" Future Serena said while giggling.

"Huh?" Ash said, as he looked to his right, where Serena was standing, blushing.

"And what was that---? An evil version of me?" Ash asked Sir Aaron.

"Yes--- He belongs to an alternate dimension" Sir Aaron replied.

"Alter-- what?" Ash asked, completely confused.

"It means he's from a different reality, where you're an evil person" Future Serena said, as she looked at the spot where Lucifer had disappeared.

"I-- still don't get it---" Ash said, rubbing the back of his head.

"Ugh---" Serena said, as she raised her arm towards Ash, Serena, and Sir Aaron. Her hand glowed pink, and her eyes completely turned into two glowing pink orbs. 

The surroundings of everyone disappeared, as they saw a mirage being created in front of them by Future Serena.

"Whoa--- you can use Aura?" Ash asked Future Serena. 

"That's amazing--" Serena said, as she placed her hand on her chest.

"That's right. Sir Aaron taught me a lot." Future Serena said to Ash.

Ash and Serena quickly turned towards Sir Aaron. "It's true" Sir Aaron said. "She had proven herself as a powerful and quick learner, unlike someone else---" He added, looking at Ash.

"Okay, Ash--- this is what's going on--" Future Serena said, as she focused her powers to create a hologram of a tree.

"The classic explanation using a tree." Sir Aaron said as he looked on.

"Look, here, Ash--- the trunk of this tree is when you started your journey in Kanto. The point where the tree branches off into two, is the first Indigo League you took part in. One reality is the one you're living, where you had lost the league, and this other reality is where your Charizard obeyed you and you won your first ever league." Future Serena said, pointing at the two branches.

"Okay--- I think I get it--- but what does this have to do with the evil Me--- or Lucifer or whatever---?" Ash asked.

"Pay attention up here." Sir Aaron said, as he pointed his staff at a higher branch.

"Here is the time you faced Yveltal. In this alternate reality, you lost Pikachu--- who was turned into stone after getting it's life energy sucked out of it." Sir Aaron said.

"Xerneas never agreed to help you since it thought you weren't worthy of it's help--- So then---" Future Serena said, as she pointed at a higher branch.

"You went completely insane. You left all of your Pokemon behind at Professor Oak's lab, and went on a Journey to capture every Legendary and Mythical Pokemon in existence." Future Serena added.

"What--- Pikachu---?" Ash said in a heartfelt manner, as he looked at his yellow buddy on his shoulders. "Pi-ka?" Pikachu said, not knowing what was going on.

"Apparently, your evil self thinks that if you have a full army of Legendaries under your command, you can catch Xerneas too and force it to revive Pikachu" Sir Aaron said.

"Xerneas is always on the move, so it's not easy to track it's whereabouts. That's why, Lucifer intends to harness the powers of every other known Legendary and Mythical Pokemon to force Xerneas to help revive Pikachu. Otherwise, he'll just destroy the world." Future Serena said, as her eyes lost the pink glow, and the holographic projection of the tree disappeared.

"So what do we do now---?" Ash asked. 

"It's clear that I have some research to do. The Serena from the Future here has obviously done all the research on Lucifer. I need the down-low as well--" Sir Aaron said.

Suddenly---

"AAH!" Sir Aaron and Future Serena exclaimed, as they both felt pain.

"What just happened?" Ash asked the two.

"Are you okay?" Serena asked her Future self, as she grabbed her hand and helped her stay standing still. Ash did the same with Sir Aaron.

"Yes---" Future Serena and Sir Aaron said. 

"He's attacking--- he's definitely lost his mind" Sir Aaron said, as he started scanning the time-stream for any anomalies. "Bingo" He added, after finding Lucifer's whereabouts.

"Where is he?" everyone asked.

"This same place---- 1000 years later. In your time, Ash" Sir Aaron said to Ash, who's eyes widened.

"We need to get there quick--- He's making a mess of the time-stream. I'm afraid if we don't stop him he might change too much about the future. This can get dangerous easily." Future Serena said to Ash and Serena. She quickly used a Pokeball to call back Lucario.

"Right--- then let's go--- Celebi--- do your stuff" Ash said to Celebi, who nodded it's head. Right before it could start, Sir Aaron stopped it.

"Allow me--- Save your energy, Celebi" Sir Aaron said to Celebi.

"Bi--?" Celebi said, with a puzzled expression.

Sir Aaron raised his arm forwards, causing a blue portal to form in front of everyone.

"Whoa--- what is that---? It's the same kind of Portals---" Ash asked in amazement.

"A portal--- 1000 years into the future from now. I'll explain everything about this power later." Sir Aaron said, as he walked into the Portal. Ash called back Celebi into the GS Ball, and everyone followed Sir Aaron into the portal.

[Lucario Kingdom, The Present time] 

A portal opened up, and everyone came out of it. They all looked at the Kingdom, which was supposed to look magnificent, but was burning to the ground, with fire everywhere.

A Moltres flew high in the air, spewing hot Flamethrowers everywhere. Lucifer was on top of Moltres, ordering it to attack everything and cover it in flames. The whole point of Lucifer doing this was to get back at Sir Aaron for snatching his Pokemon from him.

"this is terrible---" Serena said, placing her hand on her chest.

"We're too ahead in time--- can't we go a few moments back? Right before Lucifer comes to this place?" Ash asked Sir Aaron. 

"No--- the fabric of reality is already stretched dangerously thin at this particular moment due to three time-travelers present. If we make fine adjustments, we might cause a rupture and get lost in time forever. We have to work with what we have--- for now---" Sir Aaron said to Ash.

"What do we do now---?" Serena asked, looking at the fire that was going on.

Suddenly---

"Ah!" Ash said, as he felt a wave of Aura. "It's Riolu! He's in trouble!" Ash exclaimed, looking straight at a burning house in the middle of the kingdom.

"What? Which Riolu?" Sir Aaron asked. Serena had the same confused expression, except for Future Serena.

Ash quickly ran forwards, straight into the fire-engulfed place. "Ash!" Serena said, as she ran right behind him, but quickly got stopped by her future Self.

"Don't worry--- He'll get the help he needs. Sir Aaron--- could you please?" Future Serena said to Sir Aaron. 

"Sure--- I like the easy stuff" Sir Aaron said as he used the Aura stone on his staff to call out Pidgeot. He then quickly hopped on Pidgeot and flew straight at the burning house Ash had run off to.

"we should help them--- but how?" Serena asked her Future self.

"An excellent idea, young Me!" Future Serena said, as she took out a Pokeball.

"Go! Feraligatr!" Future Serena said, calling out a Feraligatr.

"Ferrrr-ALIGatR!" Feraligatr exclaimed, as it came out of the Pokeball.

"A Feraligatr---? How many new Pokemon have I caught in the future?" Serena asked her Future self.

"Oh, this Feraligatr isn't mine--- It belongs to Ash--- I just borrowed it since I needed a water-type heavy-hitter for my journey here. He won't let me borrow his Greninja so I got Feraligatr." Future Serena said.

"Oh---" Serena said.

"Okay, Ferligatr! I want you to use Rain dance!" Future Serena said to Feraligatr.

Feraligatr nodded back, and then raised it's arms in the air. Suddenly, huge dark clouds formed over the whole Kingdom, causing a heavy downpour. 

"That's an easy solution." Serena said, as she looked at the whole fires start getting extinguished. "Feraligatr--- good job" Future Serena said, as she called back Feraligatr in it's Pokeball before it got noticed by Lucifer.

Suddenly---

"Pidgeot---Pigooo---!" Pidgeot exclaimed, as it landed near the Two Serenas.

The two girls ran up to the bird, to find Sir Aaron and Ash on it's back. Ash was carrying an unconscious Riolu in his arms, while Sir Aaron had an unconscious old man on his back.

"We need to get to a hospital---" Sir Aaron said while carrying the old man on his back. The Man was Riolu's Carer.

"Okay---" Future Serena said, as she raised her arm straight ahead. A portal opened up, which went straight to a nearby Hospital that was built for Pokemon and People alike.

"Pidgeot, go-!" Sir Aaron said, as Pidgeot flapped his wings and went straight through the portal.

"What about Lucifer---?" Serena said, looking at the Moltres high in the air.

"Nothing we can do about it now--- the place has already burned down to the ground. Let's go before he spots us here" Future Serena said, as she and Serena walked through the Portal before it closed off.

[Many moments later, Over at the hospital]

Ash and Sir Aaron were inside the emergency room, where Riolu and it's Carer were both laying down on separate beds. Many machines were connected to their bodies, and both had oxygen masks on.

*Cough* *cough*

Ash coughed, as he also used another Oxygen mask. He had inhaled a considerable amount of dangerous gases from the fire, but nothing fatal. Although, the same couldn't have been said about Riolu and his Carer.

Both Serenas looked on from outside the emergency room, through a huge clear window.

A Doctor approached the two Girls.

"Doctor--- is everything all right? Are they gonna be okay?" Serena asked the Doctor in a worried manner.

The Doctor looked all of the details from the test reports in his hands. "I can't say much about the elderly fellow. Severe Carbon Monoxide Poisoning. But the Riolu is doing exceptionally well. It'll be awake before you know it" He said, before entering the emergency room.

"I hope nothing happens to them---" Serena said in a worried manner. Her Future self looked on, as she knew what was going to happen.

Suddenly--- 

*Beeeeeeeeeep*

The machine connected to Riolu's Carer beeped, clearly showing that he was now dead.

"Oh no--" Serena said, as her heart thumped, looking at the straight line on the machine.

The Doctor quickly called in some nurses, and used defibs on the man as a last-resort to bring him back. But he was gone already.

The Doctor then took the machines off of Riolu's trainer, and covered his body in a white cloth before taking it away.

Ash looked on in shock, as Riolu's Carer got taken away for a postmortem report. He couldn't believe it that Riolu's Carer was gone. 

"Is he-- really---?" Ash asked Sir Aaron.

"Yes. And don't feel guilty. You did what you could." Sir Aaron said to Ash in a calm manner.

"What now---? We can't just let Lucifer do this--- We have to stop him---" Ash said to Sir Aaron.

"I already have" Sir Aaron said.

"What do you mean?" Ash asked.

"I deprived him of his abilities to effectively wield Aura. He'll be losing his ability to travel through time and dimensions too in a matter of seconds." Sir Aaron said.

"So he's trapped in this time period?" Ash asked.

"Yes." Sir Aaron replied. 

"Then he's going to have to deal with me!" Ash said, forming a fist.

"No, Ash. You're clearly not ready to face him" Sir Aaron said.

"How can you be so sure?" Ash asked.

"Because of this--" Sir Aaron said as he pulled out the belt he secretly snatched from Lucifer/Evil Ash.

"These Master Balls" Sir Aaron said, grabbing the balls and scanning them using the power of Aura. "They have Pokemon like Lugia, Ho-Oh, Articuno, Zapdos, Yveltal--- It's filled with Immense power" He added.

"Then how are you going to stop him?" Ash asked.

"Just like the Future Serena you just witnessed, there's an even more stronger future version of you, Ash. He'll deal with this--- " Sir Aaron said.

"Whoa--- So do I get to see myself too?" Ash asked. 

"No--- The lesser you know of the future, the better" Sir Aaron said to Ash.

Suddenly, Riolu woke up.

"Riolu! You're okay!" Ash said as he quickly walked up to Riolu's bed.

"Riou---" Riolu said in a bit of weak manner, with wide open eyes as it looked at Ash. It then quickly got up and hugged Ash.

"Don't worry--- you're okay now, buddy---" Ash said to Riolu, hugging the little Pokemon back.

Riolu released Ash from his little hug, and started looking around with a worried expression on his face.

"Riolu----" Ash said, as he suddenly got teary-eyed. "I'm sorry, Riolu--- I did what I could---" Ash said, as he hugged Riolu.

Riolu had a confused expression, but then suddenly connected to Ash's feelings and understood what had just happened.

"Riouu---" Riolu said, with closed eyes as he hugged Ash back while tears fell down his little cheeks.

"I'm sorry---" Ash said, as a Doctor entered the emergency room.

"Doctor--- is Riolu fit to leave?" Sir Aaron asked the Doctor.

"Well, I did want to do some tests to be sure, but--- if you're in a pinch, then Riolu is surprisingly fighting fit. He's an exceptionally strong one." The Doctor said while looking at the readings on the machines.

"You have to leave this place, Ash--" Sir Aaron said to Ash.

"But why?" Ash asked.

"Lucifer is not stopping--- I can sense his dark Aura trying to open more portals. I feel powerful enough to make him stop for now--- but he clearly knows more about these powers" Sir Aaron said.

"What? You mean those portal-thingies? How do they even work?" Ash asked. 

"Yes--- the essence of Dialga and Palkia drives these powers. It seems that Lucifer has access to those two masters of space and time." Sir Aaron said.

"What about Riolu?" Ash asked, looking at the Riolu in his arms.

"As History states--- You should train it now--- you're the closest he has to a family now" Sir Aaron said to Ash. "And the fact that the both of you share an Aura that is in perfect continuous sync solidifies my claim" He added, looking at the Aura of Ash and Riolu.

"Doctor--- we'd like to discharge Riolu. I'll be back to take care of the old deceased gentleman's paperwork" Sir Aaron said to the Doctor, who nodded back and started removing the machines.

Time Skip: Everyone is outside the Hospital, and the morning sun is rising.

"So--- Will I see you again?" Serena asked her Future self. 

"Maybe--- maybe not---" Future Serena replied, with a small smile. "Be nice to Ash, Serena--- also---" She added, going near young Serena's ear and whispering something.

"Oh My--- Really? I-I don't know what to say---" Serena said to her Future self, with her hand on her chest as she blushed a bit.

"Don't say a thing---" Future Serena said.

"Okay then--- I have other stuff to do--- Don't wanna get Time-Lagged, right?" Future Serena said.

"Yeah--!" Serena replied, still blushing.

"Okay then, Sir Aaron. I'll be leaving. I'll send Ash over as soon as I see him. I hope he still remembers all of this happening." Future Serena said to Sir Aaron.

"Do you remember all of this?" Serena asked.

"Like yesterday" Future Serena said, as she winked. "See ya!" She added, as she raised her arm to her right. Her hand glowed pink, causing a portal to open up. She then quickly walked into it.

"T-Thank you for the info!" Serena said to her Future self, as the portal closed.

"What info?" Ash asked Serena.

"It's a secret. You'll know about it some day---" Serena said, blushing even more.

"You got any idea, Sir Aaron?" Ash asked the Knight.

"No clue at all" Sir Aaron replied. He then looked at Riolu, who was standing at a bit of side, looking at the morning sun rise up. He had tears in his eyes.

"You should pay more attention to Riolu--- I believe this belongs to him---" Sir Aaron said to Ash, as he went for his pocket and took out a small figurine of a Riolu that was carved out of wood.

"The figurine! Where'd you find this? I thought it might've been burned out!" Ash said in a surprised manner.

"I just felt that it might mean something to Riolu--- so I picked it up." Sir Aaron said to Ash.

"Thank you, Sir Aaron--- Thanks a lot!" Ash replied, taking the small wooden figurine of Riolu. The figurine meant a great deal to Riolu, as it was his prized possession from his old and now deceased Carer. 

"You're welcome, Ash. I guess you will be going back to the Indigo Plateau, right?" Sir Aaron said to Ash.

"Yeah---" Ash replied, as he looked at the Riolu figurine in his hand. 

"I'll be leaving now. I have a job to do" Sir Aaron said, as he formed a portal and went in it.

"Ash---" Serena said to Ash in a worried manner. "Is Riolu going to be all right?" She asked.

"I don't know--- but I can try to make things right---" Ash replied. "Pikachu--- wait for me here, buddy" Ash said to Pikachu, who nodded his head and jumped on Serena's shoulder.

Then, Ash took a deep breath, and walked up to Riolu who was looking away at the sunrise. Serena and Pikachu looked on from behind.

"Hey--- Riolu---" Ash said, as he came closer. Riolu looked at Ash, still teary-eyed.

"I know this loss isn't easy, buddy--- but I just wanted you to take what's yours" Ash said, as he got down on his knees, at the same height as Riolu. He then showed Riolu the wooden figurine, much to Riolu's surprise.

Riolu looked at the figurine, remembering the day his carer gave the wooden figurine to him.

*Flashback*

*Flashback end*

Riolu opened his mouth to say something, but couldn't utter a word at all. He closed his eyes, and quickly hugged Ash, with tears coming down his cheeks.

"Cmon-- buddy--- stop it--- you're makin' me cry---" Ash said, as he too started to get Teary-eyed. He hugged Riolu tightly for a minute or two, as the two mourned the loss of Riolu's carer.

*Sniff* "Cmon now--- I want you to have the last memory you got left of him---" Ash said, as he handed Riolu the wooden figurine. Riolu took the wooden figurine and looked at it, thinking deeply.

Ash's and Riolu's hearts connected, as Riolu thanked him for saving his life from the burning house. 

"You're welcome, Riolu--" Ash said, wiping his tears.

Suddenly, Riolu handed Ash the wooden figurine.

"What---?" Ash said, as he looked at the figurine. Riolu insisted, handing it over. It then said something to Ash using his bond with him, making Ash's face light up.

"Y-Y-You mean it?" Ash said, as he gripped the Riolu figurine in his hand. Riolu nodded his head, and quickly gave Ash another brief hug.

"Then let's do it!" Ash said, as he got up on his feet. He put the Riolu Figurine in his bag, and then stepped a few meters away from Riolu.

"Ash! What happened?" Serena asked.

"Riolu wants to battle!" Ash said, as his tone shifted from sad to 'focused battler'.

"Okay, Pikachu! I choose you!" Ash said, raising his arm straight ahead.

Pikachu ran up to Ash's shoulders and then straight to his wrist, before jumping ahead and landing on the ground in front of him.

"Okay, Riolu! Show me what you've got!" Ash said, forming a fist.

"Riouu--!" Riolu exclaimed, as it formed a fist as well.

"All right, then Pikachu! Let's start off with Quick Attack!" Ash exclaimed.

"Pi-ka!" Pikachu replied, nodding his head. His body glowed with a light-blue outline, as he ran towards Riolu at full speed.

"Riouu!" Riolu exclaimed, as it put its hands together and a blue ball appeared in between them. Riolu then fired the blue ball of Aura straight at Pikachu.

*Boom*

"Pi----ka!" Pikachu exclaimed, after taking a powerful hit from Riolu's Aura Sphere. Pikachu flew away, and landed on all four feet right in front of Ash.

"Riolu's even more stronger than before---" Ash said. "So that  means we have to get stronger, Pikachu! All right, use Electro Ball!" Ash exclaimed.

Pikachu jumped up in the air, and exclaimed "Pika-pika-pika---PI!" as it formed a yellow ball of electricity on it's tail and threw it straight towards Riolu.

"Riouu!" Riolu exclaimed, as it formed another Aura Sphere and launched it towards Pikachu's oncoming Electro Ball, causing the two attacks to hit each other mid-air.

*Boom*

The two attacks canceled each other out, resulting in an explosion.

"Okay Pikachu! Let's try using Thunderbolt!" Ash exclaimed.

"Pika-Pika---CHUUU!" Pikachu exclaimed, as he charged up his red cheeks, and released a yellow bolt of electricity straight towards Riolu at full power and Speed.

"Riou?!" Riolu exclaimed with widened eyes, as the Thunderbolt hit him at full power.

*Boom*

Dust kicked off, as the Thunderbolt attack hit Riolu. 

"Riolu!" Ash yelled out in worry, as he waited for the dust to clear off. The dust cleared, revealing a standing Riolu, with no indication of any damage taken.

"What? Nothing happened to him?!" Ash said in a surprised manner. He then spotted a small crater right in front of Riolu, and quickly understood what happened.

"He must've used Bullet Punch on the ground to kick off mud. No wonder nothing happened to him" Ash said with a smile on his face.

"Okay, Pikachu! Let's do this for real! Use Quick Attack!" Ash exclaimed.

"Pika-!" Pikachu exclaimed, as his body glowed light-blue, as he started running towards Riolu at full speed.

"Riouu!" Riolu exclaimed, as it formed another Aura Sphere and hit an oncoming Pikachu, sending him flying off once more. 

"Pi-KA!" Pikachu exclaimed in pain as he landed back on the ground in front of Ash, still standing on all four limbs.

"Pi--" Pikachu said, as he started feeling the pain from getting hit with the Aura Sphere twice.

"Buddy! Can you keep on going?" Ash asked Pikachu.

"Pi-PIKA!" Pikachu exclaimed, forming two fists. He then exclaimed "PI-KA--- PI!!!", as his body got covered with electricity.

"Huh?" Ash said in a surprised manner. Serena looked on, with a surprised expression as well.

Pikachu ran towards Riolu at full speed, as sparks of electricity surrounded his body completely. 

"Pika-Pika-Pika-Pika-Pika-Pika!" Pikachu exclaimed repeatedly, as the sparks intensified around his body.

"Whoa--- Pikachu---" Ash said, as he saw Pikachu go at it at full power.

"Riouu!" Riolu exclaimed as it shot another Aura Sphere, but this time it looked like Pikachu completely absorbed the hit completely.

"All right, Pikachu! let 'em have it! Volt Tackle!" Ash exclaimed in excitement, as he saw his buddy re-learn Volt-Tackle.

"Riou?!" Riolu exclaimed in a shocked manner, as Pikachu hit Riolu with his Volt Tackle at full power.

*Boom*

Riolu got sent flying away, landing on the ground and rolling around before coming to a stop.

"Riouuu---" Riolu said, as it got up on it's feet but now had a lot of marks of damage on it's body.

"Riolu!" Ash exclaimed, as he ran towards Riolu. "Riolu--- are you okay?" He asked Riolu.

Serena came running towards Ash. "Is everything okay?" She asked. 

"Riou---" Riolu said, as it formed a smile after standing still.

*Gasp* "All right!" Ash said, as he took out an empty Pokeball. "Okay! Pokeball! go!" Ash exclaimed, as he threw the Pokeball at Riolu. The Pokeball hit on Riolu's head, making him go inside it.

The Pokeball wobbled around, and then made it's *DUN* sound, as Riolu got captured.

"All right!" Ash said in an excited manner, as he walked up to the Pokeball and picked it up.

"I just caught a Riolu!" Ash said, raising his arm high with Riolu's Pokeball. Pikachu jumped up while exclaiming "Pi-Pika-Chu!", forming a victory sign in his little hands along with a huge smile on his face.

"Congratulations, Ash!" Serena said with a huge smile on her face.

"Thanks, Serena!" Ash replied in a happy and energetic manner.

"Okay, Riolu! I choose you!" Ash said, as he threw the Pokeball in the air.

"Riouuu--!" Riolu exclaimed, as it came out of the Pokeball.

"Welcome to the team, Riolu!" Ash said, as he got down on his knees. Riolu hugged him, now with a wide smile on his face.

*Freeze Frame*

Narrator: "And so, Ash has caught yet another old friend. And just right before the next round of the Indigo League! What new adventures lie ahead for Ash's newest member of the team? Is this the last our Hero has seen of his evil alternate self that calls himself 'Lucifer' ? What was it that Serena's future self told her younger self before leaving? The Answer to come, as the Journey continues!"
