"Dad!" I exclaimed.

Ryan's facial expression changed totally. It was clear that he was nervous. My dad, being so smart will surely find out that we were hiding something.

"What were you talking about?" He asked.

"Actually dad. Kendall, Jessica's friend came over. She has an interview to do and we were watching it live. But suddenly, the video was cut... And...." I explained and took a pause.

"And?" My dad raised an eyebrow.

"And Jessi is with her." I completed. I prepared myself mentally to bear my dad's anger.

"What!" He shouted.
"What was happening during the interview? Why did the video stopped? Where are they right now?" My dad panicked.

"The interview was to happen at Mr Seth Adam's house, in Manville." I answered.

Ryan's eyes were already teary by now.

"Your teacher's house?" He asked.

"Yes." I  answered.

"Oh my goodness. Why didn't you inform me before. What will I tell Stephanie if something happens to Jessi." My father said as he walked outside the door.

"I'm scared." Ryan said as he grabbed my arm tightly.

"I am too. God knows what's happening over there." I answered.

Suddenly, my phone vibrated.

It was Jessica.

My heart was ready to jump out of my body.
I picked up on the spot.

"Twan Twan Twan Twan! Are you seeing us live?" She asked quickly.

"No. The video was cut." I answered.

"Yeah. That son of a bastard kidnapped us." She replied.

"What! Are you okay? How are you calling?" I asked, holding my breath.

"We are totally fine. Just check if you can see us live again. I have switched on my button-camera and I'm shooting Kendall. Just check if the clip is doing good." She explained.

I quickly told Ryan to reload the video and it played again.

"It's playing." I answered on the phone.

"Great. Watch our moves." Jessica replied.

"Welcome back dear spectators. I apologize sincerely for what happened few minutes ago. So, me and my assistant are currently kidnapped right now. *giggles*. We tried to talk to Mr Adams but he attacked us together with his wife. I'm able to connect to you because I had already placed a hidden camera in the button of my assistant. And we are not alone here. We have another hostage. So ladies and gentlemen, let me present to you Mr Philip." Kendall talked and the camera was focused on Mr Philip.

Mr Adams locked them in the same room where Mr Philip was captivated. How foolish he was!

Kendall unties him and introduced herself.

"Mr Philip. I'm Kendall Ray, from the media. Can you please tell the world why you are here and what is the secret of Mr Adams." Kendall asked.

"I am a psychiatrist. I was kidnapped by Mr Adams because I had found his secret." Dr Philip answered.

"Which secret can you elaborate please." Kendall continued.

"He killed his daughter." Dr Philip answered.

I could feel goosebumps on my arms. Finally, the truth was out and the whole world was watching.
