Kasai has arrived from another country to the Leaf village.

When she entered the house she was surprised to see how sumptuous the dishes are. "What's the occasion mama? Why does it seemed like we're having a feast?"

Karin embraced her daughter and held her hand. " I have a surprise for you but I need to tell you ahead of time before your papa comes."

Karin told Kasai about how she found the solution to her eye problem. And what her plans are. Somehow Kasai liked the idea. She's so possessive about her papa.

She cannot share him to anyone. But she needed the eyes, so she agreed with her mama. She would do anything to get more powerful and her papa's recognition.

" They're here." Karin made the final instruction

" Remember what I told you...
smile...
be kind...
be hospitable...
be friendly...."

"Yeahhh.. yeahh ... yeahh.. mama I got it. She's my eyes. How can I not? I am a great actress." She smirked and lousily opened the door for them.

"Hi papa!" She kissed him and made a sweet welcoming smile.

" Kasai this is Sarada. She is your sister." Sasuke felt a bit awkward. He's nervous as to how Kasai would react.

"Hello sis!" She gave her a hug and smiled excitingly.

"When I have heard about having a sister, I was so excited. I even got myself to a salon. I hope I looked ok."

"You're too beautiful." Sarada smiled coyly. She was stunned by how she looks so pretty and sexy.

"Kasai looks exactly like my mother, your grandma, Mikoto Uchiha" Sasuke said.

"Hey you girls let's go chat on the dining. I don't want to spoil the soup." Karin gave Sarada a quick kiss.

"Hey sis I got you something. This is a necklace with the Uchiha crest. Isn't it beautiful? I have one too." Kasai showed her what she was wearing. "Well actually it was mama who bought this pair for both of us."

"Thank you. Kasai. I have something for you too. It's a bracelet designed with a bible verse." She gave it to Kasai hoping she'd like it.

Kasai read the verse. "Trust in the LORD??? What is this?"
Her forehead wrinkled as she looked at the bracelet.

Such a poor taste. She thought.

"It is the first line of my favorite bible verse... Trust in the LORD with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding." Sarada proudly recited the verse from Proverb 3:5 of the bible. "Well my dad always taught us to trust God above all else."

"Oh sorry. We're not religious. I haven't gone to a church." Kasai wore the bracelet and showed off to her papa.

She smiled appreciatively but deep within her she thought it was cheap.

Lunch was full of chitchat from both Karin and Kasai. While Sasuke and Sarada seldom talk. They just kept smiling but both were happy deep inside.

Sarada is a lady with few words more liked Sasuke. She only got to be talkative at home with her dad Lee.

"You're a bit fragile Sarada. Didn't you go to ninja academy?" Karin asked.

"My dad won't allow me. So I just obeyed him." Sarada said.

"Didn't you ever thought of becoming a ninja?" Kasai asked. " We'll I am a ninja myself. Someday I am gonna be legendary..." she boasted.

" I am a bit intrigue about ninjutsu but my dad said he is enough to protect me. It is now time of peace. So there is no need to have plenty of ninja nor be that skillful."

She's bragging about her dad again. Sasuke thought and felt the envious. It has been a week that she had always talked about her dad... her dad! Lee... Lee... Lee...

"I also love my course. It's a pre-medical course. My mom taught part time at my school." Sarada said.

"But you are an Uchiha. You would be wasting the power of the Uchiha kekkei-genkai. " Karin talked some leading question. " Does your eye turned into sharingan too?"

"Ahh.. It sometimes. But I don't know how to control it." Sarada stammered.

"I already told her I would train her here for a year." Sasuke informed them. "I need to catch up to her. I lost 19 years."

"Whaaaaaat?" Both Karin and Kasai asked in surprise.

"What about home? Won't you come back home with us?" Kasai was bitter deep inside.

Karin hinting the displeasure from her daughter, immediately supported Sasuke, "Wow , that's a good idea. Why don't we all stay at the Leaf for a year? Kasai also have to get to know her sister more." She pretended to look happy.

Karin stepped on Kasai's foot under the table to signal submission. "By the way that would be perfect Kasai. Your uncle Naruto suggested to me to make you Boruto's training buddy. He seemed a bit disappointed with Boruto's lack of motivation.... You know, he is the Hokage but his son is not exemplary."

This time Kasai was genuinely excited of the thought of her and Boruto getting closer. She had seen Boruto several times when their fathers meet in the past. She liked Boruto as her crush.

"Well I surely love it. Thanks mama. Papa, please allow me to become his training buddy."

Sasuke looked at her two daughters. "Ok I allow the three of you to train together.. Sarada, you and Boruto."

"But she hasn't even trained at first level." She looked at her papa hoping he would change his mind. She doesn't want any distraction from her moment with her long time crush. "Can you cope up sis?"

"You're right Kasai....I haven't even tried ninjutsu.. I have been trained a little taijutsu by my dad for self defense..and medical art by my mom...but that's all." Sarada said modestly.

"See papa?"

Sasuke now is loathsome with Lee.. Lee again.. always talking about Lee.. he thought..

All the more he wanted to get Sarada's affection.

"I will train Sarada separately every morning while you train with Boruto. In the afternoon all three of you will train together. My decision is final." Sasuke concluded the conversation.

" Now all I have to do is get Sakura and Lee's permission."

There was an awkward silence...

Karin broke the silence "That's it. Wheeew... Let's prepare for the interview Sasuke. It is tonight. You can't disappoint Konohamaru."

"Girls you better get yourselves ready too. We need to support your papa."

"I am sorry ppp..aaa...pa..." Sarada again awkward with calling Sasuke papa.. "I still haven't gotten permission from my parents... but I will watch you live on tv."

Sarada waived goodbye and went to the mall happy. She thought she had to buy something at the mall. She told her parents she will be with friends at the mall. But she secretly went to Sasuke's house. This lying made her guilty, but still she's happy to meet her sister.

She feels like she is floating in the air, happy having lunch with her sister.

Then she beheld her reflection in the mall entrance. "My eyes it is different again. It now has three black spots (tomoe)."

She smiled understanding herself more. "I know now why and how my eyes change. I now understand myself more Kasai." She grinned and held the crest on her necklace.

Meanwhile, Kasai beheld her face at the mirror in her room. Her eyes turned into Mangekyou. She felt extreme hatred at the thought of his papa and Sarada getting closer.

Yet she appeased herself... It is ok Kasai... if Sarada gets a mangekyou, I can get her eyes to replace mine. Then I will have the eternal mangekyou sharingan.

She smugged and with sarcasm said to herself while holding the crest on her necklace "I now understand myself more Sarada."
