"Yes, I know Sasuke." Naruto agreed. "We don't know how many years Orochimaru has possessed Kasai's body, that means he will be replacing Kasai with a new vessel anytime soon."

"So your daughter is endangered. Orochimaru might kill her." Sakura added.

"There is something strange though. Usually when Orochimaru possessed the body, he kills the original soul of the owner so he alone lives in the body. But Neko said Kasai's soul is still alive. Are you sure about this Neko?" Kakashi pointed out.

"Yes I am sure. That's what Boruto said. He can see Kasai's soul using his jougan. Her soul is alive sealed in a prison and entangled with a spirit of a basilisk." Neko confirmed.

"Why is he keeping Kasai alive then?" Hinata asked.

"That we don't know. Maybe because he'd treated Kasai as her granddaughter. But is it possible for him to have attachment to anyone?" Sakura wondered.

"Orochimaru is heartless. I am sure he had other reason for keeping her alive. But I'm worried he'd kill my daughter now that he needed a new vessel." Sasuke said.

"You'd better call Karin and tell her about it. We need intel from your wife Sasuke." Sakura said.

"She is my ex-wife Sakura." He corrected her.

"Who could possibly be his new vessel?" Neko asked and everyone was quiet and looked at Hinata who started to shed a tear.

"What if it is ---" Hinata mumbled.

"No! He cannot make my son his vessel!" Naruto uttered. "I will rescue our son Hinata, believe it!"

"BULLSHIT!" Orochimaru throws the flask on the wall breaking it.

"Lord Orochimaru! Are you upset that it's now time for you to find a new vessel?" Tsuru asked.

"No Tsuru. In the past I change vessel every three to four years because I killed the souls of the original owners of the bodies that I used as vessels." He replied. "But this time since I kept Kasai alive, I can use her body for many more years unless her body dies."

"Wow you're a genius my lord." Tsuru flattered him.

"But why are you so upset then?" Kasai asked from within him hearing everything they have talked about.

"I am frustrated with you Kasai. You have not reached my expectation. I was hoping you as a product of an Uzumaki and Uchiha DNA should be able to produce the ultimate dojutsu. But you only inherited the Uchiha sharingan and developed a rinnegan."

"Hn. Since I only got those eyes you can't play god as you like! Hahaha.." Kasai laughed amused by his frustration. "You can't play god unless you got an Otsutsuki blood!"

"Oh well thanks dearie. Now I remember, Boruto has inherited the pure eye from Otsutsuki! You're a genius Kasai... Hahahahahaha" Orochimaru laughed.

"And what will happen to me now?" Kasai asked.

"Dead of course, dearie. Hahahaha" He laughed.

"What shall we do now? In two days, our boss Tsuru will be here. How are we going to tell him we lost the cat?" Guard said with worry.

"We have to find the cat before that day. We can't let Tsuru know we failed.. You know how scary he is when he is mad."

"What if we can't find the cat before then? I suggest we tell Baku and ask for help. He is very close to our Lady Kasai so he can at least help us lessen our punishment if we fail."

"I guess youre right. Since Baku is coming today, we tell him. Maybe he can help us."

"I heard you talking about me." Baku interrupted their meeting.

"We're so sorry Baku, we failed. The cat escaped. Only the boy is here."

"Let me talk to the boy." He ordered him.

"But Tsuru, strictly ordered us not to let you see or talk to the boy."

"Why is that?" Baku asked.

"He said that prisoner is lady Kasai's love interest. And since you love our lady in a different way, you might kill the prisoner to have Kasai for yourself."

"Whaaaat? Tsuru said that? Isn't he a bit cheesy?"

"I also wondered. Tsuru is emotionless, how can he think that way." He said but as he turned his head, Baku was already walking away with one guard laughing together.

In the prison cell

"Let me see, who holds Kasai's heart." Baku spit on Boruto's face.

"So he is your rival then Baku Hahaha! How about you spar?" He challenged him slapping Boruto's face.

"B-Baku... I need to talk to you alone. It's about Kasai." Boruto said in a weak voice.

"Hahaha... Ok I leave you two alone. " The guard left them.

"Kasai is my cousin. I know you love her Baku. She is possessed by Orochimaru. Her soul is imprisoned. We need to rescue her." Boruto said.

Baku smirked and choked Boruto. "Are you kidding me? Do you think I am a fool? Do you think you can fool me with that story?"

"I am serious. I am telling the truth. The soul of Kasai that you love is sealed and imprisoned inside her body. Orochimaru is dominating her soul now!" Boruto tried to convince him.

Baku opened the cell and tortured Boruto until he is almost lifeless.

"Test her. You were friends for many years. Surely there is something only the two of you knew." Boruto suggested before he collapsed.

Baku left him locked up inside the cell and walked out bothered.

Thoughts and questions were popping out of his mind.
Is he really telling the truth? What if he is? Then Kasai is really endangered. I was wondering why she had been distant with me after I confessed to her. I thought it was because of my confession. But what if it was because it's a different soul dominating her body? Does Tsuru know about this? Is it the real reason why he left an order not to let me see Boruto? So I can't discover this...

"I will test you Kasai... If what Boruto said is true....then I will rescue you!"
Baku mumbled.

"What were you saying Baku?" Orochimaru asked smiling.
