Boruto was left hanging after the marriage proposal. Sarada went out for grocery. He felt staying inside the room would bore him to death. He walk around observing his aunt Karin's laboratory.

This lab is too big and spooky.. And why would it be in the middle of the forest? He thought.

Is aunt Karin up for something weird? No I should stop thinking something negative to someone who saved my life. He shoved his thoughts off.

I better catch some fresh air. So he decided to go outside for a walk.

But then he saw Kasai talking to some guards. He activated his jougan and he saw some different aura on her.

It was like she was a different person or maybe possessed by a different person.

He looked at her from head to foot,  and he observed her aura seems like that of a snake. Why do I feel something's really strange with her?

He continued to observe her from a distance yet prepared himself for battle just in case.

He thought, this isn't Kasai even if it was her body... something was definitely wrong.

Kasai and the guards walked far from the laboratory but Boruto continued to follow them discretely. Until they reached a river where there are ten more people waiting for her.

Then he felt a sharp object pointed on his waist. He raised his hand and turned around to see the one behind him.

"Neko!"

"Shush! " Neko silenced him. "It's good to see you're okay Bolt. "

"Where have you been? " Boruto asked whispering.

"Just wandering around since I can't find you. Did you see Sarada?" Neko asked.

"We're together. But she went to a grocery earlier. I have good news for you. But I will tell you later. I am suspecting something's wrong here." Boruto said.

He pointed at Kasai. "That girl is Sarada's half sister, but I can sense it's not her."

"What? Is she really her or not? " Neko asked confused.

"She looks like her. But my jougan tells me she has a different aura, as if someone possessed her soul. I am sure it's not her." Boruto explained.

"Oh I see. What do you think they're talking about? I can't hear from here." Neko asked.

"Me too. But they look suspicious." Boruto said. "They're pointing the river as if they're planning something which I don't understand. "

"Do you want to understand what it is? " Tsuru asked behind them.

Boruto and Neko turned their heads around as they realized someone was behind them.

Tsuru fire a taser gun on them and they both collapsed.

They both wake up inside a prison cell tied in shackles.

"Sh*t how can they do this to animals? " Neko whined.

"Shhh... Someone is coming. " Boruto silenced her.

"It's Kasai and her guard. " Neko whispered.

Kasai stood in front of the prison cell where she jailed Boruto.

" My dear Boruto, look at you. Why do you have to follow me? Did you realize you love me instead of Sarada? " Kasai asked jokingly and acted showing a concerned look.

"Don't act in front of me. You are not my cousin Kasai. Where is she? I know you are not a clone nor an illusion. Why were you inside her body? What did you do to her? " Boruto stormed.

"Calmed down. I am impressed. So .. I can't hide from that jougan of yours. Hehehe... Interesting. Ok then you're right... I am not Kasai. I am Orochimaru, but now I own her body. Hahahahaha" Orochimaru admitted and laughed.

"Damn you Orochimaru! " He stormed.

"So what can you do? " He bullied Boruto.

"If he is Orochimaru then he is the legendary sanin right? " Neko whispered to Boruto.

"Yes he is. Lord Orochimaru is one of the legendary sanin." Tsuru one of the guards answered Neko.

"So the stories were true, you are the immortal who used different bodies as vessels. And now you used Kasai's body. Does that mean she's dead? " Boruto asked him.

"She isn't dead yet. Her soul is just imprisoned within me. And she can hear you whining. Hehehe." Orochimaru answered "Can you hear him Kasai? Your crush. Hahahaha"

"I hate you Orochimaru, what are you going to do with him?! Let me out here. Let him go! " Kasai shouted as the voice from within Orochimaru.

"What are you scheming snake? " Neko snapped.

"Aw, cute cat. Why would I tell you? Hahaha.. Unless if you want to submit to me as your god. I can make you immortal too." He offered.

"Really? I want to be immortal. Then you are my god! " Neko exclaimed.

"WHAT?! TRAITOR! I THOUGHT YOU'RE LOYAL TO THE LEAF!" Boruto grumbled.

" Who says I am?" Neko answered. "I am loyal to whoever the most powerful is... and to the one who can make me powerful. "

"Don't believe him, lord Orochimaru. That cat is shrewd." Tsuru warned him.

Damn I guess I still have to learn good acting. Neko thought.

"I know Tsuru, I am not an idiot. Plus I only love to disect cats not pet them." He assured him.

"Go and check on the other guards. Instruct them to take care of these two guests." He added before he turned his attention to Boruto.

"Boruto, what did you hear earlier? I know you were spying on me. " He asked.

"I haven't had the chance to hear anything, your guard was quick to catch me. " Boruto admitted.

"That's good then. So I don't have you kill you just yet. But you can't go out here, since you know I am not Kasai. I can't let you ruin my plans." Orochimaru said then waived his hand. "Good bye for now Uzumaki."

Both Neko and Boruto sighed.

"It's good then. We're still alive. I learned before that he was a twisted Sanin." Neko said.

"Yes we're lucky for now. But since he is keeping us alive, I think he has other plans for us. I just hope he is not making us his lab rat. You know, he is well known for his experiments." Boruto added.

"Lab cat you mean. I can never be a lab rat. " Neko joked and they both laugh.

"How can you make a joke at our situation Neko? " He smiled.

"Simple, because I can easily escape from here. Just watch." Neko transformed into a lion and her shackles broke. She used her claws to break Boruto's shackles too.

"That's cool Neko." Boruto complimented her. "It's a good thing they didn't know, you have the ability to transform yourself like that."

"Hop on my back Bolt, we're breaking out of this prison. " Neko offered his back.

"No need Neko, I can run fast. Let's go! " They ran wandering around a dark tunnel for a long time.

"Wait I think we are running in circles. I can't seem to find the exit. " Boruto said while catching his breath.

"You're right.." Neko approved.

They walked slowly this time tried to study the place.

"This seemed like an underground tunnel or cave or something.. I really don't know" Boruto said frustrated.

Until they finally saw the exit. But as they went out, they saw hundreds of guards training.

"Oh our guests just went out of prison. You know what to do right? Kill them! " Tsuru ordered the guards.

"I guess we're on to a fight Neko. "
