Baku is now stable and is recuperating. Kasai felt relieved that her friend was alive. She could not accept it if he would die because of her fire.

She was grateful to Sarada and said "Thank you."

Then she collapsed. Karin immediately helped her daughter and treated her.

"What happen to Kasai?" Sarada asked and was worried.

"She is always like this when she used amaterasu twice. That jutsu required immense amount of chakra and extreme hatred. The greater the hatred she feels the bigger the fire she creates." Karin explained.

"But papa Sasuke can use amaterasu without feeling hatred. He can also use it for more than twice." Sarada answered

"It's because Kasai hadn't learned from Sasuke. She got the amaterasu as part of your eye power. She had only tried and tested it just to learn how to cast and control it." Karin added.

"I am sorry for her." Sarada said sincerely.

"I am sorry for you too Sarada. I also do not want Kasai to fight with you. But I understand her pain and hatred."

Meanwhile, Kasai was sleeping and dreaming.

Kasai's dream

A/N this is not actually a dream but is an actual event within the soul and subconscious mind of Kasai while she is sleeping.

Orochimaru sealed within Kasai's soul was released from the prison cell. The seal was weakened since Kasai had drained her chakra. Thus when her body was weakened, her soul lost control of the genjutsu that sealed Orochimaru.

"Oh well well dearie, look at what happened to you." Orochimaru said.

"Grandpa..." Kasai answered in terror. She remembered her battle with Orochimaru on her 20th birthday.

Memories of her soul on her 20th birthday.

Orochimaru had tried to make her his next vessel.

"Grandpa, how could you betray me like this?" Kasai pointed her sword as she was almost drained with chakra on her battle with him which lasted for more than five hours.

"You're mistaken Kasai. I created you. If it wasn't for my jutsu to deceive Sasuke that your mama Karin was Sakura. You wouldn't have been born." Orochimaru revealed to her.

"What do you mean? " She asked.

"Your mama signed a contract with me." He showed her the scroll stamped with Karin's blood.

"She wished for Sasuke to be hers. So I casted a jutsu which deceived Sasuke into thinking he was sleeping with Sakura.  But it was Karin who slept with him and so she conceived you." He disclosed.

"What? It can't be true." She reacted in disbelief.

"It is true. The payment in exchange is you! The Uchiha and Uzumaki, Sasuke and Karin's offspring, that's you! You will be my vessel after twenty years."

Kasai cried when she heard it.

"You have been sold to me, even before you were born. You have your mama to blame." He said.

"My mama cannot do that.  She wouldn't agree to any of that! " She argued.

"You're right,  she won't do that if she was on her right mind. I admit I sweet-talked her about how she could get Sasuke. She said she's willing to pay anything just to have him. So I ask her to sign a contract and she was naive not to read the contract. She was just too excited to sign immediately without even looking at what she's entered into. " He made an evil smile.

"You're a snake as ever! You never really cared about mama,  about me. But you act like you do." She snapped.

"Care? Hahahahahaha... All I care is just collecting my merchandise." He laughed.

"But I treated you like you were my grandpa. Like you were family... you snake!" Kasai felt helpless. She was depressed at the thought that even her grandpa didn't love her too.

"Am I just a vessel to you?" Kasai asked him. "You took care of me more than how my papa had taken cared of me. Didn't you love me at all?"

"Love? I expected more from you Kasai. I trained you myself. How can you act like a baby crying for love?" Orochimaru rebuked her.

"Sasuke taught you hatred to be strong... but I taught to wisdom, philosophy, science, knowledge of all kinds. Jutsu for phyisical strength. I taught you to seek POWER and dominance! Use your brain! Love is for the weak."
He said.

Now Kasai realized she had to win this battle. She remembered everything she learned from Orochimaru. She remember he taught her persuasion.

The power to influence others through her tongue. Through the words she will say. She thought that would be the best way to defeat Orochimaru. She changed her tone and felt more relaxed and confident now.

"I just happened to remember. We were planning to rule the world grandpa. But the world loves me. I am the face of the world. I am the heroine of this world, while you are known as the villain. The world thought of me as its savior. The princess of peace. I am in every news daily. Don't you think our plans would be accomplished easier if people see me? The world leaders listen to what I say. The world adhere to my ideals.

What about you? You are tagged as nobody but a freak!

Now let me offer a truce. Let us be one grandpa. I am the body and soul but you will stay alive within me. You will be the voice from within me. Fill my spirit. And we'll rule the world as one."

With this Orochimaru realized Kasai was right. He surrendered and agreed to the truce. He sealed himself voluntarily within Kasai. But Kasai made a double seal using her chakra, and a genjutsu to imprisoned him within her soul. She wouldn't want to Orochimaru to be out on his whim.

Back to present in Kasai's dream

Orochimaru was still complaining against Kasai.

"I told you I should be the one out there and you in here. I told you, I am better than you are."

He bit her neck and marked her again.

"Aagghh" Kasai moaned in pain.

"You are my vessel but you insisted that I stay discreet within you. You sealed me within your soul and I agreed to it because you said anyway we have the same goal. "

Kasai is now trembling as she is very weak. She is losing control of her body.

"Hmpt.. but you are lame. Your blind sister defeated you! You have disgraced me --- You have disgraced your master who taught you. Huh! All because of ... Baku... ??!

He kicked her.

" I am sorry grandpa " She cried. She knelt in front of Orochimaru and clung to him.

"What a lovely scene you had there dearie... are you a romance actress?! You are not!" Orochimaru slapped her face.

"I trained you to rule the world but you are easily swayed by that guard Baku."
He pulled her hair.

"He is my friend. I love him." She mumbled.

"Friend?! Are you insane? I was stupid to rely on you for our plans. Now you are totally weak and stupid."
He carried her inside the prison cell.

"What do you plan next? Will you now reconcile with the owner of those eyes? Will you return that to her because she healed your friend?  Or was he your lover?" He locked her inside the prison.

"No,  but - " She replied undecided.

"How stupid Kasai... you're stupid... I cannot trust you with our plans anymore. I will now dominate your body. " He pushed her down.

He sealed Kasai's soul inside the prison. And double seal it with the snare of Orochimaru's snake.

"Please don't lock me in here,  grandpa. " She begged.

"I am disappointed in you. From now on, I am not your voice from within you. I will dominate your body and soul... " He insisted.

Kasai cried but she was too tired to fight.

"But don't worry my dear, I will let your body and face be my front cover. It would be easier for me to achieve my objectives if people think I am you, Kasai. " He waved his hand and laughed.

"Nooooooo... "

"Hahaha... they wouldn't notice that it is now my soul ruling your body. Your soul shall be sealed here from now on. Your poor soul my dear... will just be the voice from within!"

"Grandpa no..  Please no.. " She begged harder.

He turned his back on her and walked leisurely

Outside Kasai's dream

And so Kasai's body was quickened with renewed strength.

While still in bed, she opened her eyes and smiled.
