"Sure, send me to find him," Reika rants to herself as she walks through Ninjago. "Just because I'm the only person allowed to cross the border, doesn't mean I want to, Empress."

People were staring at the guard as she walked through the streets. Not only was she wearing a uniform they'd never seen before, but she was also talking to herself.

"Trying to find this man is like trying to find a needle in a haystack," Reika grumbles. "And now I have to go see this weird old lady."

After making her way through the city, Reika walks into a tea shop on the outskirts of town. The shop was empty, and the smell of tea came wafting through as she entered.

"Hello!" Reika calls out. "Anyone here?"

"Come back another-" the old lady stops when she sees Reika standing there.

"What?" Reika questions.

"Nothing," the old lady let out a sigh as she approached the counter, facing Reika. "So, you are sent by the Empress, yes?"

"Mhm," Reika nods. "I'm a knight of Del; I was told you could point me in the direction of where the prince could be?"

"Why does the Empress seek Master Zero?" The old lady questions.

"I know not the intentions of my mistress," Reika replies with an annoyed look. "Listen, old lady, I'm not here to answer your questions, I have a job to do."

"You are certainly a knight of Del with that attitude despite being from Ninjago," the old lady sighs. "Do not call me 'old lady' I am Mistake."

"Ok, well, can you tell me where the prince is?" Reika asks impatiently.

"That brat teaches her servants to speak to me in this manner," Mistake turns around and starts rummaging through her drawers. "I see she still has no respect for the elderly."

"Hm," Reika shifts on her feet.

Mistake turns around and hands Reika a coin.

"Use that," Mistake tells her. "It'll show you the way."

"...this is a coin," Reika states.

"Yes," Mistake replies like it was obvious.

"How is this supposed to help me?!" Reika shouts as she holds up the coin.

"It is the master's coin," Mistake tells her as she pours herself some tea. "You should return it to him."

"...thanks for nothing old lady," Reika mutters as she makes her way towards the door.

"One thing," Mistake says.

"What now?" Reika turns back to face her.

"Deliver a message to your Empress for me," Mistake looked up at Reika with a look in her eyes Reika couldn't make out. "The world has yet to offer you its best, do not let the past, block your future."

Reika raises an eyebrow before turning and walking out. Once outside the tea shop, she looks at the coin in her hand. She shrugs before walking down the stairs, she stops when she sees a figure standing not too far away from her. The man turns his head towards her before standing up from the tree he was leaning against.

"Ah!" Reika points at him. "Prince Zero!"

"Do tell me, what does my dear sister want from me?" Zero asks, leaning towards her.

"U-Um, I was told to bring you to her," Reika replies nervously. "I didn't think you'd be here-" She looks away and mutters "I really didn't."

"My coin," Zero holds his hand out.

"Oh," Reika holds the coin out and releases it in his hand. "Um so-"

"I'll return to Del after my business is done," Zero tells her as he turns around.

"No wait!" Reika grabs the back of his shirt. "You have to come now!"

"Let go of me," Zero pushes her hand off as he turns back around to face her. "I know you're just following her orders or whatever, but I'm not at her majesty's beckon call. I have a realm of my own to rule, and I happen to take my job very seriously!"

"You're a warden for the dead!" Reika argues, looking annoyed. "It's not like they're dying to see you! They can wait!"

"I can't play favorites with the dead," Zero tells her. "Just because this ghost used to be a knight for my sister. You don't even understand what he's after do you?"

"It's none of my business!" Reika sticks her tongue out at him. "I know how to follow orders."

"Yeah, well Morro is after the realm crystal," Zero pokes the top of her head. "For your information little girl, it's a very powerful relic that could potentially cause this realm to fracture. Then everyone will be in danger, even Del."

"Heh?" Reika tilts her head.

"We'll all die idiot!" Zero yells before taking a breath. "Honestly, what was my sister thinking when she hired you?"

Reika growls before turning and stomping away "Fine, lets go get this ghost then!"

"Wha- Where do you think you're going?" Zero questions.

"To find that backstabbing no good ghost!" Reika replies. "How dare he put my wife in danger!" She gasps before laughing nervously "I mean, my empress."

"...I'm not even going to ask," Zero mutters before following after her. "Fine, you can come, but you're following me."

"Alright!" Reika agrees before running after him.

Reika looked around as they stood atop a stone island in the middle of the ocean. She rocked back and forth on her feet impatiently, as Zero stood leaning against the stone wall.

"Would you cut that out?!" Zero asks annoyedly.

"I'm literally breathing," Reika mutters before turning to him. "Why are we here anyway? I thought we were going after Morro?"

"If you must know, this is the First Spinjitzu Master's tomb," Zero tells her. "Morro is looking for it, and I've been in contact with Master Wu. According to him, Morro should be making his way here."

"Well, I don't see him," Reika says.

"Then obviously he isn't here yet!" Zero yells.

"The Empress forgot to mention that you're hot headed," Reika mutters.

"I truly found it hard to believe you're my sister's knight," Zero crosses his arms. "Then again, she keeps Hanabusa around."

Reika laughs "Yeah, the vice-captain is certainly a character."

"Since we got some time," Zero looks at her "tell me, how did you come to be a knight of Del? I've been away for a while."

"Well, I sorta wondered somewhere I shouldn't have been," Reika rubs the back of her head. "In Del that is, I didn't even realize I crossed the border at the time... aaaand then I ran into a Vraal."

"And your head's still attached?" Zero chuckles. "Impresive for a human."

"That's because the Empress saved my ass," Reika mutters before smiling. "I'm greatful that she saved me and even took me in after that. My sibling's abandoned me to go play ninja, so I didn't mind so much." She looks out at the ocean "I finally felt like I had a purpose in life," she shrugs "Sure the training was hard, but that just made me work harder."

"You make the Empress sound like a saint," Zero says.

"I know she's far from it," Reika laughs "but that just makes me love her even more."

"Ah, there it is," Zero points at her. "You just stick around cause she's hot!"

"Hey, that's not the only reason!" Reika shouts.

"Didn't deny it," Zero mutters.

"What's there to deny?" Reika shrugs "Have you seen that woman?"

"...that's my sister," Zero covers his face before looking at Reika. "Of course, I think she resembles a goddess, she is my mother's daughter."

"Exactly," Reika looks up in thought "Not to mention the plot."

"Stop talking please," Zero mutters. "Forget I asked."

Zero turns around and Reika looks at him curiously.

"Well, I hope you know how to fight a ghost," Zero says. "Cause he's here."

"Yeah, water, right?" Reika questions. "I've delt with a few in Del before."

"Let's go then," Zero heads through the cave entrance.

Reika follows after him and they stand in the entranceway, below them stood the ninja, the realm crystal in hand.

"How does it work?" Kai questions.

"How it works is you'll hand over the Crystal, or say goodbye to your friend."

The ninja look up and see Morro out of Lloyd's body, holding the sword to him.

"I'm sorry, I couldn't stop him" Lloyd apologizes weakly.

"So, what'll it be?" Morro asks.

The ninja talks to each other as Zero takes his sword out.

Reika whispers to Zero "Not that we care about the green ninja, but won't the ninja hand the crystal over to Morro to save him?"

"Yeah, that's what I'm counting on," Zero replies. "You're an archer, right? You carry a bow and arrows around."

"Yeah," Reika replies.

"I need you to shoot the crystal away from Morro," Zero tells her. "Preferably into the stream."

"What if it goes down the waterfall?" Reika questions.

"I got it," Zero replies. "You don't want your siblings to see you thought do you? So just stay back and out of the way."

"Geez," Reika mutters as she takes her bow off her back. "Whatever you say chipmunk."

Zero shoots her a look before turning back to inside the cave.

"Times up!" Morro shouts "You leave me no choice"

"Wait! We'll give you the Realm Crystal!" Kai shouts.

Reika puts an arrow on her bow and pulls it back, Zero grips his sword in his hand and prepares to go in. Kai throws the crystal towards Morro, in a split second, Reika releases the arrow, and it knocks the realm crystal into the wall before it falls into the stream.

"What have you done!?" Morro shouts angrily before pushing Lloyd into the stream with wind.

Kai and Cole chase after Lloyd, while Zane and Jay go after Morro who headed to the realm crystal. Zane freezes the Sword before Morro can stab Jay. Jay uses his Lightning, but Morro dodges and it hits Zane instead.

Morro flied towards the realm crystal but stopped when Zero jumped down into his path.

"Not you!" Morro growls.

"You don't belong here Morro," Zero states as his eyes glow blue. "Not anymore."

"I can't go back now," Morro controls the wind around them. "Not when I'm so close."

Zero charges at Morro who uses his sword to block Zero's. Meanwhile, Cole pulled both Kai and Lloyd out of the stream. Kai and Cole turn their attentions to Morro who was fighting someone they hadn't seen before.

"Uh, who's that?" Kai questions.

"Who cares, he's on our side!" Cole tells him before turning his head to the crystal that was about to go over the waterfall. "The crystal!"

Morro used the wind to blow Zero away before rushing towards the crystal. Zero growls as he got to his feet and ran after him.

"Reika grab it!" Zero calls out.

Kai turned his head quickly as Reika came out of hiding, running towards the crystal. Morro turned his head as Zero threw his sword at him. Morro used his sword to knock it out of the way, inches from his body.

Reika almost reached the crystal when Morro used wind to pick it out of the stream before it went over the edge. Morro flies out of the cave as Zero reached Reika and helped her out of the stream.

"Damn it," Reika curses.

Zero picks his sword off the cave floor before running out, followed by Reika. The ninja gathered together, confused by the events that just unfolded. Zero and Reika stood outside the cave, watching Morro fly over to his crew, before escaping through a realm portal.

"Shit," Zero curses before turning to Reika. "You had one job!"

"I'm sorry, I'm not a good swimmer!" Reika argues. "I hit the crystal like you told me to! It's not my fault you couldn't destroy him!"

While the two were arguing, the ninja had climbed out from the cave with Lloyd and were silently standing behind them.

"Not when I'm being knocked off my feet by wind!" Zero shouts.

"If the Empress were here, he would've been five feet under by now!" Reika growls "So much for being her little brother, always inferior, aren't you?!"

"If my sister was here, the ghost would've gotten away regardless!" Zero argues. "You're forgetting idiot, they're allies!"

"They are not!" Reika shouts "How dare you slander my mistress!"

The Bounty sailed closer to them as they continued arguing, the ninja looked at each other nervously.

"Hmph," Reika crosses her arms. "If you must know, my mission was to bring you home, so you didn't interfere with Morro. We're not actively helping him; we just didn't want you dragging him back to hell."

"Hell?" Zero questions looking annoyed "You don't even know where he was before this?! He was in the cursed realm; it's a special prison you moron!"

"I don't even know why I'm helping you anymore!" Reika balls her fist. "I only decided to, to protect my empress. This is a complete waste of time!"

Zero sighs "Alright, alright, just- there's no point in arguing with each other."

"I don't know, it was kinda fun," Reika smirks.

"...I really hate you," Zero mutters.

The Bounty pulls up and Zero turns his attention towards Wu who was standing on deck. The two exchange a look before Zero turns away and heads in a direction.

"Come on," Zero says to Reika. "We can still stop Morro."

"Huh?" Reika tilts her head.

"Reika!" Kai calls out.

Reika looks at him before running after Zero.

"Let's get the fuck out of here," Reika says as she passes him.

Zero looks back at the ninja, who were comforting Kai who looked disappointed. Zero follows after Reika as they approached the other side of the island.

"Are you going to avoid them forever?" Zero asks.

"Not forever," Reika mutters. "Just for now."

"Aren't they your family?" Zero questions as he stood beside her, looking out at sea.

"Like your one to talk," Reika comments. "You haven't been home in years, the Empress sent me just to track you down. Are you going avoid her forever?"

"..you got me there," Zero sighs "but I promised I'd go home with you after this was done, didn't I?"

"Yeah," Reika looks up at the sky. "Well, I guess my time will come soon."

"Come on," Zero takes his coin out of his pocket, he flips it in the air, and it glows blue. "We got a ghost to stop."
