Deep into the woods 

High up the mountains

Far along the plains

The two fighters followed the voice

Never once wavering

Their footsteps never once faltering

Then the voice stopped

And so did their steps

Once they broke out of the trance

They immediately assumed their fighting stance

They turned around to look at each other

'Oh! You silly children, put your weapons down'

The scrawny little witch stepped into the clearing

She took a confident step towards them

And watched them go rigid and tense

Ready to lash out at her, when the time was right

When her guard was down.

'Hark onto me, I've been sent here to instruct you both-

To defeat the One-man'

On hearing her words,

Both the fighters faltered.

What could a broken warrior possibly do?

Can a fallen paladin ever stand a chance?

Their thoughts whirled circles in their head

'Oh-

Silly Children, Come with me

I shall tell you of the prophecy

I shall help you in this fight

I shall fulfil my part

I shall finish my job.'

And so the fighters-

The Broken Warrior and the Fallen Paladin

They Tread after her

To uncover their purpose on their hand

One can only hope
