"And for your monthly project... You'll have to finish it by Friday. And, for everyone's sake, don't take this lightly. While grading your finals, approximately 40% of your project work will be taken into account." Groans echoed throughout the classroom.

" And I'm going to disregard that collective groan I think I just heard. I'll let you pick a partner. Remember that both should contribute equally to the project. The topics will be communicated through our classroom chat," Miss. Park smiled as she collected her belongings to leave the class.

"Yes, Miss. Park," All of the students agreed.

Seokjin turned his head to face Namjoon, who was doing the same. She let out a sigh as she realized she needed to find a new partner.

Jin sighed as he observed Jack clinging to Namjoon's arm.
" I guess they ended up together," Jin mumbled, glancing at Jack, who had the widest smile on his face.

Namjoon confirmed it by looking back at him, pursing his lips, and shaking his head.

" Would you like to be my partner? "
This caught Jin's attention. A small smile worked its way across his face. His eyes scoured her face, lingered on her lips he had tasted.

" I would like to ", Jin announced, as if he was never disappointed that he couldn't be paired with Namjoon.
" How about we go to my house tomorrow? Is that okay with you? "

" It's fine for me ", He said, as she smiled back at him brightly.

"And. I'm sorry, I shouldn't have pushed myself on you like that. I didn't even ask you if you'd like to be kissed ", He blabbered and realized she was looking at him. Their eyes met once again and she was able to take in every detail of his face, the tired expression and the emotions that were hidden behind his eyes.

" We'll get going now ", Seokjin announced watching the bus come to a halt. Taehyung had his hand wrapped around her shoulder, who was waving her hands at them.
" See you tomorrow ", She beamed as Taehyung chuckled before imitating her.

"Let's get you home, Angel ", Taehyung said, pulling her along with him down the road.
"What are your plans for the day?" Jenny inquired.

" I'm playing with Tannie because I missed him a lot," Taehyung chuckled, "How about you?"

"I have a lot of notes to jot down. Would you mind lending me a hand? "

" That reminds me, I had to take notes too, but only for three days, not three months like you lol "

"I'll treat you if you help me out "

"Looks tempting. But not falling for it ", Taehyung chuckled listening to her whine.

" I'm not talking to you. All you care is about Yeontan ", Jenny said narrowing her eyes at him, with a pout accompanying it.

" I'll think about it," Taehyung shrugged, walking ahead of her, his heart pounding against his chest as he saw her pouting cutely.

" You'll come around for sure ", She breathed deeply and trailed behind him, staring at the alley to the main street. He drew her closer to him, as they stepped off the walk to cross the alley.

" I don't like this alley ", She mumbled, her gaze fixed on a certain someone who was staring at them. She continued to glare at him, unsmiling. Taehyung's grip tightened around her when he heard him whistle at her.

" You should watch out ...My girl is pretty dangerous when she's mad ", Taehyung glared, watching the man walking away from his spot to the other direction.

" Better watch out, 'cause I'm the devil in disguise," She added, staring at the man's fading figure.

"That's right, you're my devil in disguise. That punch you landed on me is still fresh in my mind ", Taehyung laughed briefly before stuffing his hands into his pockets.

"That was once, Tae. You can't blame me for that ". She shook her head and shrugged.

"But we were enjoying it," he pouted, as she rolled her eyes at him.

" Yeah, I enjoyed the basketball game we played until you tried that ninja move on me."

" Are you home alone today? " He inquired.

" Not at all. You'll keep me company ", She chuckled, grabbing onto his arms.

" I'm not getting paid for the hours, I babysit you ", He laughed out.

"Not so funny," Jenny mumbled as she walked past him on her way to her house. The key was in her pocket, and she managed to pull it out with two fingers and insert it into the lock while pushing the door open with her shoulder.

" See you tomorrow at school, Kim Ramen," She yelled at him before slamming the door shut.
