Ritsy took Vi home, and as soon as they entered the house, Sammy's eyes lit up with excitement when she saw Vi. She couldn't contain her joy and immediately with a big smile on her face, she dashed towards him. She threw her arms around him, expecting him to scoop her up in a warm hug like he always did. But this time, Vi didn't move. He didn't hug her back or smile. Sammy's face fell as she looked up at him with confusion, and then she glanced over at her mother with a sad expression.

"Chachu... chachuu..." she called out softly, trying to get his attention. But Vi didn't say anything. He didn't even look at her, He just stood there, looking tired and distant. Sammy's eyes filled with tears as she turned to her mother, her little voice trembling. "Mumma, Vi chachu ko kya hua hai? Vo mujhse gussa hai? Vo mujhse baat kyu nahi kar rahe?" she asked, her heart breaking a little more with each word.

Ritsy knelt down to Sammy's level, her face gentle and reassuring. She reached out and took Sammy's hands in hers. "No, bacha, chachu na bas thode tired hai... isliye aapse nahi mile. Vo thodi der mein aapse milenge, ok?" she explained softly, trying to soothe her daughter's worries.

"Pakka?" Sammy asked, her big eyes searching her mother's face for the truth.

"Haan baba, pakka," Ritsy said, giving her a warm smile.

A small smile returned to Sammy’s face as she had an idea. "Okay... Mumma, chachu tired hai to main unke liye unka favourite milkshake bnaun? Vo usko peeke theek ho jaenge..." she said, her voice filled with hopeful excitement.

Ritsy’s heart warmed at her daughter’s caring nature. "Haan okay... aap jao, Mumma abhi aati hai apki help karne," she instructed gently.

But Sammy shook her head, determination in her eyes. "No Mumma... I am a big girl now... main chachu ke liye khud bnaungi."

Ritsy chuckled softly, a mix of pride and affection filling her heart. "Acha baba... but dhyan se," she said, watching as Sammy's face lit up once more.

As Ritsy watched her daughter, she felt a mixture of emotions—pride in Sammy's caring nature, sadness for Vi's troubles, and hope that Sammy's simple, heartfelt gesture would bring a smile to Vi’s face.

With Sammy busy in the kitchen, Ritsy turned her attention to Virat. She helped him inside, guiding him to a seat with gentle hands. Offering him a glass of water, she spoke softly, her voice filled with concern. " Vi, please say something... We're all here for you. We'll face this together."

Virat looked at her, his eyes brimming with sadness. He took the glass but didn't drink from it. Instead, he whispered, "Why is this happening, Ritsy? How can they think that I could betray my own country? How can they think I could harm Jassi... my Jassi, he's like my little brother... I can't even imagine..."

Ritsy gently squeezed his hand, offering him comfort. "I know, Vi... we all know... you could never do such a thing... we'll figure it out and make things right. You're not alone... Ro is here for you, I'm here for you... we'll fix everything," she reassured him.

Rits... where's Ro?" Virat asked, his voice vulnerable, seeking comfort.

"Ro... umm, he..." Ritsy paused, unsure of what to say. She didn't want to tell him that Ro had gone to the ICT Hotel but thankfully Ro and Nush entered the room, with Vami in Ro's arms, just in time.

"Ro is here, Vi... I didn't know someone would miss me so much," Ro said, trying to lighten the mood with a smile.

"Bubs... are you okay?" Nush rushed to Virat and hugged him tightly, tears streaming down her face as she leaned on his shoulder. Virat didn't respond, but he looked at Ro as if silently asking him to speak for him, to convey that he wasn't okay... how could he be okay?

Not receiving a response, Nush pulled away and noticed the silent communication between Vi and Ro. She understood that right now Vi needed Ro and only Ro can make him okay.

"Don't worry, Nush, now he'll be okay, we'll make him okay together," Ritsy said, stepping forward and hugging Nush from the side, who kept her head on Ritsy's shoulder soaking the warmth and support.

"Vamu, all love for Chachu, nothing for Chachi," Ritsy pretended to pout, taking Vami from Ro, who shook his head and hugged Ritsy in return.

"Sammy di?" Vami asked, her eyes searching for her sister.

"She's making your favorite milkshake. Let's go," Ritsy said, linking arms with Anushka, who had been watching Vi with teary eyes.

Ro sat beside Vi, wrapping him in a comforting hug. In that moment, Vi held onto him tightly, seeking refuge in his embrace, trying to block out the chaos around them, wishing it was all just a bad dream. They stayed like that for a while, both absorbing the emotions swirling around them. But Ro knew he had to do something...he couldn't just sit...

"Vi...tu thodi der rest krle..." Ro began, but Vi interrupted, insisting, "Kyu...nahi...main theek hu..."

Ro struggled to find the right words to convey that he needed to leave to fix things. Without saying a word, Vi could see it in Ro's eyes. Frustrated, Vi snapped, "You..have to go....i understand.. you have responsibilities...you go....you have people to take care of...they need you....just go..."

Trying to explain, Ro said, "It's not like that, Vi, I just—"

But Vi exploded, yelling, "That's exactly how it is, Ro! Just go, leave me!"

Vi stormed off to the room, collapsing onto the bed, tears streaming down his face as he hugged his knees. Suddenly, someone wrapped their arms around him from the side. Though Vi resisted at first, the embrace was too comforting to resist, and he found himself clinging back, tears still streaming down his face.

"No one is more important than you, idiot. I was only going to gather evidence of your innocence, but nahi hum to apna ulta dimaag chalaenge... apne ye nonexistent brain ko na thoda rest de...smjha idiot..." Ro whispered softly, trying to soothe Vi.

"Tu idiot.." Vi countered between sobs, though a small smile tugged at the corners of his lips.

"Acha baba...main idiot...ab rona band kar...nai to bandar teri shakal dekh ke sach mein tujhe apne saath le jaenge" Ro teased gently, earning a weak whine from Vi

Ro gently guided Vi to lie down, running his hand through his hair until he fell asleep. Just before drifting off, Vi murmured sleepily, "Tu mujhe chorke to nahi jaega na Panda?"

"Never," Ro promised, relieved to see Vi finally at peace, if only for a moment.

Ro and Ritsy emerged from the room together, their faces etched with worry as they exchanged concerned glances

"How's Vi?"... "How's Nush?" Both asked in unison, their voice filled with worry.

"Finally managed to get him to sleep," Ro replied wearily, his exhaustion evident in his voice.

"Nush is also napping with Sammy and Vami," Ritsy added, her voice tinged with relief.

Their conversation was interrupted by the doorbell, startling them both. Ro and Ritsy exchanged puzzled glances, wondering who could be visiting at such a time. With hesitant steps, Ro approached the door, his heart racing as he swung it open...(Guess who it is...)

Sometime before...
" We have to do something Mahi...we have to make him understand..." Dada insisted, his voice tinged with worry.

" But he is not even listening to me dada..." Mahi replied, his voice tinged with disappointment.

Dada shook his head, his worry evident. "This will create problems for him...it's not good for him...he is the goddamn captain.." he said, frustration seeping into his words.

Mahi thought for a moment before saying, "Mujhe pata hai vo kiski baat sunega... main abhi unhe bulata hu" With determination, he picked up his phone and made a call.

Back at the Sharma house,

As soon as Ro opened the door, he immediately hugged the person tightly. "Thank God you both are here. I don't know what to do... but now that you’re here, I feel a bit relieved," he said, his voice tinged with relief like a burden lifted from his shoulders.

"Ro... we..." Ajju began, but Ritsy interrupted, "Why are you standing out there? Come inside!"

"Where is Virat?" asked Bhuvi, looking around the house anxiously.

"He's inside... come on in. He'll be happy to see you," Ro said, trying to sound cheerful.

"No..." Bhuvi said firmly, causing Ro to frown in confusion.

"Ro, we didn’t come to see Vi. We came to see you," Ajju explained.

"Me?" Ro asked, puzzled.

"Vo Mahi bhai..." Bhuvi began, but Ro cut him off, a look of realization dawning on his face. "Mahi bhai sent you?" he asked, closing his eyes as if bracing himself for the worst.

"Ro, he's not wrong...all the evidence, all the witnesses..." Ajju tried to explain.

"Do you trust him?" Ro asked quietly, his voice trembling with a mix of hope and fear. But there was only silence.

"I ASKED, DO YOU TRUST HIM OR NOT?" Ro shouted, his voice echoing through the house.

"Rohit, the evidence, the witnesses...we can't just ignore them," Bhuvi said, his words like a dagger to Ro's heart.

Ro laughed bitterly,  "Of course... the evidence, the eyewitnesses... you can trust some stranger, but not your own brother, right?" he spat, the pain evident in his voice like a wound too deep to heal.

Turning to Ajju, he said, "Ajju, I never expected this from you. We were a trio... best friends forever?  Remember all those times we stood by each other, no matter what? And Bhuvi... you, out of all people. Weren’t you the closest to Vi? Weren’t you the one who could understand him without words? What happened now? How could you believe those people over him? How could you forget everything we've been through together?"  Ro's voice cracked, his heart breaking with every word.

Ro's voice was filled with anguish as he went on, "I can't believe this. I can't believe you both. We promised to always have each other's backs. Now, when Virat needs us the most, you're turning your backs on him. How could you?"

He looked at them, tears streaming down his face. "Do you even know what this is doing to him? To us? Our friendship... It's broken. Because you chose to believe them instead of standing by your brother."

Ro's eyes filled with tears as he looked at his friends. He remembered all the times they had spent together, the laughter, the happiness, the secrets they shared. It felt like all those memories were being torn apart right in front of him.

Bhuvi reached out, placing a hand on Ro's shoulder. "Ro, we care about you both... we just want what's best for everyone," he said gently.

"What's best for everyone?" Ro repeated, shaking his head. "What's best for everyone is to believe in the people who have been there for you. To trust the bonds we've built. But I guess that's too much to ask."

Ajju stepped closer, his eyes pleading. "Ro, we're not against you. We're just trying to do the right thing."

Ro looked at Ajju, his eyes full of hurt. "The right thing? Sometimes the right thing is to trust your friends, even when it's hard. Especially when it's hard," he said quietly.

"Ro, it's not that simple," Ajju said softly. "We don't want to believe it either, but the facts..."

"Facts can be manipulated," Ro interrupted. "People can lie. But the bond we shared, the trust we had in each other... that was real. How can you forget all of that so easily?"

Ro wiped his tears, his heart aching. "I thought we were family. I thought nothing could break us apart. But I guess I was wrong. I guess trust and loyalty mean nothing when faced with some so-called evidence."

" But when Mahi bhai, sorry, when MS can do this, why can't you?" Ro's voice trembled, his words a plea for understanding in a world that seemed to have turned against him.

Ajju and Bhuvi looked down, unable to meet Ro's gaze. They knew how much this was hurting him, but they felt trapped by the situation.

He turned away, feeling completely shattered. The betrayal from his closest friends was too much to bear. He felt lost, alone, and deeply hurt. And the weight of their mistrust was something he didn't know if he could ever overcome.

He turned back "But you know what? Tell YOUR MAHI BHAI that my trust isn't so weak. It won't be broken by some baseless allegations or fake evidence. I trust my Vi now and I will ALWAYS trust him," Ro said in a dangerous tone, his eyes blazing with anger and hurt.

"Ro, just listen..." Ajju tried once more, but Ro held up his hand to stop him. "I don't want to hear anything else from either of you. So please leave... and it's Rohit for you both as well," he said, his voice cold. Tears welled up in Ajju's and Bhuvi's eyes as they turned to leave.

After they left, Ro sat down on the sofa, feeling utterly defeated. He bowed his head and held it in his hands, feeling the weight of the situation crushing him. Ritsy came over and put her hand on his shoulder, silently telling him that he wasn't alone and that she would always stand by him, his constant support.

Just then, Ro's phone buzzed with a message. He had to attend a press conference about the situation.

"What happened, Ro?" Ritsy asked, noticing his frustrated expression as he rubbed his face.

"There’s a press conference..." Ro said, his voice barely a whisper, and they both knew what awaited him there.
