≈ Toni's POV ≈

'Why does this always happen?'

"Ow ow ow!!! What was that fo-"

"Dame-Tsuna!"

"Ow ow ow!!!"

I sigh aloud and watch as Reborn kicks Tsuna again. This training is what I'd kinda expect which scares me because knowing Reborn, he has a secret plan of some sort. We're out in an open field, reading our lines and any time we mess up, mainly Tsuna, we get hit with a hammer version of Leon. Better yet, when Reborn feels generous, he plants a foot in Tsuna's back instead. Me, I'm about to loose it because we keep having to stop every time he messes up, which is alot.

"Ummm... How do you say-"

"Dame-Tsuna!"

"Ow ow ow!!! All I asked was- OW OW OW!!!"

"Ugh, let's change this up. Reborn, I'll show Tsuna what he has to do and you just- just stay out if it." I demand.

Reborn smirks and tilts his fedora, jumping into the bushes and out of sigh. I sigh in relief as Tsuna looks at me with a questioning look so I turn toward him and think for a moment.

"Reborn's way wasn't working and frankly, its annoying watching you get tossed around. I have an idea on how to get you to do better but I want to test out a theory first. Trust me?"

I place out my hand and wait for him to take it. When he looks at me again, there's a noticeable red hue across his cheeks but I decide to ignore it. It doesn't matter at the moment anyway.

≈ Tsuna's POV ≈

"Reborn's way wasn't working and frankly, its annoying watching you get tossed around. I have an idea on how to get you to do better but I want to test out a theory first. Trust me?"

Toni holds out her hand and I widen my eyes. My cheeks feel abit warm so I look down and timidly reach my hand up to hers. When they touch, she grabs onto mine and pulled me up. Before I could ask her what her new method was, we're teleported to a river a walks out from the clearing we were just at.

"How'd you teleport us?" I ask.

I remember when we had to go and fight Byakuran and we used a teleportation device but there should've been any rings for it. Let alone back in this time.

"My flames allow me to teleport, its just that I can't do it too often. It takes a lot of energy out of me so I'll only use it when and if I need to." Toni answers.

"Wha? You have a limit?!"

"Yeah, of course! Tsuna, I'm strong but not invincible. Anyway, there's a method to my madness here. I want you to go into hyper dying will mode or whatever you like to call it."

"You-You're not gonna fight me are you?!" I ask/shout.

"Eh, depends. Not at first anyway." She smirks.

Shaking a tiny bit, I reach into my pocket and pull out the Dying Will pills that Basil gave me and take one. When I open my eyes again, I instantly feel calmer and can read a few of the things around me. I look at Toni again and can tell that she is a tad bit surprised but is trying to hide it, as well that she seems to be in a fighting mood.

"Okay, now read a few lines of the play and I'll follow. Ready, go." She initiates.

"Alright. I take thee at thy word. Call me but love, and I'll be new baptized. Henceforth I never will be Romeo." I say clearly and fluently.

"What man art thou that, thus bescreened in night, so stumblest on my counsel?"

"By a name I know not how to tell thee who I am. My name, dear saint, is hateful to myself because it is an enemy to thee. Had I it written, I would tear the word."

"My ears have not yet drunk a hundred words of that tongue's uttering, yet I know the sound. Art thou not Romeo, and a Montague?"

"Neither, fair maid, if either thee dislike."

"How camest thou hither, tell me, and wherefore? The orchard walls are high and hard to climb, and the place death, considering who thou art, if any of my kinsmen find thee here."

"With love's light wings did I o'erperch these walls, for stony limits cannot hold love out, and what love can do, that dares love attempt. Therefore thy kinsmen are no stop to me."

After I read that line, Toni smiles and starts clapping.

"God job Tsuna! Now you just have to memorize them and you'll be good. I noticed that the last time you were in hyper dying will mode, you had alot more confidence and you were alot more reserve too. Now to test out another theory!" She says with a smirk now replacing her smile.

My cheeks felt a bit warm so I averted my eyes but felt like something was about to happen and that it wasn't in my favor. I felt something 'wizz' right next to my head so I ducked and just missed Toni's leg. From there, she continued trying to punch and kick me so I continued dodging and blocking.

≈ Toni's POV ≈

Reborn always boasted about how strong Tsuna is when he's in his hyper dying will mode so I decided to test it out. I first started with a simple kick and was a bit surprised when he ducked. I concluded that it was thanks to his enhanced hyper intuition and continued attaching him. He dodged, ducked, and blocked my attacks one after another.

"Hahaha! Nice job Tsuna! Next level." I smirk.

Releasing a tad bit of my flames, my eyes become a bit darker and I run forward. Tsuna couldn't anticipate my movements so I punch him in the gut and flung him backward. He barely caught himself on the ground when I started attacking him again. I slowed down my movements compared to my first attack so that he could adjust accordingly though, which he did. I could tell that he started memorizing my movements so I started changing them up a bit too.

Tsuna started counter attacking as well, blocking my movements and trying to flip my over or hit me in my shoulder. He avoided trying to really land a good blow on me though, which was starting to piss me off. I tried to kick Tsuna again but this time, he caught my foot right as it was about to hit him and pushed me back. I ended up dragging him down with me and we rolled down the little hill, stopping a few feet from the water.

≈ Tsuna's POV ≈

I had just started to memorize bits and peices Toni's fighting style when I felt myself leaving my hyper dying will mode. When she tried to kick me again, I grabbed her leg and pushed her back. In the process, I lost my balance and we both rolled down the hill. When we finally stopped rolling, I had left my hyper dying will mode and found us a few feet from the river.

When I opened my eyes, they met Toni's bright red ones and I instantly blushed, then I realized the position we were in. Toni was laying on her back while I was on top of her, hands on either side of her. Although I was no longer in hyper dying will mode, I could tell that she was a bit flustered but was also getting annoyed.

"Ha-ha... So-sorry!" I shouted and pushed myself back quickly.

"Hey, hold on BAKA!!!"

Before I could process what she said, I had already pushed myself back and fell into the river. I heard another splash and felt someone grab my arm, pulling me in the opposite direction. When I feel dry land again, I start coughing up some water and hear another cough as well. I then look up and I'm greeted with Toni's angry expression.

"Why you... BAKA!!! WHAT WERE YOU THINKING SAWADA!?" She shouts.

"So-sorry. I just..."

Thinking about the situation previous to me falling in the river, I blush and turn away, scratching the back of my neck. Then, Toni asks something that makes it all worse.

"Ugh, and what's up with you anyway?! I know you blush when Kyoko's around but now you've been all flustered when she's not!" She asks, glaring at me.

"Uhhh.... Al-allergies?" I really while my cheeks get even rosier.

"Tch. There it is again! What is it?!"

This time, Toni picks me up by the collar and pulls me closer to her. She glares at me again and I instantly 'gulp'.

'She looks really cute up close too- THIS ISN'T THE TIME FOR THAT!!! ... But still...'

"Sawada, what is it?" She asks, although it came out more like a growl.

"Ummm... Wha-what would you do if I... le-let's say, li-liked someone other than Ky-kyoko....?" I ask timidly.

I wait for a reply but all I get is silence so I slowly raise my head to look at her. She has her eyes closed and is clenching her teeth.

"What do you mean by that?! And if that's the case, why didn't you tell me sooner you idiot!?!?"

"Because...."

'The person I like is you....'

"Tell me who." She demands.

"Wha-what?!" I freak out.

≈ Toni's POV ≈

"Tell. Me. Who." I reiterate.

Tsuna just up and tells me that he likes someone other than Kyoko and now refuses to tell me who! If that's the case, THEN WHY THE HECK WAS I HELPING HIM TRY TO CONFESS TO HER?!?!

I give Tsuna a few more moments to answer but all I get is complete and utter silence. Glaring at him again and gritting my teeth, I drop him and turn my head, crossing my arms.

"Whatever. If you won't tell me who, then I can't help you much but that's on you. I'm still going to help you confess to Kyoko though, you said that you loved her but with this other person, you only said like. Therefore, your feelings are stronger for Kyoko." I state.

"Ummm... Toni."

"Hmmm, what is it?"

Tsuna points at me and I give him a confused look. Then, I remembered that we both 'swam' in the river and were soaking wet. Looking down at my absolutely drenched tank top, I find that you can see my bra and realize that I chose the wrong day to wear a light grey tank with a black bra.

I growl and make a jacket out of my flames, putting it on and sighing in relief. I make another one for Tsuna and after he puts it on, we both head toward our houses. Most of the walk is silent except for small and simple questions and responses.

I drop Tsuna off at his house and go over to mine. When I do, I immediately grab a slice of bread with butter to hold myself over and jump in the bath. It was nice and refreshing so I was able to just relax and unwind. After my bath, I started cooking something simple and thinking about earlier.

If Tsuna loves Kyoko, then how can he like someone else too. Either way, he obviously has stonger feelings for Kyoko... right? Still, I'm going to help him confess to Kyoko. But, why is he blushing more around.....

"That can't be it. He's an idiot if it is though."

Just then, my phone started ringing so I paused on cooking and looked at the number. It was a private number, which was pretty odd, so I just ignored it. A few minutes later, my phone rang again with the same 'Private Caller' ID so I just answered. Not sure why but I just did, which was incredibly stupid on my part.

"Hello?" I said into the phone.

...

...

"Hello?!"

I hung up and tossed my phone on the couch. Nobody answered but whatever. Back to cooking and thinking about more ways to get Tsuna to confess to Kyoko.

≈ ???'s POV ≈

"Hello?"

...

...

"Hello?!"

The call ended and a smirk placed itself on my face. Flipping the phone in my hand, I turned around and let my smirk grow.

"Guess who answered~. Looks like they were telling the truth, but did you have to make such a mess~~?" I ask in a playful tone.

My partner turns around, playing with the knife in his hands and inspecting the bodies around him.

"Kahaha! I was bored~. So, when can we visit her?"

"Hmmm, soon. Let's let her play dollhouse a little while longer and then we can toy with her. Besides, I heard she was a guardian for the Vongola Decimo now."

"Ka! That chump, please! I thought she would've gone after someone stronger! Oh well, I can't wait to see her again, its been too long~."

This time I laugh and and twirl my ax. It seems like forever since we've seen the girl so I can't wait.

'Don't worry Toni. We'll be coming home real soon~.'
