"It's been almost three days" Herobrine said pacing "Shouldn't there have been a note or something by now?" They were in the main hall making sure everyone knew the plan and what to do. Right then they were waiting for the note to come to try and stop this guy.

"Herobrine, calm down" Kye said watching him "Remember the plan ok?" Herobrine sighed and looked at her.

"I know, I know. Once we get the note we go out and get them back" Herobrine said "While we try and catch the guy at the same time" Kye nodded

"And what do you do?" She asked. Herobrine glared at her

"I take them back here as you all battle before returning and killing this guy myself" Herobrine said grinning. Kye shook her head.

"No, we take him alive remember?" Kye said "That way we can figure out what he wanted and why he did it. Then you can have him" Herobrine sighed.

"Fine, but if he wont talk I'm killing him" Herobrine said "Who ever this guy is, he messed with the wrong father"

Just then Brandon burst through the doors and walked up to Kye. He knelt down and handed her a piece of paper.

"We found it" He said looking grim. Kye took the note and read it out loud.

"This has the map to the clearing on the back, I suggest not ripping it up" She paused before continuing "There will be a test when you get there. Only bring five people, Herobrine cannot come. If I see more than five or him there I will kill the girl on the spot. Although she might not survive anyways but she has a chance if you follow the rules. Remember what I said. I will know" Kye stopped and everyone held there breath waiting for more.

"And? Is there anything else?" Sky asked after a moment. Kye shook her head.

"No, that's it" She said sadly. Herobrine stormed out of the room as everyone stared.

"I should probably go and calm him down" Briar said and walked out after him.

"So who's going then?" Cherry asked. Bajan stepped forward.

"Well, you'll need someone who can navigate through a forest" He said. Jerome stepped up next to him.

"And some one to protect" Jerome said

"I could double that" Fluffy said stepping up next to him.

"Heck I want to go" Sky said "No one takes kids and gets away with it"

"I'm in" Cap said stepping up "I'm pretty good at fighting as well"

Kye stood up and looked at them

"I guess we have the team. Now all we need to do is find that clearing" Kye said looking at them.

Brandon left quickly and headed back to the dungeon. He went straight for Mandy's cell. She was lying on the bunk trying to read the magazine another guard had given her.

"So, how'd it go?" She asked not looking up from the page.

"Great, they fell for it just as master said. Herobrine is staying here and only five are going" Brandon said before sighing "He wants to speak to me, doesn't he?"

Mandy looked up from the magazine and nodded.

"He has another job for you" She said and a portal appeared on the other side of the bars. Brandon sighed and walked through. He entered a dark chamber lit only by several red stone torches and lava pits. He pulled his hood up on the cloak that always appears when he is brought there and walked to the throne before kneeling down.

"Yes Sir?" He asked hesitantly as he looked down. There was the sound of shuffling fabric and then footsteps.

"Hello Brandon" The voice he knew only to well said "I have another job for you"

"Of course you do" Brandon muttered under his breath. The next thing he knew he was lifted into the air by his throat.

"You don't talk back to me" The man said. Brandon started to see black spots in his vision before the man dropped him. He gasped for air as he fell to his knees.

"Now, are you ready to be a good boy?" The man asked. Brandon nodded quickly. He didn't want another beating.

"Good, go and take one of our prisoners and bring them here. Make sure it's one of the small ones, they'll be easier for what I have planned" The man said. Brandon went cold. What was he going to do.

"Y-yes sir" Brandon said quickly and started to leave.

"And Brandon?" The man said again forcing him to stop.

"Y-yes?" Brandon asked turning back.

"Make sure they don't kill you, they must be getting hungry by now" The man said. Brandon nodded and walked out as fast as he could. He grabbed two loafs of bread as he passed the kitchen before heading down to the dungeons.

Mineral moved her hands around as she continued the story. She had been trying her hardest to keep Angel and Creeds hopes up and one of there favorite things was when she told them a story. Well, besides playing a game but they were all too weak from hunger to barely walk around the room.

"And then Endra landed in the clearing, full dragon form. Kye ran at her but Endra just swiped her away with her tail. Kye landed against a tree and was out cold. I realized right then I was on my own. The others in the guard were gone, either knocked out or lost and my only help was out cold under a tree" Mineral looked at the two holding each other as she told the story. They were totally wrapped up in it.

"What happened next?" Angel asked. Mineral smiled.

"I stood in the middle of the clearing, holding my sword at the ready and waited for her to strike. She came closer slowly, enjoying her time as I waited. She must have noticed I wasn't scared because she stopped and leaned down towards me but made sure she was still out of range of my sword" Mineral said. Creed cut in before she could continue.

"Weren't you scared though?" He asked looking at Mineral in awe.

"Terrified" She said smiling "But I didn't let it show, that is one of the worst things you can do in a combat situation especially against a dragon. They love fear" Creed nodded furiously

"Got it" he said and Mineral smiled again before continuing her story.

"I waited for her to attack but she never did. Instead we started talking. It started by her asking me why I wasn't scared. I replied that I didn't know what fear was. She laughed and turned into a human. We talked and laughed for so long that when Kye woke up she thought I had gone crazy" Mineral laughed at the memory "And that's how I became friends with the ender dragon"

"Another!" Angel said jumping up. Mineral laughed again.

"Nope, I don have any more" Mineral said. Creed frowned and made a pouty face. Mineral sighed unable to resist.

"Fine, I might have one more" She said "Dad had just teleported into the end when he heard me scream. The old ender dragon had chained me to one of the pillars and put a spell on the chains so they would sen-" she was cut off by the door to there cell opening and momentarily blinding her. Creed and Angel scurried behind her and looked out terrified as three people entered.

"Go away before I kill you" Mineral spat as she stood up in front of the two terrified kids.

"Don't make us hurt you" One growled back at her. She snarled back before lunging at the man. She was able to knock him to the ground before one of the others kicked her off him. It sent her across the cell and into the wall. She let out a small groan as she started to stand up again.

"Just grab one before she comes back!" one of the other two said and the Third rushed forward and grabbed Angel.

"No!" Mineral screamed and lunged forward again but they were already out the door, closing it with a bang. Creed was sitting against the wall staring at the door in shock as Angel's screams got farther and farther away. Mineral ran at the door, trying to open it.

"No!" She yelled as she pulled on the door. It didn't budge. She gave up and kicked it before turning back around and walking over to the far wall where Creed was still staring in shock. She put her head in her hands and rubbed at her head.

"Why her? Why?" Mineral asked looking up at the ceiling. Creed snapped out of his trance and started crying.

"Don't cry, you're still alright" Mineral said trying to comfort him. She wrapped her arms around him and pulled him closer to her. He just kept crying and hugging Mineral.

"W-why'd they take her?" He asked through the tears. Mineral shook her head and pulled him closer yet.

"I don't know" She said as she started to mess with his hair. He smiled a bit as she messed it up.

"Stop" He said pulling away. Mineral smiled and pulled him close again.

"Stop what? This?" She said messing it up even more.

Creed laughed a bit and turned into a kitten before running off. Mineral smiled and turned into a fox before quickly following. She caught up easy and picked him off the ground. Creed gave a little meow of surprise as she rushed off still carrying him. Mineral jumped onto the bed before setting him down. She flopped onto her side and Creed immediately jumped onto her.

"What are you doing?" Mineral asked as he pounced again. Creed looked at her and smiled before running and jumping onto her head. Mineral grunted but smiled as one of his little paws went into her ear.

"I got you!" He said and lied down on her head. Mineral sighed and moved her head just enough to make him fall back onto her side. He seemed to settle down because he just curled up on her and fell asleep.

"I wish I could fall asleep that easy" Mineral muttered as she looked at him. She turned back into a person carefully and leaned back on the wall behind the bed cradling Creed as he slept. She shut her eyes but knew she wouldn't fall asleep any time soon.

Brandon carried Angel down the hall to the throne room and the whole way she was screaming, kicking and trying to break his grip on the back of her neck.

"Cant you stop her making that awful noise?" One of the guards accompanying him asked. Brandon looked at him and held Angel out to him. She was still kicking but looked at the man with anger and terror in her eyes.

"Would you like to carry her?" He asked holding her closer to him. Angel started trying to kick him but stopped screaming. The man backed away.

"No, you can do that" He said as Angel started growling.

"What's this one's name again?" the second one asked bending down a little to close. Angel kicked him in the face and sent him reeling back in shock. Brandon smiled.

"This one is Angel" He said almost proudly. Angel stopped struggling completely as they neared the doors to the throne room.

"That's not ironic" The second guard muttered. They were almost outside the throne room now.

"You can take her in. I'm not going in there" The first guard said before turning around and heading back the way they came. The second followed without saying anything at all. Brandon sighed. He built up some courage before opening the doors with one hand and walked in.

"So, which one did you chose?" A voice came from the front.

Brandon walked closer before bowing, still holding Angel. Angel was stiff as a board in terror. Brandon couldn't blame her, the throne room was designed to do that. Pitch black in some places and the brightest light came from several red stone torches behind the throne giving it an eerie shadowy appearance. The man on the throne was almost just as terrifying. His pale face contrasted greatly with his red hate filled eyes. His deep frown didn't help either. Brandon looked down but stood up, holding Angel out in front of him. The man smiled a bit and got off his throne and walked towards them.

"Ah, Angel. Good choice" He said stopping in front of her. Angel whimpered a bit and brought her legs up to her chest.

"You can set her down now" Israphel said. Brandon obeyed and set her carefully on the ground. Israphel glared at him before slapping him back into a column.

"What was that for?" Brandon asked wincing as he expected another hit. He looked up to see Israphel towering over Angel.

"You do not need to be gentle with them" Israphel growled as he grabbed for Angel. She tried to scurry away but his hand shot out and grabbed her by the back of her shirt. She yelped and started shaking as he pulled her towards him.

"They are brine's" Israphel spat looking Angel in the eyes "Barbaric, cunning, and over all Worthless and something that needs to be gotten rid of at the source"

Brandon stood up and walked over slowly.

"What do you mean?" He asked carefully. Israphel smiled a bit and turned her around so she was facing him.

"You know what I mean" He responded still looking at Angel. He walked back toward the throne, still carrying Angel. Before he got there though he stopped and turned around.

"You take her up" He said and threw her at Brandon. She hit the ground on her side and yelped "You know the plan"

Angel curled into a ball and started whimpering and shaking uncontrollably as Brandon walked over to her. She let him pick her up.

"But the plan was for you to go up and face them, that's why we said Herobrine couldn't come" Brandon said. Israphel turned towards him and scowled.

"There has been a change of plans" He said "You will go up or I will kill you and her"

Brandon backed towards the door.

"Very well, I will do as you ask" Brandon said in defeat. He stepped out the door and carried Angel away.
