I would describe myself as a prideful and courageous. I had spent many years working to become one of the very few to no head masters to be a woman. Though I am not away one for attention. I wouldn't mind it every now and then, but a person shouldn't hog the spotlight. As a head master I am not there to make people do stuff or anything that they don't want to as much as I am there to coach or guide the students of Durmstrang. Now I don't look down on any student even if they are muggle-born or mudbloods as they say. As long as they are wise and willing to learn, I would be happy to teach them all I know. So for those reasons is the cause of me being the head master of Durmstrang, Gilfia Binglemoth.

I look for someone who is smart and strong both mentally and physically. Someone who doesn't seem too cocky or stuck up. They need to be competitive, but friendly enough for the other competitors to maybe help them in their time of need. That is the Triwizard Tournament champion there.

Detail. There has to be detail, but not too much that you want to skim or just skip it all together. Also it shouldn't have too little where you don't know really what is happening or the setting.

You have to bring emotional stuff that will make me want to laugh one second and cry the next. I want to me moved and feel close to you. I want to know what your going through. If you have all of that you have a pretty big chance of winning the Cup.
