Peter's pov. . .

     I woke up to a pigeon staring straight at me. I yelped and jumped away. Had I really slept on the roof all last night?! Ugh, my back is sore. Oh no Aunt May! What was she going to think?! I quickly swung back to the apartment and changed.

     "May!" I ran out of my room and searched the apartment for Aunt May, she was nowhere to be seen.

     She probably went to work and figured I was at Ned's. There'd be a lot of explaining to do later tonight, but I had to get to school. I'd be only a little late but not extremely late.

     I rushed off to school and got weird looks from people on the streets, did I have gravel on my face? I went to school and entered the classroom. Everyone turned and looked at me. What was happening?!

     My teacher hung up the phone that sat at her desk and looked at me with a grim expression, "Peter, they need you down at the office."

     "Ok."

     I left the classroom and headed down to the office. I'm probably going to get another detention for being late. I noticed as I walked past classrooms that everyone watched me through the small window on the doors. What I didn't know was why.

     I headed into the office and saw two police officers talking to the principal. What happened?! Was May okay?!

     "Peter," My principal started, "These Officers want to talk to you."

     "Why? Is everything okay? Where's May? I want Aunt May!"

     I was starting to panic. My heart was in my ears and everything was just so loud. My breath got caught in my throat and I couldn't breathe. I couldn't breathe.

     "Everything is going to be okay, Peter." One of the officers said, her voice was soft, treating me like I was a scared child, "We just need to take you down to the station for some questions."

     "Why? I didn't do anything!" I slowly back away from the police.

     Did they know? Do the police know who spider-man is? Do they know it's me?

     The female officer walks towards me slowly, "We know that Peter. Calm down, you're not in any trouble. I promise you." She took out her phone and handed it to me, "Here, look at this."

     I grabbed her phone and looked at the screen. My paulse dropped. It was a news report on me. I was reported missing this morning by May. 

     "See? You're not in trouble. Just come with us and we'll have your Aunt meet us there."

     "O-Ok."

     I followed the officers out and got into their sqaud car. I can't believe this was happening. Aunt May must be so worried! How could I do this to her?! 

     We arrived at the police station and the police brought me in. They explained how it's protacal for them to check my fingerprints and do a DNA test and then I would have to answer some questions of what happened before Aunt May reported me missing.

Tony's pov. . .

     I was working in the lab and looked at the clock, Peter was supposed to work today but had quit after the first day. Apparently the kid never told his Aunt about it.

     All of a sudden Friday's voice came through my intercom, "Mr. Stark, there seems to have been an alert on Baby Deer."

     My heart dropped. Baby Deer is what I set up for my son after he went missing. Did they finally found him? Did they find my boy?

     "The police matched his DNA today."

     "What? Where?" I asked, "What's happening Fri?"

     "This morning Peter Parker was reported missing by May Parker. He arrived at school a few hours later and was taken to the polcie station for questioning. After the DNA went through his DNA came back not as Peter Parker, but Peter Stark."

     I couldn't belive this. Peter, my intern, is my son. Why did I regonize him? I should've regonized him! He's my son!

     "Friday, tell Pepper to come to the lab. We're heading down to that station. They should've conntacted me imeditatly! I told them too. . ."

     Pepper walked in the room and I could tell she's crying.

     "Tony. . .Is it true? Did they- Did they find him?"

     I hugged her tight, "I don't know. Let's go."

     "He was here. We knew him. He was right under our noses and we didn't- we didn't regonize him."

     "I know. I know. Let's go. Let's go see our son."
