Layla's POV

"Another day, another prank." I mumbled to myself. "And you've got a test today, but let's look on the bright side Layla! You still get to hang out with Lily." Lily, now that puts a smile back on my face, not that I realized I was frowning. Lily was my best friend for years. We met in 7th grade when I was setting up a prank on a kid. I thought she was gonna stop me, but to my surprise she helped me, and also gave me advise on how to make it better. She was an energetic girl, with blue hair (surprise! it's an anime world, who has normal hair?) that was always in a new style. I threw on a purple hoodie, that had stars on it, and some jeans, before looking at myself in the mirror. I had look at my orange hair, deciding not to mess with it too much, and just put it into a messy ponytail. I grabbed my stuff and left the dorm. I can get food later. I was lost in my thoughts while walking before hearing a familiar voice yell my name.

"Layla! Wait up!" Lily yelled running after me. I sighed, but stopped so the smaller girl could catch up. "Ready for the test today?"

"Ready as I can be," I responded, looking over at her. Today she has her long blue hair in two braids, and is wearing a yellow shirt with a purple cardigan, also wearing some jeans, but with a rainbow by the ends. "Did you here Alex stayed up all night studying?

"Well that's Alex for you," she said, laughing a little. Alex was a nice girl, who sometimes helps us with pranks, but always throws us under the bus whenever we get caught. "Well I need food, so lets stop for coffee!" I could tell she had her mind set on this, so I guess that's where we're going. I'm so happy to have her as my friend.
