"You know why I said that shit to you." Lincoln's said trying to pull me into a hug, which I immediately dodged. We were now in the house standing in our bedroom and I was planning on changing into leggings and a sweatshirt. Maybe I was being a little over dramatic, but I mean he didn't need to say those things.

"Baby stop, please." He groaned pulling at my arm until I was pressed firmly against his chest.

"Mentioning Sarah was mean." I muttered.

"I know, but it worked." He frowned rubbing his fingers through my long blonde curls.

"Do you have any more leads on the rogue problem?" I asked him genuinely curious, we haven't had any more attacks since the last one. Since what I did.

"No, not after our major lead went cold." He frowned. He walked over to the closet and pulled out one of his sweatshirts tossing it at
me.

I pulled mine off my muddy one and replaced it with his.

He took long strides towards me and pulled me flush against his chest pressing his lips to mine. This was a sweet, slow kiss. Not rushed like our last ones.

"I'm going to officially introduce you to the pack today." He told me out of the blue. I looked up at him with wide eyes.

"I thought you wanted this?" He asked me giving me a confused look.

"I do, but they all probably hate me now, especially after...after what I did." I muttered.

"How many times do I have to fucking tell you this!" He snapped causing me to jump back at the tone he was using. I was used to the calm collected and sweet Lincoln not this side. His Alpha side.

"You did it to save the pack. Stop beating yourself up over it." He groaned pulling me against his chest.

"I mind-linked Brent to set up the ceremony in the pack meeting house in about an hour." He told me causing my eyes to probably grow to the size of a grapefruit.

"I don't even know what I'm supposed to do." I spoke frantically.

"We both cut our palms and connect hands, strengthening your connection to the pack, then we go on a pack shift. So everyone above sixteen shifts and we lead the pack on a run." He told me grabbing my hair brush from
the counter and motioning for me to turn around. I turned around for him and he began brushing through the knots in my long hair.

"I have one of the Omegas bringing up a dress for you. It's nothing fancy but it's custom for everyone to wear white for Luna ceremonies." He told me. I turned around and looked up at him. I rose up on my tiptoes and pressed a kiss to his lips. He immediately kissed back and wrapped his arms around my waist. I put my arms around his neck gently tugging at his hair causing him to release a moan, my face must have turned bright red as I let a giggle leave my lips.

He pulled away shaking his head at me and laughing. Suddenly there was a knock on the door.

"Looks like that's my queue to leave." He groaned pressing another quick kiss to my lips.

He walked over to our bedroom door and pulled it open.

A woman with dark brown hair and blue eyes walked in with a bright smile on her face.

"Hello Luna, my name is Ellis and I'm here to help you get ready, I'm afraid we don't have much time though." She laughed nervously.

"You can just call me Brielle, it's nice to meet you Ellis." She just politely smiled back and placed the dress on the bed.

"Why don't we just leave your hair down, it's beautiful." She smiled.

I walked into the bathroom with the dress and put it on. (Picture above)

It was a white lace dress. It was more casual for something with the pack, but it had qualities that made it look more formal.

After a few minutes I was ready. I didn't have any makeup on, and we left my hair down.

I quickly slipped on a pair of silver flats that I had in the closet. Ellis was trying to get me to wear these like six inch heals, but little did she know I can barely walk in shoes that are two inches off the ground. She was actually really sweet and I could definitely see us becoming friends.

We made our way out of the room and down the stairs. There stood Lincoln in a white button down shirt with khaki shorts. His green eyes looked even brighter than normal and contrasted really well with his dark brown hair. He looked really handsome. I couldn't help but let a blush rise to my cheeks when he caught me staring. I walked down the rest of the stairs and right into his tight embrace. Ever since he marked me he has been extra touchy. He always seems to want to have me in his arms, not that I'm complaining.

Once we got to the pack meeting building he kept reassuring me that I would be alright, however i just kept letting my nerves get to me.

He gave me a quick kiss before making his way to the stage.

"Hello everyone. I have gathered you all
here to meet the Luna of this pack; As you all know she is different than us, she has powers that have only been used to protect this pack. Everyone should be grateful towards her and she will be treated with the same respect that is directed towards me." He then looked at me and motioned for me to go on stage. I warily looked at Brent who stood on the stage holding his hand out to help me walk up the stairs. He gave me a reassuring smile before gripping onto my hand. Lincoln walked over to us and guided me towards the center of the stage.

Once I glanced at the crowd I immediately wished I hadn't. There were thousands of people watching, all dressed in white.

"Luna Brielle Sparks everyone." He spoke causing the pack to erupt in cheers. I was beyond confused at this point.

"Now we shall do the blood oath to finalize her connection with the pack." He announced pulling a knife off of the alter in front of us.

He sliced his palm open and handed the knife to me. I cut my palm open and winced slightly at the stinging feeling that went through my palm.

He interlocked our hands connecting them. I felt a little woozy as I felt connections being formed with my wolf. This meant I could now mind link the pack.

"Time for the run!" His voice boomed causing even more cheers to erupt. Lincoln and I walked down the steps off of the stairs and through the aisle until we reached the door. Jake and Brent were behind us, then the rest of the pack followed. Lincoln began shifting into his wolf. I took a deep breath and felt all my bones breaking and reshaping. As painful as shifting sounds it's pretty much painless after your fifth shift.

I had a midnight blue wolf with white streaks in my fur, Ive learned that's quite different as well. Typically wolves were brown, white or black. Never any other color.

Lincoln nuzzled his snout into my neck before taking off in a run. I immediately caught up to him nuzzling against his side. All that was heard was the pounding of paws against the ground. The wind was blowing through my fur; I really hadn't shifted in a so long, I missed the feeling of being in my wolf, it was the most wonderful feeling. It's when you feel the most free.

About an hour passed before we turned around and made our way back to the center of the pack and out of the woods.

Everyone began making there way towards their houses since when you shift back you are naked.

Lincoln and I kept nuzzling info each other's sides until we reached our front door. He shifted back first opening the door.

"Don't shift back." He told me. "Wait for Jake and Brent to go inside and away form you."

Brent and Jake ran through the house before the sound of cracking bones was heard coming from the living room.

"You can shift now." He told me. I felt my bones rearranging as I took my human form again. Lincoln walked over to me and slid his t shirt over my head.

"Come on you had a long day and the connections forming with your wolf are going to tire you out." He spoke grabbing onto my hand and bringing me up the stairs. We brushed our teeth and did our business before cuddling in bed together, I loved this feeling and I never ever wanted to lose it.
